Best tour guide ever! Juan Manuel Hernandez: AKA One and Only! He was very polite, friendly, funny and extremely informative. He provided the history of Cabo, the small towns, food and even the highway that we traveled on. Would definitely recommend!

Experience the coolest and most magical town of the southern Baja! There are many beautiful and well known places in Los Cabos area and all Baja, but none of them have such a mystery involved by just listening to its name like Todos Santos or “Todos Los Santos.” Recognized as one of the two Magic Towns of the Baja California Peninsula in 2006. Part of the mystery might have relation with the "Hotel California" located here. Some people relate it with the famous Eagles’ song; which according to a tale, the song was inspired to them while staying in this hotel long time ago. True or false, Todos Santos’ Hotel California is settled in a beautiful hacienda style building and it's a must visit. Todos Santos is located 1 hour away from Cabo San Lucas at the Pacific side coast and it's near from the shore. This colorful town is always in a relaxed state, inviting you to join its exquisite calmness.

Juan Manuel was a wonderful host! He gave us great facts about Todos Santos and the history. Did a pearl jewelry store tour, tequila tasting and had a delicious lunch. Cute little town. A great experience overall. Our favourite part was the blanket factory!
This was the perfect day trip, especially since the weather in Cabo was rainy and weather in today’s Sanyo was gorgeous. Juan Manuel was an excellent guide. He took us to several interesting businesses, the Blanket company being so interesting. And his recommendation for lunch was spot on. I would highly recommend this day tour while in Cabo.
Juan Manuel was a great guide. Nice tour. Loved the blanket factory,, tequila tasting and lunch at Tequila Sunrise!
Our driver and tour guide ‘s name is Juan. Excellent! Professional, knowledgeable of area, brought humor and enthusiasm for our 6 hr excursion. Very much enjoyed.
J Carlos was very entertaining! We sampled Chocolate and many flavored tequilas. We checked out The Hotel California. Others on the tour were also fun! Highly recommended!
Great experience with J, Carlos as our guide. The tequila and chocolate tasting were really good.
Carlos was a great & informative guy. He helped us to experience the best of the area.
Overall good time. Juan Manuel or aka Juan and only was a great tour guide. Funny and knowledgeable of the areas that he took us. Food was pretty good. The only reason that I didn’t give it five stars is that I felt we should had a little more beach time
Adam was great! Nice day in Todas Santos
Adam Garcia was a good guide. The trip as whole was not worth it.
We had a wonderful day with our driver Juan Manuel in Los santos! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took us to all the nicest spots and he showed us all of the best places to visit. I highly recommend Rancho tours and especially ask for Juan Manuel for your driver.
Carlos was an awesome guide, he was amusing and very knowledgeable. The stops on the tour were interesting and I found a few things to buy. My only complaint was the heat, blame that on Mother Nature! I would recommend this tour and our guide, Carlos.
A big Thank you to Carlos! We enjoyed our tour.! We had time to do everything we wanted. Tour guide Carlos was friendly and helpful! It was a really great day!
Great tour guide very knowledgeable and friendly. We will recommend Carlos for the tour
Great tour. Disappointed because we ordered English tour. 7 in group, 4 spoke English and 3 Spanish. Your guide spoke mostly to the 3 in Spanish. He spoke very good English but we were disappointed as we requested English only. Other Viator tours did not have this issue.
Juan M was both the pickup driver and tour guide. He knew so much about the area on the way to Todos Santos, as well as in the town. As we were the only ones on the tour, he was able to cater it to our interests and time frame. The only negative was the museum was closed. We expected to learn more history from the museum. But overall the tour was great, and we liked the shopping more than San Jose
We were told ahead of time what time we would be picked up from our hotel lobby. The driver was on time. We ended up being the only group on the tour which was nice because we didn't have to wait on anyone else. Our driver answered questions we had about Cabo and things we saw as we drove. He offered stops for the bathroom along the route if needed. The van had AC and bottles of water. In Todos Santos we stopped for a pearl demonstration which was neat, not too pushy on sales but crude jokes and language from shop staff. Then we did a tequila tasting which was so fun, not pushy on sales although we did buy tequila (it was so yummy), and the shop staff was wonderful. After that we had 2 hours free time to eat lunch and walk around. The lunch recommendation was delicious. The shops were touristy, as to be expected, and there were a few art galleries, but we were hot and did not do as much exploring as we had planned. The trip back was smooth, several napped in the van. We were offered a stop at a fresh fruit/veggie market on the way back but we declined (we already had gotten our groceries). I recommend the trip. I wouldn't want to drive it myself in a rental car, but that's just me. Traffic in Cabo leaving and when we got back to Cabo was not easy. I'm glad we had a driver! I only wish it would've been cooler so we could've explored more or gotten more pictures.
Punctual pick up. Very nice van. Exceptional driver. Stopped at the chocolate making shop, the jewelry store, walked around town, enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tequila Sunrise and stopped on the way home at a blanket making place. Tequila Sunrise only takes cash which made it tight for other purchases. Our driver was an EXCEPTIONAL tour guide! A+++++!!! 6 hours is perfect!
Juan manuel was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable and very nice. I will recommend him next time we are here.
Juan was an amazing leader tour guide. He was very flexible and adapted to everyone needs.
Our guide Mario picked us up in a nice van and was on time. He did an excellent job of explaining the history of Mexico, Los Cabos, and Todos Santo while driving. We thought it would be more of a walking tour of Todos Santos. He did take us to a couple interesting shops, Hotel California and pointed out some good restaurants but most of the exploring we did ourselves.
We loved Juan Manuel. He took time to get know us during our tour! Was very knowledgeable about the town and during bother entire drive
We had a great time with Juan and Only. He was very knowledgeable and fun. He took us to a blanket factory, pearl farm and tequila tasting. All were amazing. First time to Todos Santos, will always remember our time.
Good experience! We booked one day before, and email communication was prompt. Our San Jose del Cabo hotel wasn’t on the pick up list, but they agreed to pick us up there. Two stops in Cabo, 6 on our tour in all. Reasonable cost, comfortable ride, guide informative as to area history and geography on the ride. Stop for blanket weaving demo was interesting and I appreciated there was no pressure to buy. Tequila tasting was tasty, but also a sales pitch. We had 2.5 hours on our own in Todos Santos to eat, wander. Great lunch at Los Adobes de Todos Santos. Back to San Jose around 4.
Loved our trip. Tour guide Juan Manuel very upbeat and courteous. This was our 9th year visiting Cabo and had never visited Los Santos, we are glad we did, we had a great time!
This was a very interesting trip! Happy we did it! we would’ve liked a little more free time! Too much time spent on things that did not interest us. If you take this tour, ask to meet back at the bus at a certain time and enjoy your day.
Juan was a great trip leader. He gave us some history on our drive and we stopped at a family owned blanket shop on our way for a weaving demonstration - no high pressure sales. Once we got to Todos Santos he took us for a walk around the town and pointed out things we might be interested in exploring. He also took us to a tequila tasting which was fun and delicious! A recommendation for lunch did not disappoint. When I expressed concerns about a purchase we'd make at the pearl shop Juan followed up and obtained the satisfaction we requested. Such a charming town and a lovely way to spend the day.
Marcelo and Edgar were our guides. They were the best. They made sure we got a full experience of the town. Very knowledgeable and fun as we toured the Mission, Pearl stone history, and Hotel California. Got to see how to make Mexican blankets, had a great time tasting testing the tequila, and learning about the camel. The food was very good and they made sure we tasted more tequila before we left to go back to the hotel. Would have them as a tour guide anytime. Very enjoyable!
We had a wonderful experience touring this city. We saw the Hotel California and Mission, learning about the similarities between the Eagles hit song and the history of these two properties. We did some shopping after learning about the history of the city and pearl making, along with tequila taste testing. We had a delicious Mexican lunch buffet and then back to Cabo. Our driver and tour guides, Marcello the Fellow and Edgar were excellent! Todos
Excellent English / Spanish speaking guide Mario, very personable and had lots of good information about the area. We visited many interesting places in "All Saints", including the church.
I wasn't sure what to expect in Todos Santos. The driver/guide was excellent. We were picked up on right on time and he took care of us very well. The trip was long from San Jose del Cabo, and Todos Santos was not as big or interesting as I would have liked. The tour's focus is on the arts and crafts of the area so each stop had a shopping opportunity. I am glad I did it but would not do it again. We had a great lunch at a recommended place on our free time.
Went as a solo traveller. Guide was friendly, and told us lots of interesting things about Mexico as a local. History, politics, crime, and everything in between. He never strayed into uncomfortable conversation, and instead kept it interesting and factual. Safe driver - didn’t tailgate or brake in sudden hard lurches. Todos Santos is a shopping town, that nearly uses pesos exclusively. Have cash. Expect a chocolate demonstration, and a pearl demonstration that pressures you to buy. Can’t opt out.
A nice day trip. Pick-up at the hotel was a nice feature. Small group. Our guide, Mario was wonderful, shared lots of information about the Baja on our way to Todo Santos. Once in Todo Santos he took us to chocolate tasting, tequila tasting and a pearl shop. Had time on our own to have lunch (Tequila Sunrise) and then visit the church.
Very friendly tour guide, very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
This was a great excursion to Todos Santos. I was considering the long one (11 hours) that also goes to LaPaz but afterreading the reviews, I'm happy that I chose this one. It was an hour long drive each way with a stop at a blanket makers. These blankets are 100% better than you find from the vendors in Cabo. The material is cotton, not acrylic and they have some with beautiful designs. And they're handmade! They'll even let you have a go on the machine if you ask! I didn't buy this time because I didnt have space in my luggage to get one home, but I'll be back next year with a bigger suitcase and will book this excursion again just to get a blanket. The guide was very friendly. He spoke English which I read was an issue with one of the other companies. The group was small (only 5 of us) so it gave opportunity to ask questions and really engage.
Carlos was the best guide you can hope for. His knowledge was amazing as well as his ability to keep everyone engaged. He took his time and never felt rushed.
Driver was 30 minutes late (traffic possibly. Questioned us if we knew what we signed up for further delayed tour starting. Was only suppose to spend 2 hours of free time but it was 2.5 hours which was too long.
This was a great trip to see Totos Santos! Our guid was very knowledgeable on the town & the full area of Cabo San Lucas. We had a good lunch & were taken to jewler who works with pearls. On the way we stopped at blanket making place. He had beautiful work & let us try! The guid drove around the town but unfortunately we seemed to stay at lunch too long & I didn't know it so had to leave & not walk around. Over all it was a great trip & guid was really fun & nice! He likes coconut ice-cream!!!
We were picked up on time in San Jose (8:10) but it took too much time picking up other guests in Cabo (done by 10:30). We had a nice 1 hour drive with our guide telling us about the history & fauna of the area. In town we spent too much time visiting a tequila store & a pearl store. Only had time for lunch & a little time for shopping. He did tell us we were free to leave & go on our own. But we wouldn’t have had a guide. Good thing we had visited Todos Santos before because we had no time to see the inside of the church or the Hotel California. Our tour guide, Carlos was pleasant & we had a good time with him & a couple of other guests at the restaurant he recommended. Overall I recommend the tour, I just would have preferred not spending so much time picking up guests & had more time to see the sights instead of the “tequila & pearl presentations”. Another thing that took time away from our tour was picking up a “trainee” who was learning about the tour so he could promote it to tourists.
The driver was running a little late for pick up. We were notified immediately, which was very nice. Our guide was wonderful! He shared history of the area on our drive to Todos Santos as well as many fun facts. Once we arrived, he shared information, history and tips for places to eat and shop. We really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to others interested in seeing other parts of the peninsula.
Tour guide was very informative and courteous. Very knowledgeable of the history of the area . Made sure everyone’s needs were met.
Cool little town in the middle of nowhere. I had a good time and I was there only for 2 hours. That is all you need to check out the iconic places in town. The rest are shops, so unless you love to shop around , 2 hours should be enough. Suggestion: I rented an Uber for the day to take me and my family to todos Santos. Not that expensive. Went and checked the things to see and then went and had lunch in Cerritos which is 15 mins away and it's by the beach. Good surfing town if that is your thing you will love it. If not, lunch by the ocean makes for a nice time. Cheaper than tours and money better spent IMHO.
Disappointed about not getting in Hotel California. Velvet box was good and the tequila tasting was excellent. We found an excellent restaurant for lunch. Mario was a wonderful tour guide.
Juan was our driver and was super humorous, and information flowed as we drove to Todo. We had a wonderful visit exploring this beautiful town and enjoyed some great food and tequila!
great guide, funny and informative. Felt very safe in the vehicle. Juan was so funny and arrived at our hotel on time. Took us to places I wouldn’t have found on my own. Would definitely book a trip with this company in the future.
Very nice trip with Vicente. We appreciated the historic and cultural information Vicente gave on the drive and his ability to answer any questions we had. Loved the stops at the weaving place and my husband especially liked the tequila tasting! We had a nice time eating and strolling the streets of Todos Santos as well as doing a little shopping.
Mario is a great, super friendly, engaging, considerate , and warm guide! He shared great knowledge along the way. This is a great day tour - nice scenic drive, enough time in town, lots of places to eat and shop. It is quite charming and full of great buys. We ate brunch at Oyestra, and it did not disappoint! The tequila tasting is quite good!
Great guide, lloved the agriculture stop, enjoyed the tequila tasting and histor , enjoyed the free time, Pearl stop- what a story! Needed more information on exactly pickup place in a big resort. The agricultural stop had a nice eating area, might be a good stop for lunch.
Todos Santos is a charming spot to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We would totally recommend this tour.
