We had a wonderful experience. Our driver Tim arrived a little bit earlier than we requested which was great! Very helpful and attentive to my mom who is 84 with arthritis in her legs which makes it difficult for her to move around freely! I especially appreciated that! He got us to busy MSY airport in plenty of time!
Was not a good experience the ride was 20 minutes late then experienced heavy traffic had to run through airport so we wouldn’t miss our plane was not relaxing or luxurious at all would have been a lot better off taking a taxi
Our driver arrived early. He loaded all of our bags and even had small bottles of water available for the short ride to the airport. He was very friendly and personable. We would definitely book this transportation service again.
Used this service to and from the airport. The trip in was great. The driver was great and was very personable. The ride back from the cruise terminal was a different story. Driver (Tim) was supposed to be waiting for us when we got off the ship. We were contacted by him and were told he was on his way. He was supposed to pick us up at door 2, but stopped at 3 so we tracked through the rain, pretty much loaded all our luggage for him. The entire ride he was texting, looking at his clip board or on the phone. Evidently he was late for his next pickup at the airport ( spirit airline pilots). When we arrived he jumped out to let the pilots know he was there. So we unloaded the suv. We’re really easy going people, but for the service received, could have taken a taxi for a lot less money and probably better service. Just disappointing

This service was fantastic. The driver arrived a few minutes early and called to let me know he was outside our hotel whenever we were ready to leave. The company called me the previous day to make sure I knew everything was on track and gave me our driver's name.

Contacted driver through Viator app the day before to ask what time pick up was, never heard back, had to make other arrangements as no guarantee I would be picked up for airport …. Car did show up after I left for airport although I don’t think there would have been enough time in any event … .and now cannot get a refund.
Tim was at the pickup promptly 5 minutes early and we were unloading at New Orleans’ airport 15 minutes later. They were professional, timely, and provided a great service. Will use them again next Sugar Bowl I attend.

Viator had very nice tours of NOLA including the foodie tour where you sample local favorites, the Swamp Boat tour where you learn alligators eat marshmallows, and the city tour!
Although there was confusion on where to meet at the Cruise Terminal, it was figured out and everything thing worked out fine. Friendly driver and good driver too.
They never told us what time to be ready to be picked up. And when I reached out to them for a time, I never received any communication back from them. We ended up canceling, getting a refund, and had to scramble with another mode of transportation.

Stress-free transportation option to the airport. Ride was confirmed the day prior to departure and then I received a text the morning of indicating where to meet the driver and the vehicle number. There were no moments that were good. After confirming the day before, as requested and with another person present with me to verify the conversation, transport did not show up at our time requested. The person I spoke with only wanted pickup at the hotel according to their schedule based on flight times. We wanted an earlier pick up but your driver made their own decision change our pickup time but did not notify me. I called several times to see where driver was and was cut off. Our hotel tried to call it did not get a promised call back. I flagged down another driver and we took him. On our arrival in NOLA I ad asked and was told I would be able to be picked up in front of the arrivals. Apparently a driver went to another area (maybe shuttle) and I did not get his call so again paid for ZERO SERVICE and am now out $250 in your fare plus $90 for alternative cab fares. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN AND BE SURE TO PROMOTE HOW BAD SERVICE WAS TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING YOU!!!!!!!! I previously used you in Europe and no issues what happened in USA IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE REFUND ALL MY LOST COSTS.

Unfortunately, the company didn't update our flight arrival time, which was provided twice, and the last time a day before we left home. The driver apparently arrived and then left when we didn't show up. He had the former flight number and was 30 minutes early and couldn't verify our flight info. We had to wait about an hour for the driver to return, which was disappointing. However, we used the same company to return to the airport from our VRBO and that worked out great. We verified the pickup time a day prior. I'd still recommend the company due to the smooth return trip. Dawn L

We attended a conference in New Orleans and our drivers kept in contact with us upon arrival and departure.They were on time and very helpful with recommending restaurants and sites to visit.
