Private Roundtrip Transfer From Los Cabos Airport

Luis was great! Book directly with them though, as companies change an up charge for some of the hotel transfers and I had to pay the difference when being dropped up for the flight home.

Luis, our driver to hotel and back to airport was awesome! He is the owner of BellaTerra. The only disappointing thing was the trip was an extra $50 after what was paid through VIATOR due to the location. Just place all the hotels on the list of options and have us pay the total all at once, it was kind of a pain to worry about it at the airport drop off.

Our driver Luis Rodriguez was friendly, on time, and drove very excellent and was a careful driver. We would definitely hire him and his company bellaterra again. The rate was excellent!

Can I give it zero stars! I'm less than 24 hours from arrival and I get a text directly from the operator asking for us to pay an extra $50 because our hotel is outside the zone. Our hotel, Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas, is 45 min away, well within the distance of 1 hour and 15 min. Also within the Cabo San Lucas distance of 45 - 60 minutes. Also, listed as one of the hotels within their zone of hotels! This is an absolute scam! I contacted Viator and when they refunded me $50 so I could pay that in cash, this operator canceled the reservation. Unfortunately, Viator could do nothing else to help us with a ride less than 24 hours before we land in Cabo. That said do your self a favor and absolutely do not book these scam artists!

Great experience! Easy to book and Jacqueline responded with trip info right away! Was easy to find our driver and the driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage.

I have traveled all over the world and used different shuttles. Let me start by saying they don't communicate at all about pick up and drop off. I called them day before we left the resort for pick up to the airport. Our flight boards at 10:10am with 10:55am departure and the lady told me the shuttle would arrive at 9:35am. To my surprise I told her NO we need to be picked up no later than 8am because we have to get through security. She told me she would email them and someone would reach out to me. No have and I spent $200 plus American dollars. I will highly recommend anyone with a family or solo to never ever use this worthless company.

Booking was canceled day before trip. Then it takes 7-10 business days to get a refund and try to find last minute transportation to pay double the price. Very inconsiderate which inconvenience us.

When we got our of customs we had been told to go to a certain location. Nobody was there and nobody from the company seemed to be expecting us. It took quite a bit of time and a call to the dispacher to find someone who then sent for the van. It was disorganized and took extra time. The driver drove very fast and didn't speak to us at all. It was a strange experience. We paid for round trip and I have no information about the return timing and am a little nervous given their disorganization.

Terrible. Messaged the company to provide a car seat for my 8 month old. They did responded saying they would but didn’t. Also, the driver left me at the airport. Forgot a stroller at the airport and spend 20 minutes to go get it. The driver couldn’t wait. He drove my family to the resort but I had to take a taxi by myself. Cancelled the return ride to the airport. Later found out uber was much cheaper. Just get that

Luis was very kind and helpful. His van was extremely clean and he had cold water. Luis was very informative throughout our drive. Would highly recommend Viator and I would suggest requesting Luis.

Luis was fantastic! Very prompt, friendly and informative. We used his transportation services several times during our trip and he was always early and had a smile on his face. He was very helpful with recommendations and pointing out places along our routes. Highly recommend him and will be using his services when we come back in February for our wedding.
