Our driver Marco was early and very friendly!! Our flight was delayed and we were very grateful that our driver was early and knew how to navigate around delays!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our driver, Frank, when we traveled from the JW Marriott to the airport on Friday, April 10. He had a charming and friendly manner that made the ride truly enjoyable. His professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression on us, and we greatly appreciated the excellent service.

Was so nice to just go outside and have private vehicle ready with cold water and beers. Rosando our driver was great. We enjoyed learning more about Cabo and the Mexican culture on our way to hotel which was a 45 minute drive. Had to adjust reservations also which was fairly smooth overall. If we I had to do again I would do private from airport but ride with others on way back to airport. Going back stinks any way so might as well save a little money.

Cabo Shuttle Services was great. Rosaldo and Victor were professional, kind and timely. The cold beers on way from airport were very nice, especially given 45 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. If I can again to Cabo would do private ride from airport but shuttle on way back to airport.

We were originally scheduled to be picked up from our hotel so we would arrive at the airport about three hours early, which we didn’t need. I called the night before (more than 12 hours in advance) to request arriving two hours early instead. Although this change was confirmed by email, the pickup did not occur as scheduled. We had to call to follow up, and by then the driver was about 45 minutes late. Fortunately, our flight (along with many others) was delayed, so we were not impacted. Once the driver arrived, he got us to the airport as quickly as possible. Not the ideal way to finish a vacation, especially when traveling with 6 people over Christmas and New Years.

Good conversation with driver. He was informative. We felt safe. Arrived on time coming and going. We will use them again.

Transportation was easy and efficient and ON TIME. Our driver was an experienced driver which made traveling to our destination easy and calm all the while driving in a thunderstorm.

Had a great ride back to the airport from Marco. Driver was attentive, and I was able to practice my Spanish. The suburban was clean and really nice. Flying into Cabo was very easy direction to where to find our shuttle service. The car was ready within 5 mins. The driver right away offered cold beverages and offering for us to choose our own music playlist. They picked us up right on time for our flight home. It was a very smooth ride in and out of Cabo. I have relied on this transportation service for the past six years when I visit Cabo. They have consistently demonstrated dependability even when my flight has been delayed. They send instructions on how to find them when you get off the plane before you travel. I am in their private car within 20 minutes with beer in hand headed to my resort. Their punctuality is impressive and their drivers are courageous and proficient in English. They are always on time when it is time to take me back to the airport for my flight home also. I have always felt safe and valued and I intend to continue to utilizing their services every year.

This company could make us miss our flight. 20 minutes late. And then they call and say they’re car has mechanical problems. So we are now waiting for a taxi and hope to catch our flight. Pre payed for this service and they are leaving us stranded. Choose another car company or risk this happening to you.

My family's vacation in Cabo started with Marco Antonio Garcia Gomez, (Marco Polo) our privste shuttle guide welcoming us into his roomy Suburban at the airport. He had a cooler full beverages waiting for us, serving us refreshing Tecate Cervezas and cold water bottles. He also offered to stop along the way in case we had wanted something else. it was a comfortable and enjoyable 40 minute scenic ride to our beautiful resort. Marco made it interesting and fun, as we sat back and listened to him share stories, point out and describe beautiful landmarks, describe birds and animals of the area, etc., sharing the love of his beautiful homeland and country he's so proud of. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better, more hospitable, fun and friendly driver. He was so fantastic that we referred him to our friends who were arriving a day later to join us for our son's wedding. We also called Cabo Shuttle Services after he dropped us off to request him for our return shuttle, and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by him, seeing his friendly face at pick up yesterday. As we got dropped off, my husband and son took a "selfie" him put in their contacts for future visits to Cabo. We look forward to vacationing there again soon! Muchos Gracias mis amigo, Marco Polo!

We have used Cabo Shuttle Services for three years in a row on our annual trip to escape the snow and cold. The vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition. Luis was our driver for our last ride from the resort in Los Cabos to the airport in San Jose and he was awesome! He was punctual, super friendly and very helpful with our bags. I highly recommend this company for you transfer needs.

We did a private roundtrip airport shuttle at SJD this last week. We would highly recommend Cabo shuttle services. They were prompt and had competitive prices. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would caution against stopping at the bar to " have a seat and wait" . The drinks are not good and ridiculously expensive.

Worst experience ever. The local car company did not have our reservation. The support phone number kept dropping the call and I couldn’t reach anyone. Was able to chat with Viator’s support and they confirmed we were in the correct location outside airport and after that their only solution was to request a refund. How about help set up another car while I’m in a foreign country??!!

We were at the airport and they werent there yet. I was told that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes so we went to go get some yummy drinks. our private transportation arrived shortly. Marco provided great service! Thanks so much!!

We booked with Cabo Transportation Services, were told to go to Umbrella 10, waited 1 hour, showed voucher, were told we weren’t booked with them, sent us to another company, they told us were with the other. We have our 2 grandsons (2 and 8 months), do not use this company!

Our driver never arrived, the person in the blue golf shirt directed us to our ride but we found out it was a company with the same name. The driver said he would work it out between the two companies. We now have it contact the company for our return trip.

When we arrived at the airport in San Jose Del Cabo, I was skeptical that I would be able to locate the pickup location. However, upon exiting the airport, the airport representative for Cabo Shuttle Services was in fact, standing under the number 10 umbrella. They had our private shuttle ready to take us to our hotel in Cabo San Lucas within 15 minutes. Our driver was named Luis and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and offered us a bottle of water. I had originally booked a one-way private shuttle from the airport because I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a cheaper alternative for the trip back to the airport. A couple days before we were leaving Cabo, I booked a one-way shuttle back to the airport with Cabo Shuttle Services because they had the best price for a private shuttle. The driver arrived on time and coincidentally, it was our driver, Luis, who had dropped us off at the hotel the week prior. He recognized us and again, he offered us a bottle of water for the ride to the airport. We were happy to see him. He was so pleasant and it was a really nice way to end our trip to Cabo. I would definitely recommend this company for a private airport transfer to and from your hotel in Cabo San Lucas.

I have used Cabo Airport Services for my visit to Cabo San Lucas for the past five years. They are easy to find and my wait time is less than 20 minutes. The drivers Marco and Francisco were polite and spoke English well. I enjoyed talking with them. I always feel safe and when they pick me up for my departure they are always on time and text me what time they will be picking me up the evening before I check out of the resort. They provide an excellent service.

We have been using Cabo shuttle services since 2019. The drivers are awesome and very professional. We always get the private shuttle and the wait is very little when we get to airport and they are always on time when picking us up from resort for the ride back to airport. 10/10 for these guys!

Arranged for a round trip private shuttle from airport to hotel. Great service! Organized, nice, clean and spacious vehicle. Adrian was friendly and communicated well. It was a little pricey but worth the efficiency and experience.

We had a wonderful experience with this shuttle service. They were very prompt and professional. We prescheduled a stop at Walmart and there was no extra charge. Armando and Joelle were our drivers, and both were excellent!

We had such a great transportation experience. Thanks to the detailed instructions, which even included photos of the uniforms the greeters and the drivers would be wearing, we breezed past all the other shuttle and timeshare representatives. We were greeted immediately and checked in by the Cabo Shuttle Service representative. Just a few minutes later, we were escorted and introduced to our driver, our bags were loaded, and we were on our way. We received a refreshing drink before we pulled away from the airport. The driver was competent and courteous. A few days before our departure, I received an email to verify our return flight and pick up time. The driver was prompt and asked us about our trip and told us interesting facts about the area and even gave us some review lessons on our Spanish! We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to make it through security. I highly recommend this service. We will book them on our next trip to Cabo!
