Cabo airport shuttle is a quality company that provides a good experience. They make the process of getting your vehicle easy and they have been reliable for us. I would recommend them if you are looking for a round trip shuttle service.

We had a great experience with Viator. The booking process was very simple. The driver was at the airport waiting for us upon arrival. He was very nice and offered us water or a beer for the ride to the hotel. The car was a very nice Suburban with good air conditioning. Our return trip was just as nice of a driver and vehicle also with offer of a beverage.

This service made our trip from and to the airport a breeze. The instructions were spot on so finding our way from the terminal to the pick up spot was easy. Both our drivers were polite, friendly, and we enjoyed our conversations. Both drivers provided us useful information. The vehicles were top notch. We would recommend this service to anyone.

Our arrival was delayed, but the young lady wearing the Cabo shirt (cannot remember her name) was great. She was polite when greeting us, and made sure we were connected with our driver in a timely manner. Our wait time was very short. The vehicle that arrived was updated/modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The driver, Roman, was professional, informative and engaging. He offered cold beverages, which was a plus, given that it was extremely hot when we arrived. This welcome was a wonderful start to our vacation.

I would highly recommend using this transportation service to go from the airport to your resort and back. The drivers were nice and prompt and drove nice clean SUVs. This is worth paying extra for and I will definitely be using their service again.

The entire experience was wonderful. Even when I failed to give some important information about my destination, they accommodated us and worked it out. I would absolutely say it’s so worth it. Each driver was kind and knowledgeable and the car’s spectacular.

The check out lines at Costco were long so we went over our allotted 30 min timeframe and tipped our driver extra. The vehicles in both directions were immaculate with great air conditioning!

We had pre-arranged roundtrip transportation to take us to our resort from SJD. As planned, our contact was easily found just outside the airport doors. We had just enough time to order cocktails before we met our driver. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name, but he was professional, friendly and very helpful providing information about San Jose del Cabo and the area we would be staying, Puerto Los Cabos. The SUV was immaculate and pleasant to ride in. We were offered cold water and/or beer for the 30 - 40 minute trip. At the end of our stay, our driver Eduardo, arrived very promptly at our resort to take us back to the airport. Again the SUV was immaculate. Eduardo was just as professional and pleasant as our first driver. He also, kindly and at my request, helped me with my pronunciation of Spanish words. Cold beer and waters were, again, available for the trip back to the airport.

Absolutely fantastic! They seamlessly picked us up at the airport. Manuel was our driver and he was very cheerful, polite, and just an all around joy! He happily chatted away as he drove us to the resort telling us some great places in Cabo San Lucas to eat and Shop. The company itself was wonderful! We originally booked five people but at the last minute we had an addition and this company upgraded us to a bigger vehicle. It was a very long flight so we were happy to be driven in a very clean, air -conditioned van. He offer just cold water or local mexican beer for the ride.

Our driver was highly professional and super friendly. He spoke perfect English and was able to tell us about the area when we asked. He got us there quickly and efficiently. He had refreshment in the car if we wanted it. He happened to be our driver upon arrival and departure. Both rides were perfect.

Cannot say enough great things about Cabo Airport Shuttle that we used round trip for our recent stay at Secrets Puertos Los Cabo. We did wait about 10-15 mins for our 11-passenger van, however our flight was late getting into San Jose del Cabo. Our driver, Escobar, was awesome and provided us with a cold beverage for our drive to the hotel. They were also very prompt in picking us up on our return trip. Their pricing is awesome and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

This was a pleasurable experience. The vehicle was nice and plush. I was disappointed that the driver was not waiting with a sign that had our names on it when we exited the airport to give that true VIP experience. We had to wait 30 minutes on the vehicle. Another girl waiting to go to the same resort jumped in our vehicle. We didn’t mind the company and light conversation. Loved the beer or water along the ride. The girl hooked her Bluetooth to the radio for good vibes. Took about 40 minutes to get there. We took the scenic route. Departure from the hotel the driver was waiting for us and it was a 15-20 minute ride back to the airport. Overall we loved their service.

Our trip from the airport to the hotel in Cabo was fine (after waiting a full 30+ minutes for our ride vs the 8 minutes we were told), but for the return trip, I had offered to give two other business associates a ride back since the car we reserved had room for 5 travelers. The driver informed me that I had to update the reservation with corporate and pay an additional $25 per passenger. Baloney. One extra person came with us, and at the airport drop off our driver held his hand out and wouldn't leave until we gave him $25 cash. Incredibly shady, I guarantee he pocketed it. I'm happy to share the license plate number and reservation number with the owners if they would like to address this driver. I will never use, nor recommend this service again. Ubers are far less expensive, save yourself the hassle.

Trips to see the dolphins at Puerto El Morro were fully booked and very expensive. Our hotel, the Doubletree at Gyuaquil, advised us to use their preferred taxi service. The receptionist arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 8am and take us to the Port of El Morro where we could then find a boat trip. Taxi was $90 each way and journey takes 90 minutes. Driver dropped us by the boats and we found a boat that offered a one hour trip for $40 dollars but we wanted two hours and so it was agreed at $45 dollars for both of us. Great trip on the the river through mangroves though we did not venture down any inlets and stayed in the main river. Saw lots of birds including pink spoonbills and a good number of dolphins. Important tip: get your taxi driver to wait for you (or invite him on the boat) so you can leave after your boat trip. We had to wait for our driver to return. It's not the pleasant little fishing village we had read about. No eating or drinking places we would have been happy to eat or drink at

Fantastic! Every aspect of the ride was great. Great communications leading up to arrival - and follow their instructions carefully because there are a bunch of predatory people on your way out of the airport trying to tell you they are your ride. Even claiming to be Cabo Airport Shuttle. They are not. Just follow the directions, and you'll be fine. The actual CAS employees are professional and friendly, the cars were clean and new, and the drivers were highly professional. An excellent experience all around.
