We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cabotrails Transfer Services and the incredible service they provided for our daughter’s wedding in Cabo last March. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help coordinate transportation for over 100 wedding guests, including seamless airport transfers as well as two luxury buses to and from the marina for our welcome party. We actually found Cabotrails by pure luck during a visit to Cabo last November while taking a day trip to La Paz — and we are so grateful we did! Every driver was friendly, professional, punctual, and welcoming, and all of the vehicles were spotless and extremely comfortable. A very special thank you goes to Marcos Morales, the Operations Manager, who truly was exceptional. He coordinated every detail flawlessly, communicated directly with our guests, and even created a detailed spreadsheet with all arrivals and departures to keep everything organized and stress-free. He also had a personalized welcome sign made so guests could easily locate their transportation upon arrival. Not only was the service outstanding, but their pricing was also the best we found and very fair for the level of service provided. Planning transportation logistics for a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but Cabotrails made the entire process seamless and took a tremendous amount of stress off our shoulders. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Cabo, especially for weddings and large events. They were truly an important part of making our wedding weekend such a success!

We were charged an extra $50USD because our airline was an hour late and it took 40 min for baggage to be delivered, two items out of our control. This was disappointing. Our driver was excellent. I would recommend the ride service because of him but be aware of hidden fees.

We have used CaboTrails for a number of years every year for our transports to and from the airport. They have alway stayed in touch with us throughout our trip and made accomodations to changes in our trips, whether it be arrival or departure times, or if we needed to change our travel dates. The drivers have always been top notch. On time and speak excellent English. We often stop at the Costco or a local market so we can do some stocking up on groceries before we go on to our resort. The drivers are very patient waiting for us and helpful loading and unloading our groceries. Planned a last minute, quick trip to Cabo from the East Bay. (SFO-SJD) Not sure if I would make the flight, I reached out to Cabotrails when I sat in my seat on flight down. After exiting security and walking down to Umbrella #10, my driver was waiting for me with cold beverages in the cooler in the A/C van. Cabotrails is my go to when traveling to Cabo. They have taken my family to swim with the Sharks, La Paz Tour, Flora Gardens Dinner, Fishing, snorkeling and of course Lovers/Divorce Beach with an Umbrella and cooler. They do all.

This is the second time we used Marcos and his company for our cruise stop in Cabo. Not only did he have beer for us when he picked us up, with us not knowing it was election weekend and you could not buy any beer at any liqour stores in Mexico, which we were very grateful for, he went above and out of his way for my daughter who wanted to get the perfect picture of cabo. He got us through a private gate into an amazing community over looking Cabo and she got the pictures she wanted. Besides that, he knows everything you need to know about Cabo and surrounding areas. You won't be disappointed.

Both of our drivers were so great! They were the only rides the whole week that weren't scary! Cabotrails was more concerned about getting us to our destination safely instead of as fast as they could so they could move on to the next ride fare! Had a wonderful strolling through the downtown area of San Jose. With our very own personal tour guide Marcos Morales of Cabos Trails. He gave us the history of the city, the catholic church and the culture. Where we went to local boutiques, including the IVAN GUADERAMA interactive art gallery, which the artist was there and Marcos introduced us. Also, visited the Chocolate Factory receiving a personal tour and the history of the Cacao bean. Marcos Morales went above and beyond by making reservations at the beautiful Jazmins restaurant. The entertaining was spectacular from mariachi band to authentic Chinelos dancers. When you visit Los Cabos be sure to take a Thursday evening and enjoy the culture at the Art Walk.

For our 10th anniversary, we decided to travel to Los Cabos for our celebration. Which included 25 of our close, friends and family. We chose Cabo Trail as our main provider for all of our airport pick ups, transport to and from the restaurants 2 restaurants and whale watching. Their service does not disappoint. Vehicles are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We are very fond of Marco Morales, Roberto & Soluad.
