Comfortable, safe, and enjoyable ride. Felix took us to and from the airport during our trip and was very insightful about what to do as it was our first time in Cabo. When we come back we will book with legacy transportation.

Very good cab service and Felix is an amazing person. He was there on time and and shared all the updates on WhatsApp. It was very easy to find the cab location. The SUV was in a very good and clean condition. I highly recommend their service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Avoid Legacy Transport at All Costs I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Legacy Transport in Cabo San Lucas was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving at the airport, there was little to no clear communication in English regarding where to meet our driver. After spending considerable time trying to locate our transportation, we discovered that the driver had already left without us. At no point did anyone make a reasonable effort to contact us, assist us, or ensure we were able to find our ride. What made the situation even worse was Legacy Transport’s response afterward. When we contacted them for help, they demanded additional money to send a driver back to the airport. We had already paid for the transportation service, yet they expected us to pay even more because of a situation that resulted from their poor communication and lack of customer support. To add insult to injury, they charged us $80 USD for a ride we never received and then refused to issue any refund. We paid for a service that was never delivered, and the company showed absolutely no willingness to make the situation right. Travelers should be extremely cautious when booking with Legacy Transport. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect accountability, flexibility, or fair treatment. Based on our experience, this company is more interested in keeping your money than providing the service you paid for. There are many transportation companies in Cabo San Lucas that value their customers. Unfortunately, Legacy Transport is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss…book with someone else.

We booked our shuttle in advance, including our flight info. However, we never heard from anyone and couldn’t find anyone at the airport there from Legacy. We had tried calling them a few times. After more than 30 minutes waiting, we finally reached someone and they claimed we didn’t provide flight info and never responded to texts or emails from them. That’s false. We never received anything from them. Props to TripAdvisor for refunding us, but I don’t recommend them to anyone else.

Felix was very cooperative and punctual. Needed to be a last minute change and he was able to accomodate us. Would definitely use them again

Driver was a no-show. Unresponsive to calls and texts for 30 minutes, so we had to take a taxi. Fees refunded from viator as a result

Great experience, very professional

I do not recommend this service. It was the only one available since (my fault), I waited until the last minute to book a ride from the airport in San Jose to our hotel in San Jose del Cabo. The communication with the driver was challenging and incomplete, but we did manage to find the pick up spot. The driver did not properly identify himself, offered no help with luggage, spoke very little English, and was uncommunicative. His car was small and not exceptionally clean. All this for almost $85! Not something I would recommend. Perhaps earlier planning and clarifying the pick up with the owners of the site would have resulted in a more satisfactory experience.

Felix from Legacy transportation services, was excelente, on arrival to Los Cabos. He waited for us 45 minutes because it took us a long time to get out of the airport, very friendly and patient.

Vianca arrived with very late wait time for us. She was a great driver and got us to our destination. I would definitely recommend this service.

I'd advise you not to book with them. We never were picked up and the guy from customer service on the phone was so rude. You are better off just picking another company.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had for such a simple task, a ride from the airport to town. The driver did not meet me at the exit, something every driver I have ever used provides. They had me go to three different locations over 40 minutes before the car arrived. And when I complained about their system they said that they will not drive me.

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We stood at the number 10 sign as instructed and waited for over an hour and still no driver. They finally reached out to me and said it was more that 45 minutes and they weren't coming. Had to pay for another ride from the airport. They will not refund our ride or use our credit for a ride back to the airport when we leave. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND NO RIDE!!!

I flew in by myself and wanted a private car. I messaged the tour operator three times before my trip. Never a response. I arrived and my driver was not there. I did find the manager Felix which he was helpful to why they got two stars. My driver wasn’t there. So he drove me to a market in San Jose to meet my driver and than I got in w another driver to my hotel. So I made it there. Two drivers and an exchange in between. I would never recommend this company.
