My stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside while attending an ophthalmology conference was an excellent experience from start to finish! I was thoroughly impressed with how well the conference was organized, the cleanliness and quality of the rooms, and the outstanding hospitality throughout the hotel. The staff was amazing, but Brianca D. truly stood out! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It’s employees like her who elevate the guest experience and make a lasting impression. Between the excellent accommodations, well-organized event, and top-tier customer service, this hotel definitely earned my return business. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Wonderful stay with fantastic views The Hilton Riverside is around 25 minutes from Louis Armstrong Airport, and check-in was a breeze with no issues at all. Our room was on the 20th floor and was serviced daily to an outstanding standard. It’s obvious that cleanliness is a high priority here, which was really appreciated. We spent quite a bit of time in the Spirits Bar, both during and outside of happy hour, and the service was excellent throughout. A special shout-out to Zach and Bill, who were absolutely brilliant, friendly, attentive and a credit to the hotel. The food served in the bar was also very good, although perhaps a little on the expensive side. Our room was extremely spacious, with great views across the Mississippi, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We visited in August, when the humidity in New Orleans was absolutely off the scale, but thankfully the air conditioning in both the hotel and the room was a lifesaver! Overall, a wonderful stay. Great room, fantastic views, excellent service and a really good atmosphere. We’d happily stay here again.
Stayed here while attending anime conclave. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the ac in the room worked. Friendly staff. Wasn't a huge fan of the long walk from the room to the parking garage. No microwave to be found. Like for the price of the rooms youd think they could put a microwave in each one. Tv was very basic cable. Even in my recent trip to a holiday inn in laurel ms that hotel had a smart tv with more options. There seemed to be several spots in the hotel where climate control was non existent, particularly near and in the elevators. And tge elevators were real sketchy. Slow to open but quick to shut doors. Hesitating to change floors. I went for an event that was worth the money but for a place in New Orleans carrying the title "Hilton " they could sure invest some of that money into some serious updates.
Was a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The onsite amenities were very good. Of you are on the upper floors go with the "H" elevator. It is a glass walled elevator with sweeping views of the city as you ride up or down on it. Want to give a special shout out to the Hilton Vacation Getaway team especially Jarred and Brandon for helping me get my next vacation. They are so sweet and wonderful of a team
This hotel is perfectly located if you attend a conference nearby (5min walk). There is a good choice of restaurants around and the French quarter is not too far. I had a renovated/very clean room which was really nice and the view on the river was something. The bathroom is a bit small and taking my daily shower was challenging as the water was running under the glass door. I got to use several towels to prevent flooding ; that was the only negative point, otherwise, it was a nice stay!
