Van was on time waiting for us at the airport. Driver was friendly and a good driver. He loaded and unloaded all the luggage and helped us out of the van. There was 5 of us and lots of luggage, glad we got the van instead of the SUV. And the beer was cold.

The greeter at terminal 5 was dismissive and not pleasant. Not a great way to welcome guest on vacation. Our driver however was very nice.

On our last day we had the pleasure of having Henry as our driver from our RIU Baja California to the airport. The drive was safe and he was very hospitable. We plan to return for a visit in 2026 and having Henry as a driver will be a priority when we plan transportation.

They took our group of fifteen from the airport to our resort, and back to the airport a week later. We had seven kids in our group, and two of them were babies. They provided two car seats and numerous booster seats. The driver handled all the luggage. He was on time at both origins. Highly recommend.

The only issue was they said they would track our plane for any delays. Our plane into Cabo was delayed over 1.5 hours and our driver was not there and we had to wait a bit. Other than that Great service. The same driver picked us up and dropped us back off at airport at end of our trip, which I liked.

Cabo Shuttle provided our round trip transportation from airport to hotel and back with no issues whatsoever. They were on time, the transit van was clean and the drivers helpful and friendly. Exactly what they are contracted to do.

This is the second time we have used this company. They make it so easy and have great communication. The drivers are also always so nice and courteous.

The service was excellent. They were professional, courteous and most of all on time for both our arrival and departure times.

On our return trip from Cabo to the airport, we had a 2:00 pickup. My wife wasn’t feeling well and moving slow. The driver called me at 1:55 telling me we needed to be out now. I let him know about my wife and family and they would be out within the allotted 10mins. My daughter forgot a toy and she went to get it. The driver told me he would not wait and at 2:11, when my family showed up, he left. I received an email that we were more than 15 mins late and thus a “no-show”. They left us stuck with no transportation and a very rude legal style email message saying no refund. Very poor customer service and totally uncaring. Definitely would not book again.

Driver for both trips went above and beyond to make our trip fun and adventurous. From ice cold beer to fresh bottled water everything was provided

Overall great service, the company was fast and got us to our hotel safely. And also they gave out ice cold beers which is a plus once they get out of the airport

Got exactly what was advertised. Great drivers both directions, don’t remember the gentleman’s name that took us to our hotel but he was fantastic, Escobar took us back to the airport and was wonderful as well. Cold drinks were on ice and the drive was very pleasant. Pick ups were both on time and seamless. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use this service next time we are in Cabo. Thanks again!!

RT shuttle SJD airport to Tesoro in Cabo. Very disorganized outfit. Drivers were unhappy with .20 tips provided and demanded more. Won't happen again

Pick-up was prompt and service was excellent both to and from the airport into Cabo It was easy to find our rep at the airport as she was in a clearly marked uniform. This is great relief in a Mexican airport as there are always hawkers and time share sellers flocking about. Ride was quiet and comfortable and vehicle was modern and well equipped. Driver was courteous and drove us quickly and safely to exactly where we were going. We highly recommend spending a bit extra on this service over the uncertainty and hassle of haggling for a taxi fare or the endless milk-run of hotel shuttles,

The representative was prepared to greet us at the exit, and our van arrived within minutes. The drivers were very accommodating and friendly; they knew how to navigate around traffic to ensure we reached our destination via the fastest and safest route.

On time, super service. Grocery stop could and should be longer. We went over time, but tipped our driver well for this. Beer and water on board. Traveled in 16 person Mercedes sprinter van, luxury.

It was my first time in Cabo San Lucas and I was a little over whelmed with how many people where at the airport. But when I found the company the driver came right away and helped us with our family bags and gave us cool bottle water to drink and was very friendly.

Overall, we got what we paid for, but I do wish we had gone with another company. CAS is that it is one of the largest airport shuttle companies in Cabo (I was told they have roughly 50 cars). Drivers both ways were very friendly and nice. When we arrived in Cabo, I had already prepaid for RT fare. I went to the umbrella I was told to go to, and could not find the lady to check in. After asking around, I finally found her with about 15 people gathered around (it was pretty much chaos). There was zero organization and no signs. People were cutting the lines and the lady just sat there talking in her earpiece and not acknowledging anyone. Obviously something was going on, but the lack of organization was frustrating. We waited 20 minutes just to 'check in' (making providing the arrival flight details useless) and then another 10 minutes after checkin for car to arrive. Driver was super friendly and the car was great. Even though I paid for a grocery stop, the driver was not aware of it and made it seem like we did not pay for it... but we eventually got to stop. The return to the airport at the end of the trip started great. The driver was about 20 min early waiting for us. Very friendly and we got going very early. About 20 min in, the transmission started cranking on the car... feeling like he was hitting the breaks and making a metallic crunching noise. He pulled out his phone to record the noise and issue if it happened again (and it did, twice more). He assured us it would be fine... but it was a little disheartening and we never heard back from CAS about the situation. Doesn't make me feel great that there was a chance that we got stranded on the side of the road with a jacked up transmission.

Fantastic service. The driver met us at the airport and we quickly went to the resort. Our return trip from the resort to the airport was exceptional. Everything was great!!

On this trip to Cabo, I had 11 family members. As in the past when it was between 2 and 4 of us, Cabo Airport Shuttle was always on-time, efficient and courteous. It was the same this time with our 11 member family. The van was spotless, our driver was courteous, and he even stopped by the grocery store so that we could get some provisions. Miguel was early! He was safe and efficient, and knew exactly where to drop us for our airline. He offered waters ( we traveled early AM) and he was very friendly. He was also very helpful with our golf bsgs!

We had a trouble-free experience upon arrival under the yellow awning at no. 5. The Cabo Airport Shuttle coordinator identified us by name. Masses of other people seemed to be waiting for group shuttles, so we were very happy to have paid a little extra to get such personal service. Jaime was a very helpful driver. He answered our questions about the recent history of development in the area. He helped us to choose which grocery store we should visit during out thirty-minute stop on the way to the hotel. That extra 25 dollar option for the grocery run proved valuable because we had fresh fruit and seltzer and baked goods and ceviche and salso and yogurt and tortilla chips and chocolate and wine for our stay. The pick-up at the hotel to get back to the airport was very prompt and smooth as well. The last thing you want when traveling is anxiety about transportation or delays. From touchdown at the airport through baggage and customs to lunch at the hotel was under ninety minutes and our return trip to the airport was under thirty minutes.

Departure from airport took a little longer than expected, but when we finally departed, the transportation to hotel was awesome. Driver was very nice and beverages were also supplied to us. Departure from hotel was also amazing. Driver was at hotel on time and again, beverages were available to us for free.

The Cabo Shuttle is amazing. The drivers are always accommodating, reliable, and kind. We go to Cabo about 5 times a year and there is no other company I use! Well priced and they make everything seamless.
