My car was not waiting. I had to call and was told they needed to locate driver. Operator called back to say driver would arrive in 7 min. 15 min later I tried to call back and no one picked up the phone. Driver finally arrived over 40 min after my arrival at the wait point (under “10”). Driver then asked to take a picture of my passport which I refused.

We took Cabo Airport Shuttle/Sacbe Transfer from our resort to the airport in a private luxury suv. It was very clean and arrived on time. Plenty of room for our party of 4 with our luggage. We used them last year for round trip private transportation and stopped for groceries. We will definitely use them again.
Would use again

We used multiple shuttles for arrivals in Cabo for my daughters wedding. We had 24 people total and every shuttle was on time and waiting. Vehicles were extremely clean and our driver pointed out sights of interest on the way. The last day we had arranged two large vans for every ones return to SJD. They called and said they would like to send a large bus instead. A beautiful charter bus arrived and took us all together with no additional charge! Could not be happier.
