Private Cabo Tritoon Cruise: Arch, Snorkeling Or Sunset

Sergio drove us back and forth from the resort. He was very nice, very hospitable - was a delight. Our tour guide was also named Sergio, he was wonderful, very informative! I highly recommend!!!

Actually we were on a cruise ship and had bad weather so they didn't stop. So disappointed we never experienced this. But they refunded our money......that was great

Collection point was 2 mins walk from the cruise tender dock. The van collecting us was exactly on time. We had 2 hours onboard a very comfortable little boat which was huge for just four of us. Captain Alejandro was beyond excellent. So informative and he made the trip include everything we wanted particularly a swim and snorkel. Fabulous location and we absolutely would recommend a private boat trip with Rancho. Many other day trip boats were overcrowded and looked no where near as comfortable as ours. Thank you for the memories, it was very special.

Went above and beyond for us! We wanted to see whales and he took us out and went on a look out for whales. We managed to see a lot of them.

Great experience! We had free pick and drop off from the Marina to dock, the boat was clean , scenic ride and just enough to experience the beauty of arch . We got to see the sea lion , lovers/divorce beach , pelicans and sunset. Overall worth the money off our group of 7

Went on the private pontoon whale watch tour with Captain Sergio. The boat was very comfortable and we had a great time. Sergio took very good care of us and educated us on the area and whale behaviour. He had an excellent eye for spotting whales and while we were sitting with the engine off scanning for more whales one can up right beside our boat! Thank you Captain Sergio!

Chino was great. Excursion was fun. The snorkeling was fun as well

Chino was our driver from the resort to the marina and back. He fully entertained us in our trip, had the van singing songs that we all loved. He made the journey a little of fun!

Benny was a fantastic captain for our 4 person private whale watching tour. He gave very insightful information when we had questions, and let us just quietly enjoy our surroundings when we wanted. It was a great excursion.

Our boat was nice and clean. We took two adults and three older kids. We were on a cruise stop. We were able to do the walk from the pier in about 20 minutes at a fast pace. We caught a few quick glimpses of the famous arch and beaches, but this boat cannot take you to the beaches. I also thought that we would be able to snorkel, but it was not mentioned until later that the snorkeling is only on 3hr + excursions. I just wish communication was a little clearer. It felt a little scattered and disorganized.

Had a great time and whole crew was really accommodating of our tight window to get back to our ship. Had a great experience. Boat was clean and very nice.

Our boat captain expertly chased the whales so that we saw them constantly and up close during our three hour tour. Sergio was a gracious, friendly, and safe driver who helped get us acclimated. Highly recommend.

Very bad organizing, super disappointing, booked $800 private trip for the whole family but waited more than one hour for a public pickup. Tried to communicate before the tour and never got response. The guide kept saying I just work for this company, I can't solve your problem. And brought us to a place with no fish. They didn't provide towel, the snokeling masks didn't work, and didn't provide any gears for my kids. Note that this is a very expensive private tour and having such experience is not acceptable. Will definitely not coming back.

Had an awesome day on private boat tour in Cabo! Our captain Alejandro was fantastic taking us around the arch and then out to see magnificent humpbacks. Our driver and guide Chino and Sergio were also great.

Great trip starting with our helpful driver, Sergio, and then the terrific pontoon boat captain Nico and Martin. Great views from the boat of the Cabo arch, surrounding beaches. Highly recommend!

Captain Alex was great at controlling thr boat and full of information about the area. His English was also great. Sergio was a great driver. Plenty of cervesas on the boat as well and Roger at the local restaurant was also great.

We had a great 3 hour tour and saw an incredible sunset after seeing the arch. We also saw fish, dolphins, and a sea turtle. The guide was great-super friendly. Was a great last night on the Baja Peninsula.

Fantastic Service. Picked us up on time very close to where the cruise ship tenders dropped us off, super nice boat with snorkel gear, great tour, cold drinks the whole time.

This tour was perfect for our family of four, with two smaller kids (ages 8 and 4). Our driver Mele was very friendly and experienced. He was great with the kids and made us feel safe out there on the water at all times. We had plenty of time to get a tour of all the rock formations and then jump out and snorkel to see all the fishes. Our kids had the best time and it was very relaxing. An easy way to see the arches, but still not take up the entire day. Highly recommend!!! Ask for Mele!

The activity was great. The driver not so much. The driver was nice on the way to drop us off. We were on time, waiting at the correct spot, everything going smooth as planned at pick and drop off. He arrived 30 mins late to pick us up(we were notified while boarding). He dropped off another family and they tipped $5 (we saw him look at the money so we know it was $5). He drove us to our stay and was still being nice. When we were exiting the van we said thank you and let him know we used up our cash. He said “I live off of tips, the other family gave me $20”. I couldn’t get a word out before he turned around, shook his head, shrugged his shoulders and slammed his door. I booked a private tour which included transportation. It’s incredibly unprofessional to ask me for a tip and LIE to my face when I already paid for the service and on top of that be rude about it. Great experience with the captain. He was great. The people at the dock were helpful and friendly.

We had a group of 6 and took the private pontoon with Sergio Medrano as our captain. He was a great tour guide, very informative of the area and answered many questions about Cabo that weren't even part of the water tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and plan to go back during whale watching season. I recommend this excursion to anyone going and ask for Sergio as your captain. I promise you will be glad you did!!

Our tour with Dionicio picking us up was great. He is very knowledgeable,friendly and engaging. When we arrived at the port we realized we had misunderstood our activities we were supposed to do the glass bottom boat and tour. Instead we were able to upgrade to snorkeling and beach time. This was the most amazing and beautiful snorkeling experience ever. Our snorkeling guide Alejandro was a joy to watch as he provided a customized snorkeling experience. There were4 of us in our group and everyone’s delight at the peaceful underwater show was infectious. I highly recommend the snorkeling and beach experience.

My friends and I did the private pontoon sunset cruise from 5-7pm and it was a blast! I called and requested a fun guide, and Sergio did not disappoint! He did a great job explaining the area, taking photos, and honestly just going with the flow and keeping up the good vibes. There was beer, water, and sodas, so if you want liquor you would just have to buy it at the marina. If you plan on swimming, bring your own towels, too. Also, transportation was provided and they were very accommodating. I totally recommend them and would use this company again!

We had a fantastic time on the Pontoon tour of the Arches. Roberto was our “Captain” and he was funny and informative. We took the boat ride from 3-5pm. We had no idea he was going to go out into the ocean to go look for whales. What a great surprise for us! We did have to go quite a long ways to find them but once we did, we saw a lot. It was really an awesome way to spend the afternoon. The transportation to and from the marina was also great. Would definitely recommend the tour.

I booked a tour through a 3rd party. Come to find out they then sent the tour to Rancho Tours. Transportation was flawless with Rancho tours. I wish I remembered the drivers name. The car was clean, comfortable and he was a safe driver. When Arrived to the marina they were patient as several members of our party wanted to go grab food. When they sent us to our boat it was not what we had been promised with our third party. Estebon, did everything in his power to make it right and take care of us. Lesson learned book direct. Based on the customer service I would definitely book again with Rancho tours. Thank you estebon for helping. We had a blast on our adventure.

Operator confirmed shortly after I booked & paid via Viator, then told me they were unavailable on the day of the tour. Operator was still advertising the same tour on Viator for the exact time they told me was no longer available. Viator customer service was unable to find a comparable replacement. Ended up hiring a different boat operator that our hotel recommended who provided responsive and excellent service.

This was an amazing tour! 2 hours on the beautiful blue Sea of Cortez and Pacific with Sergio, the perfect captain and guide! We saw sea turtles, sea lions and a sting ray and got up swim to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I booked the private boat tour to celebrate our baby moon while vacationing in Cabo. Overall, the experience was amazing! Our captain, Alex was personable, friendly and informative. He made the experience enjoyable while also giving us so much information about the area. He docked at a beach and let us take pics and enjoy the scenery. The ride was so relaxing and beautiful. The excursion also came with complimentary transportation which was very convenient when commuting back and forth from the hotel. 10/10 recommend booking the private boat tour. We would for sure do it again the next time we travel to Cabo San Lucas.

This tour was the perfect way to see Cabo! We were greeted near the port by an air conditioned van with cold drinks and taken to the marina where we met our captain Sergio. We spread out comfortably on the pontoon boat where we had cold water and beer. Sergio showed us all of the rock formations in the mountains as well as the key sights- Window to the Pacific, Arch, Lands End, etc. Then we rode around looking for sea turtles (which we found)! Before heading back to the port, we stopped for a swim in the Sea of Cortez which was amazing! I cannot recommend this tour enough… and Sergio was FANTASTIC!

Amazing day. We saw the arch and landmarks in the area by boat. Our captain Sergio was great. We got to swim and snorkel. It was the highlight of our trip so far! I’d use Sergio again for sure! Very fun and relaxing time!

Sergio was amazing! We strongly recommend this boat trip. The tour was fun, informative, flexible and unique. We were very close to the whales and dolphins. Sergio was suggestive but also listened to our interests as well.

The drivers for this tour were prompt for pickup and departure. The boat captain was great and provided us with fantastic commentary. He also allowed us to make choices in our itinerary. We chose to whale watch, stop at Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach, and explore the rock formations. This was the highlight of our Christmas vacation in Cabo San Lucas!

Booked this private boat tour to celebrate my husband's 30th Birthday and it was amazing! My 2 year old son was amazed by everything he saw! Our captain Sergio was very knowledgeable and friendly! He is also perfectly fluent in Spanish and English. Next time I come back to Cabo I’ll be sure to book with Rancho Tours and asking for Sergio! :)

Incredible 2 hour tour! Got to see all the sights, saw turtles, sea lions and many cool fish! Alejandro was our captain and he was incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable! This was a true private VIP experience and we didn’t have to deal with any other people! Boat was very clean, comfortable and exactly like it looked in the picture! You can customize your tour any way you want. They had snorkel gear and drinks. Perfect day!
