They picked up the wrong people and my group was stuck at the hotel. When I called because my clients were still waitng I was told they already picked my clients up. But they didn't, they picked up some other group and my clients were stuck with the problem. My agency will never use them again.

I spent a month at the Opal Hotel in Delray Florida and I will definitely go back. The service and accommodations were excellent. Patricia, the concierge, was amazing! She was the most helpful, friendly, involved concierge that I’ve ever seen, and I’ve travelled around the world and stayed in 5 star hotels. Venicia, our housekeeper, was so accommodating and helpful. She did a great job. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next stay there!

Terrible experience. Driver didn't show up. After calling the tour operator I was asked for more money.No refund issued. My trip has been paid and confirmed.

Our driver came on time and was super nice. The day we arrived it was raining and he was very careful taking us to the Cabo area.

I booked two separate round trips for family for two different days. I had to make a few changes near the pick up dates and all were handled professionally and easily. Communication over WhatsApp was almost instant. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Paid for round trip. Drive from airport to hotel was fine. We were ghosted on the return trip and had to find other transportation to return to the airport to home last minute despite attempts over two days to get a confirmation about the return trip.

The drivers were great, both to and from the airport. The company, Balard, misrepresents itself. They show pics of nice white Cadillac SUVs. We saw lots of those, but our rides were in 10 pack little buses...not the comfortable ride they promise by a long shot.

Stay away! They cancelled our reservation upon arrival at the airport ik Cabo and claimed they overbooked after first telling us the driver was at the wrong terminal.to telling me they couldn't find my reservation and then finally sending me a WhatsApp message (not even a phone call!) to tell me they overbooked and will refund me to leave me having to then pay for a text that was twice as much! Is this a scam to make you pay for a taxi?

Ballard Transportation never showed up. We had to call them several times and got the run around that first the driver went to the wrong terminal (despite I had provided my flight information). After waiting about 15 min, we called again, and then they said they couldn't find my reservation, and needed me to give c then my confirmation #. Then I get a WhatsApp message: 'Thank you for trusting our service. Unfortunately we have overbooked our service. We will not be able to pick you up today. My supervisors tell me that we will refund your reservation for the full amount. We are truly sorry to create this inconvenience and not provide the desired service."...whaattt? Seriously you let someone land in a city expecting transportation and now I have to pay twice as much by paying for a taxi!?! Stay away from Ballard Tours. And shame on Viator who I have trusted to have them as a partner.

I ordered 8 shuttles for my wedding guests and due to the lack of communication, many guests waited an hour or more in the extreme heat or were even left behind and had to find alternative transportation. Prior to the wedding, I had tried to reach out a number of times so that I could have a phone conversation with the transportation company but I never received any calls or had my calls returned. It was extremely frustrating, and as a bride with 70 guests for a destination wedding, this added unnecessary stress. At the airport, some of my guests were told that this was typical of Ballard. I wish I knew that before I invested over $1100 in transportation. Thank God I planned ahead this would have been an even worse experience.

I have to admit that I was going to give a lower rating, but decided to tell my story and why I gave a higher rating. I was traveling to Los Cabo for the first time and wanted to make sure I had a good pick up and return to the airport. I picked the private round trip even though it was more expense. I had read the reviews, good and bad, and decided this was what I wanted. They communicated with me on the pick up at the airport, what to do to get to the pick up point, and who to look for. The trip from the airport was great. The driver was waiting for us with a sign that had my last name. He was very pleasant and was easy to talk to. The trip to the hotel was perfect. The return trip was a different story. When I set up the round trip the communication was great and they even suggested a return time for them to pick us up at the hotel so we would make our flight. I agreed and that was the last time we communicated with each other. When it came time to pick us up, they didn’t show. We tried to contact them but we were unable to reach anyone before we had to leave to catch our flight. We ended up taking a taxi and made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. After getting home I contacted the company asking for half my money back because they did not take us to the airport. I didn’t write them a nasty message or threaten them with a bad review. I just stated my case as plain as I could. They were very quick (I think they responded in less than three hours) and told me my trip was not in their database and that is why we didn’t get our ride. They are refunding the amount I asked for and were very sorry that this happened. I know some people will read this and think I am crazy for giving them a higher rating. Just let me say that I have dealt with many companies and many people over my lifetime and it is very rare to find one that admits they made a mistake and does what they can to make it right. I know I could have missed my flight, but I always plan on giving myself plenty of extra time to get to the airport just in case something happens, and it did. I have also been the one who made mistakes and had to ask for forgiveness because of what I did. Having been on that end I understand that things happen, we all make mistakes, we’re just human. So, there’s my story. I’ll let you decide what you think. I stand by my rating. Jim

Great experience, professional and friendly. Communication was great, very fast a responses and professional. My private transports were punctual and courteous, got us to our destination smoothly and picked us up for the airport early. Really great service, would look forward to booking through them again if we are to return to Los Cabos.

Definitely a five. Ismael was great! He met us at the airport had a sign so we knew where to go. Loaded us up quickly provided drinks on the way to the resort. Got us there safe and sound!
