Private Arrival Luxury Transfer: San Jose International Airport To Hotels (1 - 5)

We booked our luxury whale watching with them. It was amazing. I recommend that to everyone. On the boat they serve u drinks, snacks n information about whales.

The customer service was 20/10 Rafael and Alex were top tier! We will 190% be using them again and returning soon. Love Cabo and the staff. Very helpful with excursions and events happening at the hotel and more.

Noah and Manny were amazing! We primarily worked with Noah and he was the absolute best! Noah met us out front prior to every excursion, checked in with us at the end of the excursion to ensure we got back safely to the resort! Noah went above and beyond to ensure our trip was amazing!!

Nexus tours- snorkeling- camel ride- Host Noah excellent- very tentative- made sure drivers arrived on time to pick us up as well as drop off.

Ezra was courteous and reliable. He connected us with our car and driver, and had us on our way promptly. Once we found the Nexustours folks outside the airport - in their bright orange shirts and Westjet pins - we had smooth sailing; but, as first time travellers to Mexico, the onslaught of people pretending to be our contact for our private car between customs and the airport exit was shocking. Our driver, Carlos, got us to the hotel with no fuss in a relatively short time. Over the next few days, we developed a friendship with Ezra, who is a courteous, sharp, and humorous young man. He is very good at his job and fluent in English down to the use of idioms.

I don't think WestJet should include the Nexus tours transfer option if you are going to a hotel that doesn't have a representative onsite. No one was there when they tell you to book your return in the lobby and no one confirmed anything. Had to chat online, got two different answers and currently have been waiting almost an hour.

Oscar barrios was amazing help and kept our transportation plans go smoothly! He was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

Erick Lara was very accommodating, he was the first person we spoke with upon arrival, and it set the positive tone for the rest of our stay. He’s very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend asking for his suggestions. Thank you Erick!

Used the basic transport system to & from the airport & resort, would never do it again. Came with a group of all girls & they had our reservations mixed up once we got there, tried to leave some girls alone at the airport. We thought maybe it was a misunderstanding so for our transport back we had sat down with a Nexus representative, had all of our transportation times outlined & he made a chart of every time. First thing in the morning our transportation was messed up, girls names missing from reservations, times wrong, wrong girls at wrong transportation times for flights. Didn’t want to let any girls go early or later so that none of us were left alone. Better off taking a taxi than using this service again

Completely unreliable! We booked a private luxury transfer to Cabo. Not only did we wait an hour to get picked up, we did not get the beer or car we paid for. They said they did not have our reservation. We paid up front in full and got 2 confirmations! On return to airport, we again got a confirmation saying 9:30am pick up. They did not show up again after several emails and phone calls confirming our trip. We had to get a cab from our hotel. Will never book with Nexus again!

We were met at the cobblestone Lucas airport in a van no air-conditioning no water no nothing when we were promised a private SUV. The representative that needed met us at the airport was rude as hell. So fast to take your money but not enough to give you the service that she paid for

Excellent person very friendly.! Like Mr. Rodrigo with whom I had the contact for the return of the hotel to the airport always attentive and very friendly, likewise the initial contact with Miss Yara q was the main base to specify the service from Cancun q was from where we were in communication for the payment of the transfers.!
