Terrance was incredible! We came in for a conference and used him (OTGT) all weekend. We honestly wouldnt use anyone else. He was friendly, reliable, professional and so knowledgeable about NOLA. Vehicles are newer and clean, he carries your bags, opens your door and is always lending a helping hand. Hands down, the best and a total rock star!

Our driver was excellent. He was on time and made our arrival go very smooth. There was 12 of us and he loaded and unloaded all of our luggage with ease and made sure we all got in and out of the vehicle safely. He was clear in his instructions about where to meet him, helped us with our outbound transportation back to the airport, and was always responsive on text. Extra cherry on the sundae, the history lesson and food recs we got on the way from the airport. The SUV was clean, spacious and he was EARLY, which is on time. Greatly appreciate Mr Terrance and will be calling on him every time we are in town.

Terrence was so friendly and knowledgeable! It was easy to find him at the airport baggage claim and the van was impeccable and spacious. He knew so much about the city and gave us lots of tips and ideas for our visit. The price as also excellent for a large group and we all fit easily in the van. We relied on Terrence for our church group's visit to the city during a busy time (nine people visiting for a convention of 20,000+), and he did a fantastic job. He took care of our entire group from the airport and back. He was friendly and helpful, incredibly considerate and eager to serve.

Our flight was delayed an hour. Our driver waited patiently for us. Our baggage took two hours to get delivered at baggage claim. Our driver waited patiently for us. We had a very late night, and were a bit crabby, but our driver was the highlight of our trip!

There was a total of 9 of us (all over packed) all of us and out luggage perfectly with extra seats. Driver was very communicative and punctual. Definitely would recommend and will use again in the future.

Terrance was top notch. He suggested some very good tasty restaurants to eat at and all were very good, none of them let us down. He suggested sightseeing tours while in New Orleans. He is very passionate about New Orleans and energetic about this city and all about making his customers comfortable. We will call him first every time we visit going forward.

Terrance was great! He was on time. He was excited for us to be in the city and told us about great places to eat. One of the kids left a small bag in the van, and he returned it the next morning for no charge. Our flight got canceled, and he rebooked with us for no charge. Door to door service, plus he loaded and unloaded. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

I am a pastor and we traveled to New Orleans with 7 youth and 3 adults for the National Youth Convention and Terrance (the owner/driver) was absolutely amazing! On the half hour drive to and from the airport/hotel (a week apart) he told us about some of the history of New Orleans, local cultures, places to see, and things to do. When one of our group left a bag in his van he even brought it back to us the next morning! His service is also the best bang for the buck as his van is immaculate and the price is less expensive than corporate competitors. If we ever return to New Orleans and need transportation we will On the Go Transport again! Terrance is the best!

Terrance found our group of 6 at the airport and gave us a ride to our hotel. His vehicle is very spacious and could have fit a few people more. He is professional about the area and told us what were the fun things to do. Price was reasonable compared to all other transporters. Our driver, Terrance, did an amazing job of taking us on a quick tour of the city while we waited for our flight. And was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Once we were done he took us to an amazing restaurant with the best atmosphere and of course the food was on point. We felt like VIP's.

We had a group of twelve with two suitcases each!! Terrance was very friendly and was able to transport us all to our hotel in the French quarter. We are very very thankful he offered his services. He gave us amazing recommendations and a small history lecture on the way to the hotel AND on the way back to the airport. Terrence drove our group of 8 to & from the airport. So happy we found him online! He was waiting with a sign at bag claim right where he said he would be, helped us with bags, smooth easy drive & wonderful conversation. For the return trip, we confused him by texting from two different numbers - before he figured out it was a duplicate request, and with less than 24 hour notice, he had already found a supplemental driver to take care of us! Ended up clearing up the confusion & only his van picked us up & took us to airport. Very skillfully navigating Mardi Gras traffic like only a local could & got us from French Quarter to the Airport in Luanda Gras rush hour traffic in 50 min. Safe & smooth, and with a smile - can't beat his service! Side note - On the return trip to the airport the Van held 8 full size suitcases, 4 carry-ons and a at least 5 full bead bags, along with 6 ladies. And, despite road closures, he found a way to get to us that we only had to walk less than 1 block!

Before leaving for New Orleans, i reviewed dozens of transportation choices... and decided to call On The Go Transport... Best choice i ever made!! Terrence was awesome. He was in the airport waiting for us when we arrived. On the way to our hotel, he gave us wonderful tips for places to see and places to eat. He also picked us up a week later to drive us back to the airport... again, on time and very helpful. Will absolutely call him again on our next trip to New Orleans.
