The service was great. The view was great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, we got sea sick and were not able to do the activity or eat (not the staffs fault). They did offer us some anti nausea meds.

Amazing experience. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was good and drinks were plentiful. Highly recommended. They did run out of fins for my wife which was a little disappointing but we made it work.

Our family of 5 had a great experience on this trip. I’ve been on dozens of snorkeling cruises in the US, Hawaii and abroad. This may not be the best ever but we had a blast. The boat was much larger than needed for the 18 guests. The crew was super friendly and attentive. They always made sure we had a drink in hand. No alcohol until after snorkeling which seems to be the norm. Drinks were good and kept coming. Taco lunch was great and seconds were welcome. Visibility while snorkeling wasn’t the best but that was just a function of the wind. Just a very relaxing and fun time. We did a snorkeling cruise with a competitor las year that was terrible. I highly recommend Sunrider.

Our cab dropped us off at the wrong location. By the time we got to their dock (4 minutes late), they had already taken off. It took me a while to locate their office, but when I explained what happened, I asked if they could book us on a different departure. They said no and we lost our money. They didnt even apologize or try to rebook.

All around an AWESOME experience! The whole crew were a fun time and super friendly. Easy to access right from the cruise port. From the sightseeing to snorkeling, and the food and drinks afterwards, everything was great. Highly recommend and would do again!

It was a super two for one as we saw some amazing whale activity on our way to the snorkeling site! Water was cold (early February) but invigorating. The captain and crew were friendly and helpful, the lunch was really good!

Wonderful experience!!!! They called the night before to tell me they didn’t have enough to take out the catamaran. Said they would do a private for my family of 8 for the same price. We had 1 on 1 attention and it was the best experience. Crew was absolutely amazing!!!! Drinks and food were above and beyond. Saw many whales, snorkeled and took in the sights. Made terrific memories we’ll never forget!

This excursion was so much fun and very family-oriented. We traveled with our three children and our mothers, and everyone had a great time! The snorkeling was amazing, with options for both experienced swimmers and those who were less confident. The food was delicious, and the music was appropriate for all ages. Highly recommended!

Totally recommend this trip. My husband and I had a blast with the crew on the catamaran- we saw the iconic Arch, whales, and the snorkeling was fabulous . Enjoyed our lunch and drinks . Thre staff were simply a pleasure to be with!!

This trip was fun. I normally take trips on a smaller catamaran and was surprised that we were on a large boat. It is a good alternative for families with small children and also for older people who want to be comfortable and still go out on the water for the day. There are covered seats inside with nice views and you can still feel a breeze on your face. You can also sit comfortably up top, safe for younger children to walk about. The boat is very clean and the staff is quite attentive. They are friendly, professional and inclusive. They are there to make sure everyone has a great time. They stopped before lunch to let us into the water. They led a snorkel tour and the boat did not leave. It was anchored in the bay and they put out a lily pad incase anyone wanted to just hang out while others snorkeled. We saw a whale, sea lion, stingray and blue fish and I didn’t even go into the water. What a treat. The food service was easy and the food was excellent. The staff is amazing serving food, drinks and even cussing our tables. Highly recommend for anyone and every age to spend a safe an wonderful few hours enjoying what the ocean has to offer.

Excellent experience! The catamaran was clean and very well maintained. The entire crew was very attentive. They served us drinks & a delicious meal. We had a stop at el arco were we had plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the view, then continued to the snorkel were there was plenty of marine life. We even got to see a group of turtles along the way.

We had an amazing time in Cabo San Lucas and this excursion was a highlight of our trip! We were visiting for my son’s senior trip and staying at an all-inclusive resort, but wanted to explore beyond the property—and this snorkeling tour was exactly what we were looking for. Booking was seamless and finding the meetup point was super easy. The first leg of the trip is about 1.5 hours and they hold off on serving alcohol until after snorkeling, which was great for keeping things relaxed and safe. (Just a heads-up if that’s something you like to plan around!) The boat felt spacious and comfortable—we never felt crowded or like we had to fight for a good view. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. After snorkeling, we were treated to a delicious taco bar lunch, open bar, and dancing on the ride back. The onboard MC was hilarious and had the whole boat laughing—including getting my 18-year-old son and his friend to join in on the Macarena! It was the perfect balance of adventure and fun. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!

The boat, food, and crew were amazing. The only complaint is the directions on where to meet at the designated time. I walked all over town for 30 minutes with crappy directions. The website brought me to an address that was never found. I finally asked a local for directions and he brought me to dock #4 where the boat is docked. It should have been more clear, and if they wrote "meet at the marina, dock #4", it would have been a simple find.

The catamaran was beautiful and clean. The crew, Enrique, Jose and the others were all welcoming and friendly. While snorkeling in calm clear water we saw many fish. The equipment was in excellent condition and sanitary. There was a clean water shower after being in the ocean. Lunch was fresh tacos and accompaniments. The marinated carne was especially delicious! We were lucky enough to see breaching whales on the return trip. We would definitely recommend this experience. In fact we are going to do it again with a friend who is joining us next week.

We booked this excursion for our family of 6 (kids ages are 14, 12, 8 and 6) and it was fantastic! The service was fantastic, the views were amazing, and the lunch was delicious! We were a bit disappointed with the snorkeling (was very short and not able to see much), but we were told the current was strong and we could not get close to the shores. I would definitely do this excursion again!

Had an awesome day on the Sunrider, with a friendly and attentive crew, great lunch, unlimited beverages and tremendous views of the arch, fish and whales. We had a big bonus seeing humpback whales breaching - a true “national geographic” experience. A tremendous family experience and highly recommended this tour!

We went on this sail and snorkel trip yesterday and bonus - we also got to see whales and fish for a bit. These guys are amazing and so accommodating. The boat was clean and the crew is very professional. I liked that they had folding chairs on the boat, so that people weren’t just laying ransoming on the deck. While the winds picked up a bit at the end of our trip, the boat was big enough where we didn’t feel the waves, as we have three people in our party who occasionally get motion sickness. The water during this time of year is still pretty cold, like 60 degree water - brrr. We knew this going in and while we got in for a bit, we also knew the array of fish you’ll see on this trip is pretty limited (we also knew this going in - been to this cove before…) so we weren’t too bummed about the cold water. We will book this trip again.

What an AWESOME experience!! The Sail Rider was so much fun! It was a perfect day! Great weather, great music, awesome lunch, and most surprising, we had whales come up on the side of the boat!! Fantastic crew!! David,Alvaro, Jose, Chanate, Elieland Yosimar made the boat great. They do a fantastic job! The catamaran is spotless! Highly recommend this for a snokeling, lunch sail experience!!

This was such a fun excursion. The staff is amazing and the boat is very nice. We had a great time and would do it again. The staff takes this trip up so many notches with their energy and non-stop interaction.

Well run, highly professional trip out of La Paz. Happy, and helpful crew made it a great trip. Snorkeled with sea lions, boated with dolpins, ceviche lunch on the beach while snorkeling in a beautiful tropical bay filled with fish. The boat is well maintained, and everyone does a great job.

We loved the tour. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The crew were great. The captain was able to find several whales on our way back. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company to snorkel and see whale watch.

4h on boat bliss! Left from the Cabo marina on a huge catamaran. At first a little intimidating with the blasting music at 1030am but we settled in quickly once out on the water. Lots of room to move around on deck for views of all the humpbacks and the captain took his time to let us whale watch on the way to our snorkel site. Open bar was fun - nothing like a morning marg! Snorkeling was ok - but the water was warm and it was fun to get in and swim on the pacific side where there aren’t a lot of swimming beaches near the hotels. Lunch was REALLY good. The staff took really good care of us.

EXCELLENT! We decided to do this activity during our last day in Cabo. The staff was EXCELLENT! Friendly, organized, happy and fun vibe. Bring sunblock, your cell phone for video and/or pics and a towel. The boat does drive out about 50 minutes away from the marina to the snorkeling location and they do stop at the Arch area to take photos (they will take photos for you too that you can buy in a mini portfolio if you choose at the end trip). There were places on the boat either in the shade or sun which was nice so you could choose where to be comfortable. The best part was the OPEN BAR!!! Great service and I loved the pina coladas. It's a full bar too! They keep serving drinks to make you happy! Snorkeling was in a beautiful place for about 45 minutes and we saw so many fish! Then they will feed you terrific fresh food. Music was great. Exceptional vacation vibe with delicious food, all you can drink and we even were lucky enough to catch sight of a whale family on our way back. 60 casual minutes back to the marina was relaxing and great for the entire family. The youngest on our boat was about 6 year old and the oldest was about 65 years of age! Everyone had a blast and we tipped handsomely for this lifetime memorable experience! Thank you Sunrider!

Jumped in to snorkle. Saw fish, however the guide went quite some distance from the boat. By the time I got there and spent 4 minutes looking at only a few fish. Then back to the boat. So the boat ride was good but snorkeling was miserable.

We arranged this experience for ourselves and 11 of our wedding guests. Very enjoyable and a great way to spend time together. We were fortunate to see two whales! Snorkeling was great with lots of fish being attracted to the area.

Great crew! Quick tour around the Arch, then a scenic trip to the bay for snorkeling. Lunch was waiting for us when we came back on board. Drinks were plentiful, and the crew was attentive to our every want. Can't recommend them enough!

The boat was fabulous. New and clean. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. The snorkeling location was okay. Murky water and the staff fed the fish to attract them. But it was a wonderful boat ride and the water felt great

We had such a great time on this boat tour. We relaxed, danced, snorkeled, and ate lunch. The crew were very concerned that we all had a great day on the boat. Highlight of our trip.

Nice snorkel tour for our family. The catamaran was modern, spacious, and clean. The vibe was fun while we cruised it wasn’t a full on cabo party which was good w/ all the families on board. The taco lunch served was very good and the service of workers was great. The bay was rough so only snorkeled for about 30 minutes but saw a lot of fish. Included all you can drink local beer and cocktails

Such an amazing experience, and well worth the money. Very easy booking and check in, and so much fun. All of the workers are professional, helpful and fun. Snorkeling was so fun and we saw lots of fish. The food was good and the drinks were great and the workers helped give you everything you need! Would do again!!

Overall this was a good time. The food and drinks were good and the crew was fun. The two things I would have enjoyed more were the equipment and the snorkling location. While there were tons of fish at Santa Maria Beach, the visibility was was only a couple of feet and there is no structure to make the snorkling interesting. The masks and snorkels were pretty cheap and didn't fit very well and the life vests they gave us were emergency vests for the boat. While not horrible, this left a lot to be desired.

Hard Rock Los Cabo set up a wonderful excursion for our family with Sunrider. We went on the Snorkle and Lunch sailing. The children had a great time. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Lunch was basic but good. We had Tacos, rice and salads with chips and guacamole. Everyone had a good time and it was a wonderful afternoon.

Favorite part was getting to hold a puffer fish during the snorkeling. The rest of the activity was great - wonderful service - lunch was yummy. Only suggestion would be to give clearer instructions when we were sent to the lower deck to get snorkeling equipment - Not sure if a general announcement was made but those were often hard to her - Would have been nice for crew to give direction as folks got their flippers, life jackets,...

This excursion was great. The trip out was 45min but once we got there it was worth it. 30min in the water was quick but sufficient. The group was small which was great. Coming back we had lunch. It was delicious. The entertainment was fun. The drinks and service was on point.

Didn’t tell us it was cancelled had to reschedule and then just cancelled the trip, very unprofessional I am very upset at this point with this company

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always checked on you and made sure you had a drink in your hand if you wanted one, the food was also delicious. Your safety was also a big concern of theirs so you you have nothing to worry about, just being extra sunscreen or a sun shirt. I was told and expecting there to be more than one stop for snorkeling but there was still a lot to see at the one spot. I would definitely do it again.

It was great experience a lot of fun and the crew was very friendly and welcoming. They definitely made it 10x times. Oh and the food was great not like the others I’ve been on. Would definitely come back.

It was a very fun trip. Great food and awesome whale watching. The snorkeling was split between two groups. Good swimmers were able to go farther from the boat and see more. I was in the weak swimmer group and only saw a few fish. My niece was in the good swimmer group and got to see and swim with sharks and even hold a sea urchin. If you are looking for awesome snorkeling, this isn't it. But Cabo is known more for whale watching than snorkeling due to the water temperature. But if you are looking for a nice day trip with entertainment, good food, and decent snorkeling, this is it. I would do this trip again. I moved this from very good to excellent in that when one of my party jumped in the cold water it was a shock and the company scuba guy was IMMEDIATELY there to make sure she was ok and get help if she needed it. (She ended up not needing it, but good to know they are on top of taking care of everyone in the water)
