The driver was great, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. After a long travel day, it was nice not having to worry about transportation. Easy to book round trip private suv. Seemed cheaper than other private shuttle's. Drivers were friendly. Had to wait a little bit at airport to be picked up but they were early to pick us up at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica. I will definitely book with them again.

Was a great experience. They never offered us drinks which they had advertised, but all in all they were good. These things are all getting expensive now, but their rate was acceptable. I would recommend them.

We booked this shuttle service, and it was perfect for our family of 10 with two small children. We couldn't have asked for a better shuttle experience. They were quick, friendly, and efficient. We appreciated opting to add the 30-minute grocery run (and paying a little extra), which came in so clutch. We were able to purchase extra formula for one of the kiddos and plenty of snacks and booze for our hotel. If you book directly on their website, they usually have a few promo codes, which we took advantage of and saved a little. Overall, we paid ~$215 round trip for up to 11 passengers, and there were 10 of us. They have the option of adding child car seats if you would like to request this as well. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. The drivers were patiently waiting for us at the stall outlined in their instructions, and they were all easy to find because their logos were easily distinguishable and clearly visible on their shirts. We had a great, smooth experience and would highly recommend them. The drinks and AC sweetened the deal. We will be booking them again in the future.

Drivers Effrin and Moses were both great. They drove very safely and got us to and from the airport in a timely manner. They vehicle was relatively new, well maintained and spacious.

Terrible experience. We travel frequently and have NEVER experienced this. 1 star, terrible service and even worse customer service I was one of the passengers for our scheduled 11:20 a.m. pickup from Hyatt Ziva to the airport, and I also personally spoke with Cabo Airport Shuttle after our driver left us in fluent Spanish so nothing could be misunderstood. We were in the lobby/front of the hotel around 11:29 a.m., trying to identify which of the vehicles outside was our shuttle. We actually saw our car driving away from the hotel (it was a silver SUV). We thought the driver was circling around and coming back, but he never did. At 11:34 a.m., while we were still at the hotel looking for the driver, we emailed the company asking where he was. I then personally spoke with Cabo Airport Shuttle, and was told that their drivers have a 15-minute grace period. Our pickup was at 11:20, so that grace period would not have ended until 11:35 a.m. We were there before 11:35, and the company was contacted at 11:34 because their driver had already left. Instead of acknowledging that their driver left before the grace period ended or sending him back, the company told us he would not return. We were forced to find and pay for another ride to the airport. Then, incredibly, they classified us as a “no-show” and refused a refund, claiming the driver waited the full 15 minutes. That simply does not match what happened. I was there, I watched the shuttle leave, and I personally spoke with the company about it. Mistakes happen, but the way a company responds to a mistake says everything. Cabo Airport Shuttle had an opportunity to fix this situation and instead chose to blame its customers, refuse to send the driver back, and deny a refund for transportation they did not provide. We travel frequently and have used airport transportation in many places. I have never experienced customer service like this. I would not recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle.

1 star Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked and prepaid for a round-trip airport transfer with Cabo Airport Shuttle, including an 11:20 a.m. pickup from Hyatt Ziva to the airport. We were in the hotel lobby at approximately 11:29 a.m., trying to determine which of the multiple vehicles outside was ours. While we were there, we saw the Cabo Airport Shuttle vehicle leave the hotel roundabout. We assumed the driver was simply circling around and would come back, so we waited. He never returned. At 11:34 a.m., I emailed the company asking, “Where is my driver?” I then contacted them and was told their drivers have a 15-minute grace period, which would have meant the driver should have waited until approximately 11:35 a.m. He clearly did not. Even the Hyatt Ziva staff who witnessed what happened commented that the driver barely waited, seemed to be in a rush, and left quickly. What made the situation even worse was the company’s response. Instead of having the driver turn around and come back for passengers who were already at the hotel and still within their stated grace period, I was simply told that he would not return and that we needed to find another way to the airport. For an airport transportation company, where reliability and customer service are literally the entire point of the service, this is unacceptable. We prepaid for transportation, were present within the company’s stated grace period, literally watched our shuttle drive away, and were left scrambling to arrange alternative transportation to the airport. I have traveled extensively and used airport transfer services all over the world, and I have never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle based on this experience.

Both going and coming from the Airport drivers were excellent. I think one name was Lino and we really enjoyed talking with him.

The experience was outstanding, the SUV's are very clean and the driver was very helpful and informative. We didn't have to wait for others or climb into a crowded bus. I will definitely be using their services again.

Worth every penny to not have to share a shuttle from the airport and stop at each hotel. Drivers and agents were professional, had cold beverages, and I love the offer to stop at the store on our way to the hotel. Will definitely make this my go to for every time we’re in Cabo!

Wonderful service! The pick up from the airport and our hotel was prompt and on time. The drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The cars were very clean and in pristine condition. The car seats we had requested were provided for both my kids, and were very clean as well. We arrived to airport and found the correct company. Which is a challenge at Cabos airport. They would not agree to drive us even though I had an email confirmation # from trip advisor. They said we needed a QR code, which I was never provided. I looked on trip advisor I could not find any QR code. We had to hire another company to drive us. I have requested refund as this company did not provide service. This makes me very Leary to pre book private transportation again from Cabos airport. We’ve done it successfully a few other times but it didn’t work out this time.

We had exceptional service on our arrival and departure. Arrival day we maybe waited 10 mins or less for our ride. Jose was our driver and he was fantastic. We stopped by La comer and he gave us plenty of time to shop and was easy to find when we left. Just a Fantastic person and joy to ride with. On our departure day we were scheduled for 6:55 am and Danielle (apologies for spelling if it’s wrong) was there at least 5 mins or more before that time because when we got down to the lobby he was already there. Again just a very friendly and outgoing driver. A Wonderful person and great driver. Thank you for the Fantastic service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great overall experience. The drivers were safe, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout the trip. The only area for improvement would be the wait time at the AirPower pickup, which could have been a little shorter. Overall, still a 5-star experience and I would absolutely use the service again.
