We stayed here for three nights in New Orleans. Overall, the apartment was good—very spacious and had everything we needed. We mainly chose it because it had a washing machine, a kitchen, and a great location. The location was definitely the highlight, with easy walking access to most attractions, restaurants, and the French Quarter. The only downside was that I didn't feel particularly secure. The main entrance is accessed by a code, but once inside, anyone can access the hallways and walk up to any apartment door. Each apartment has its own code, but I had read another review where a guest accidentally went to the wrong apartment and their code still worked, which was quite concerning. There were also several homelessness regularly outside the entrance, which made me feel that it would be easy for someone to follow a guest inside. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the security arrangements could definitely be improved. Also, I would recommend getting some sort of bug termination happening so much bugs in the apartment.

We had such a great stay here! The room is perfect, super spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet but so close to everything. They do not have services throughout your stay but there are plenty of items left in the common area for you to get anything you need. I would definitely stay here again!
Roami at Bourbon Place is the perfect way to experience the French Quarter! The apartment was stunning—super modern, sleek, and incredibly spacious. It’s a rare find to have this much room and a full kitchen right in the heart of the city. Everything was spotless and the design felt very high-end. 5 stars for the style, the space, and the perfect location!
Overall this hotel is really good but we got off to a really bad start. We booked through a travel agent and apparently they received all the check in instructions, we did not receive them so were totally unaware of the check in guidelines. The check in time is 4pm which we thought was 3, 4pm is way to late and the problem is as there is no reception, if you are early like we were there is no where to leave your bags so we were stuck waiting to go in. The telephone customer service team were helpful but if are getting there early be aware of these check in complications. The rooms are really nice, spacious, comfortable bed, washing machine and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Our shower worked fine but out shower and bath ran at the same time, we could not turn the bath off. You also need two different codes for the entrance to the room and entrance to the building. The location is great. If you are arriving after 4pm then this place works well, if earlier be aware you need to stay with your bags. There was noise.
I have to say, I was extremely worried by previous reviews with regards to cleanliness. So much so that I called them in advance to absolutely make sure they did not place me in a room with hygiene issues. They seemed to have made an effort as the room (unit 3B) was great for our needs, no signs of any bugs whatsoever. The kitchen and living room are roomy and well furnished. Living room TV had plenty of apps and programming to supplement a recovery session after being out in the Quarter. Bedroom was also pretty roomy but we could've used more stands to place things/luggage. Bed wasn't necessarily plush but as someone who needs good posture while sleeping, I had no complaints. Additional smart TV in the bedroom was a plus. Central AC is good and helps cool down the bedroom after opening the door for a few minutes. Some things that were less nice were the bedroom ceiling fan (rattled for a couple days), the bathroom fan (made the room really hot), and the laundry room (wasn't a fan of their wash detergent and the dryer had some metal stains). Also, I'm not sure all the linens available in the lobby area are fully cleaned so check them before taking them up (found a footprint on one of the comforters). The linens in the room were fine though. One thing that I disliked is the lack of any sort of front desk staff. You punch into the building using a code but I usually entered the code 2-3 times before the door would open--seemed like a manual buzz system manned by a Roami employee. The Factor's Row location has a much more traditional lobby experience, albeit with a virtual attendant. Also, the property manager didn't respond to a question we texted him the day before checkout. Last thing to note: location. This is a great spot to catch the St. Charles streetcar within a 1 minute notice from door to trolley. CVS stocks drinks/snacks and is 2 minutes away on the corner. It's also 3-5 minute walk to the fun part of Bourbon Street. The location can only be beat by maybe the actual hotels embedded in Bourbon, but this place's price point makes much more sense for budget traveling. Do try to think about if you want a French Quarter courtyard experience for your stay, because this apartment is just for sleeping and taking breaks in the middle of the day. Perhaps other units on the property were better (maybe a balcony, or one with openable windows), but I'm glad to say that this one definitely was not bad and actually exceeded expectations. Would maybe stay again!
