They need to hire more staff and keep people at the different “adventure” start points. We waited way too long each time, always being told “15 min” when it was up to 40min-didn’t get to do as much as we wanted to. Left early frustrated. Could not handle the inefficiency. We only got to do 3 of the 8 zip lines; More were not offered. And we sat for 20 min between 2nd and 3rd with no explanation for why- 8 guests and no guide, waiting They don’t want you to have your phone w you at all and I didn’t feel like it was a safety issue but them wanting to force you to consider purchasing photos; which were much to costly imo Did love the swing- very fun; and Goose, who was my “guide” there was great.

This place was amazing My wife and I did the extreme package and it did not disappoint. We started the day off with a couple hundred foot plunge in the swing over the entire canyon. Heart stopping adrenaline, but fun as hell. Rode Camels, zip lined and drove ATV and Razors through the canyon side and out to the beach The staff was incredible. Each place and each guide was informative, professional and gave quality tours at each of the experiences We also had a small tour through all of the animal sanctuary’s and got to feed lovebirds, rabbits and macaw’s If you’re in Cabo it’s a must do
$300 Cash Grab Scam - Constant Upselling, Tipping Harassment, & Impossible Timelines! Do NOT waste your money on the "Ultimate Pass" at Wild Canyon. I paid almost $300 thinking everything was included, but it was a non-stop cash grab from start to finish. First, they nickel-and-dime you for everything. They charge $7 extra just for a bandana, and then tried to charge another $50 just to get an automatic UTV instead of manual. Paying $300 should mean zero upselling, but it never stopped. The aggressive tip culture here is completely out of hand. Literally EVERY step of the way someone is asking for cash: shuttle driver, zipline guides, ATV guide, UTV guide, lunch staff, animal sanctuary, horse guide, camera crew, customer service, and the drop-off shuttle. The UTV guide had the audacity to ask for a tip, and when I said I didn't have cash, he asked if he should "follow me" to get it. When I didn't tip the horse guide, his entire attitude shifted immediately. Owners: PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER instead of having them harass guests who already paid $300! On top of that, you don't even get enough time to finish the Ultimate Pass. The tour was supposed to start at 9:30 AM but didn't begin until 10:00 AM, and ended at 3:30 PM. In 5.5 hours, it's physically impossible to do everything. I missed the bungee jump, camels, and water park completely. The operations are a total mess: * Zipline made everyone sit around until 10 AM to start, only has 3 lines (2 require pairs), and involves heavy hiking. * You spend half your day waiting on other people (waited 15+ mins just for ATVs to prep). * Shuttle was shared with 11 people, wasting another 30 mins waiting for everyone. * On the ATV beach ride, they strictly said NO PHONES ALLOWED. I left mine behind, only to see other guests bringing theirs. Then the photographer didn't even take pictures on the beach, so I got zero photos from that entire portion! Honestly, if you've been to Xplor in Cancun, this place doesn't even come close. Save your $300 and avoid Wild Canyon completely.
We had an amazing time! The camel rides and photo experience were our favorite part of the trip in Cabo. I would highly recommend it to others!
Wild Canyon was such a fun and exciting place. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. We loved ALEXIS, he protected us on the bungee jump and giant swing, and gave us the confidence we needed! All around, an amazing experience and well worth the trip.
So many hidden fees and overpriced!! For a family of 4 I paid $996 online for an all day pass just to get to the park and find they required a park entrance fee for $100, ATV insurance for $150, shuttle fee for $80. Also, they don't tell you that when you buy the "all experience pass" they only allow you to go on three of the eight zip lines. Only people that have bought a zip line only pass at the full zip line experience. Also at the end of a long day, the shuttle was late!!! If you go, expect 25% charge in random hidden fees.
It was an amazing time with family, we did everything they had available ot was so fun there is something for everyone from calm ones to the more adventurous, the animals everyone so friendly, they really take care of making everyone feel welcome and happy they treat us like family’s
We are on a family trip with friends and the park was high on our 15-16 yr olds’ list of things to do. The park pass worked well for us. The zip lines were fun and we felt safe despite the thrill. We were glad we did it first bc it was hot and there was hiking between the lines. The camels were also worthwhile. Angel, our camel guide, was attentive and knowledgeable. We had just wished the camel ride was longer — it was only about 10 min. As for the animal enclosures, we had intended to stop by just as a pass through, but our whole family was surprised to find we enjoyed our time w the birds and guide Francisco as much as or more than anything else. Francisco was genuine, patient, knowledgeable and the beautiful birds were impressively well trained and clearly trusted him and were well cared for. We also enjoyed the horse ride though that also was pretty short (10 -15 min?) Guide Henry was attentive and clearly cared for the horses. The novelty of the UTVs was fun though you basically drive a set route and have to keep up w the guide so it’s not maybe the free off roading we had imagined. The water park was a nice respite in the heat, though the water features are more for younger ages. The park food was solid - US prices. The main bummer is you aren’t allowed to take pics during a number of the tours (zip lines, camels). You have to pay for the expensive picture service instead.
yon with my girlfriend for her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was advertised online. We paid around $600 USD for the all-inclusive activities package, but we were only able to do three activities because the lines were extremely long. Despite paying for the most expensive package, there was no priority access or noticeable benefit compared to the other packages. I will say that the staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. However, the park itself was not worth the time or money. Prices for food and drinks were just as expensive as in the United States, and many activities were done in large groups, which made wait times much longer than expected. The photos and advertisements do not accurately reflect the actual experience. For example, there was no camel ride along the beach and no ATV ride to the beach, despite what many of the promotional photos seem to suggest. The food quality was also disappointing. If you’re planning to visit, I would strongly recommend not purchasing the most expensive package, as it does not provide enough added value to justify the cost. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
My daughter and I came out to Wild Canyon last year on vacation and did the Monster Ziplines. It was so fun that we came back this year and brought our cousins! Every associate is helpful and friendly. Food at the Lion's Den was great portions and tasty! There were so many helpful people there that I couldn't remember everyone's names but I do know that Luis was an excellent guide through the Animal Kingdom! We also had excellent guides for the ziplines, camel ride, and horses! Tons of great pictures come with the photo package! Definitely recommend the 9-3:30 park pass where you get a little taste of all the different areas It is hot out there but well worth the visit! They work well with large crowds and organization. Make sure to bring cash for tipping!
When you’re with my teenage boys. Did the zip lines the UT adventure and the bungee swing. Also had lunch at the Mexican restaurant. It was a great day of adventure. Also saw an amazing sunset. Definitely a place you could spend 4 to 5 hours at. The bungee swing is a must.
Overall it was a pretty good experience. We did the park pass so we could do EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, it is impossible to do everything in one day because of the time it takes and waiting for others to finish. We ended up doing zip lines, UTV, ATV, horseback, and the animal sanctuary. We passed on the camels (it was already super hot) and didn’t have time to finish with a bungee jump. Everyone there was super friendly and they even offered to pay me back for the uber we took when their free van forgot us. All the guides were great (I wish I remembered their names and Hope everybody else tips them. Especially like our UTV/ATV guide and the guy doing the animal sanctuary tours. Things I didn’t love….the photos are an absolute scam. If they cut the price in half they would sell 10x as many. Someone needs to teach them the math on that one. Second, you are pretty much trapped for lunch and although it’s a cool spot…the food isn’t worth a fraction of what they charge for it.
We had an absolutely incredible time at Wild Canyon in Cabo! This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we’re so glad we decided to go with the park pass—it let us experience so many activities in one day. The ATV and UTV experience was amazing, and we want to give a special shoutout to one of the staff members—Adrian (I hope I got his name right!). He did a fantastic job making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and ready to have fun. And Goose at the bungee… what a legend. Total badass, but also made us feel completely at ease before the jump. That kind of energy makes all the difference when you’re doing something that intense! Everything we did was top-notch. The staff across the park were all knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It really added to the overall experience. Our kids had the best time too—they loved feeding the bunnies and guinea pigs, riding the camels, ziplining, and cooling off at the water park. There’s truly something for everyone here. The only downside for us was the cost. It ended up being a pretty pricey day between the park entry fee, the required insurance for both the ATV and UTV, and especially the high price of the photos. Just something to keep in mind when planning your visit. That said, we still made so many great memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Wild Canyon to anyone visiting Cabo!
Loved the entire experience def recommend
Dago was awesome! The food and margaritas were delicious. It’s a beautiful place. We met a lot of great people while we were in the park and enjoyed our day. 🌞🌴🕶️
We had a great time at the park! We booked the Wild Canyon park pass on line before coming down and with the meal Gave us more options than we could squeeze into our time there! Ziplining, ATV and UTV were amazing, had a great lunch followed up by Tequila tasting. We met some of the animals and did some of the other small activities with our time. We did opt out on Bungee jumping-Swing and the Horse or Camel back riding as the sun was strong. Bring a swim suit to dip into the mini water park, and your own Bandana to save yourself $3 It was a good experience away from all the cruise ships and busy Marina area.
My friends and I went on the excursion the end of September 2025. We did the ATV, camel ride and tequila tasting. The camel ride was awesome!!! During the Atv ride, we got stuck out on the ride for about 30 minutes, we had to wait on someone to bring us another vehicle. When we arrived back to wild canyon from ride, we had to rush through Tequila tasting. The lady giving the tour rushed through the demonstration because the bus was there to pick us up to take us back to the resort. Well during the tasting, she showed us tequila bottles with percentage of alcohol. We purchased 5 bottles at $87 a bottle. She packaged everything up for the plane. When we arrived back to the United States and unpacked, we were scammed!!! 3 bottles were mixers with only 10% alcohol that wasn’t even tequila!!!! We are in the midst now of trying to dispute. Bypass the tequila tasting!!!!
There were too many fees. We paid for the park pass at $1 85 and had to upgraded for $110 insurance and a park pass that’s not included when you buy any of the packages online. Included a “meal plan” that’s not even worth it (just one drink the whole day) Also, the place takes way too long. We went at 9am sharp and could barely get in 3 ziplines (Less than the 7-8 that were advertised open) utv and bungee. Each activity we had to wait 40 min plus because of not enough staff or atv/utv. Bungee jump took 1+ hours of just waiting and another 1 hour to finish a group of four. Would much rather go somewhere else next time for the price if it stays the same.
We participated in the ORV, camel ride, horseback riding, 300-foot swing, zip lines, and animal adventure. The staff were very safety-focus and were quick to react when we witnessed an injury. The camel experience was a blast though we would have enjoyed a little bit longer ride; CG provided great information about camels and the photo session was great! Angel with the animal adventure was very informative and a lot of fun to work with. Gus and the other gentleman at the 300-foot swing were the BEST- you live every day but only die once. Jose Marie with the horses was wonderful as well. Overall, we had a great day!
I booked the ultimate pass experience to celebrate my birthday with my friends and I can’t stress enough how incredible it was. To the entire team at Wild Canyon, thank you for a once in a life time experience. Everyone who had a hand in our experience was so kind and patient. I really appreciate the time they took to educate us on how to properly perform the activities. The photographers were such an elevated touch, not having to worry about capturing the action myself was awesome. I’m sad the ATM didn’t work, because they were all worthy of more tips, make sure you come ready because this team is more than worthy. We did Zip lining, the swing bungee jump, KISSED camels, rode ATV’s, had lunch and a tequila tasting. I’m sure I’m forgetting someone’s name but thank you to Yair - Alain, Alexus , Alejandro, Patrick, Alfonso and the entire team!! The ultimate pass is where it’s at!!
The rides themselves aren't bad. It was that this place charges way too much. It's $250 USD per person. The park basically opens at 10am and closes at 3PM. On top of that, they charge about $40 USD per driver for insurance or $110 per person for photos, insurance and lunch. You are not not allowed to take any photos yourself (for safety reasons) but if you happen to bring your own Go Pro, you are allowed to use it for $30 USD. It's called a CAMERA PASS. Oh, and for the ATV you will need to buy a mask for $7 USD as they do not provide you with one. Finally, if you did not purchase their all day (5 hour) pass, you'll have to pay an additional $30 USD per person for park entrance fee and another $10 USD each way for the hotel pick up and drop off. All in all, if you purchase everything they sell you, you'll be out $764 USD for 2 people for 5 hours of park time. Me being Canadian, that's over $1000 Cad. Lol, my trip to Disneyland was cheaper. This place Is a hole in the wall compared to Disneyland. I forgot to mention they ask for a tip after each ride.
The bungee cord jump and big swing were not possible for my grandkids ages 10 and 12 becasue they weighed less than 110lbs. They were very dissappointed. The ATV and UTV experience was fun but we were at the end of the line of vehicles and very dusty. The zip line was pretty good, but alot of uphill hiking for the 2 nice long ziplines. The water park slides and pool were for young babies and children. Not a hard limit but the water was only a foot deep and mostly kids <5 years old used it. Our kids were not interested in riding the camels or horses. So, the park provided just two events for us - the UTV and the ziplines. We found it overpriced and the advertizing a bit misleading.
It was a great experience! Staff was great activities were so amazing never experienced anything like it
A park pass at Wild Canyon Adventure Park was a wonderful shore excursion. David was an amazing tour guide and took care of us all day. There were many activities and interactions to choose from. First, we rode a UTV through curvy trails, and then across the suspension bridges with gorgeous views of the canyon! It was so fun! Next, we rode an ATV with passenger seat so couples could ride together. We did a smooth ride to the beach and back. On the way back, we rode by wild horses. They were beautiful! My husband did an amazing job driving and keeping me safe! Alain and Panda were excellent guides and took great care of us. Next we went and rode and interacted with the camels. That was a relaxing and sweet experience, especially when the camel kisses you! Next, we went and ate a quesadilla lunch which was included in our package. The service was fast and pleasant, and the quesadillas were good. Last, we went and rode horses. This was my favorite experience, because I love horses! My horse was spunky, but attentive and calm. He listened to my cues when I pulled him back, because the horse in front of him was getting irritated that he was too close. The rest of the ride he stayed about a length and a half behind the other horse and stopped when I asked him to, even when the other horses were moving. Very responsive and well trained, not just a follow along horse! I was impressed and felt very safe. The horse trainer was professional and kind and even took pictures with our phone at the end of the ride! The photographers were nice and captured great moments. We bought the entire picture package, because they gave us all four activities for the same price as two! (You can also do zip lining and bungee jumping, but we didn’t have enough time to do everything!!!) We had an amazing and fun experience! We highly recommend this excursion.
This was an adventurous day and soooo much fun!! We learned quickly that the park pass has limitations - great marketing but there’s a lot of limitations. Not enough time in a day to do multiples of “unlimited” unless you stuck to 1 activity. I wouldn’t recommend spending the extra money for the “unlimited” option. We fell for the marketing. Only less than 5* experience to share. Things close up around 2:30-3p as the last tour option. They picked us up in a van at our resort as well! The Camel Quest was by far the most memorable and the camel team was incredible. Gilbert was fantastic! The zip line crew was amazing and provided an exceptional experience! Fantastic! UTV and ATVs were a blast with Panda & the team! Dirty and dusty but worth it!!!!!
We had such an amazing time! Angel was our guide for the horse back tour and he was amazing, I had never rode before and he made it super easy and enjoyable for me! He showed us some plants and their medicinal properties as well. Of course getting some amazing views as well. When we toured the rest of the animals enclosures Luiz was our guide and he was so caring and loving to the animals, you can tell how much he cares for them. Then the final show of watching the birds do their tricks for him. It really made this one of the best parts of our trip to Los Cabos! Would recommend to our friends and family 10/10!
We enjoyed all the activities! Especially the swing, camel experience and the zoo tour. Even though we have four wheelers at our farms, the utv rides were fun due to Panda's guide throughout our ride. We also purchased the extra package to get the pictures, "free drinks and meals". We were told that we would have all the drinks we would want and tequila tasting at the end. This isn't true. We did get ONE small beer or pop each and a meal. When I asked about the tequila tasting I was told to go up to the top of the bar area, which I did. No one was up there. When I went back down to the bar and told one of the 2 bartenders and the one server on duty that no one was up there, they weren't concerned. We left. Was a bit disappointed. The pictures we received, however, made up for the lack of refreshments.
We loved the experience! The food was good, I got a hamburger…. it looked like a real Krabby Patty, it was so juicy!! The drinks can be a hit or miss.. the tequila tasting guy was real! I fwy if you see this bro! ALSO!! The camel guys!!! BOTH of them were AMAZING! They all definitely made the experience…!! The pictures were So cuuute! We all loved it… but if you get to the park you can actually choose which activities to pay for and participate in if you know you won’t participate in a lot of the activities.
Don't waste your money! To be fair we spent 10 days in cabo, 5 days for excursions, and 5 to lounge around the resort. We had a great time on all other excursions, and loved our time in cabo, but this place was all hype, and very little real tome w the activities. I highly suggest picking separate excursions and going that route. First off if you get the park pass, one thing they don't tell you is ziplining goes from 8 down to 3 zips. Utv is maybe 30 min. Atv is the same. My son and I had time between excursions and want to do some of the biking or one wheel. Out of 7 bikes not one of them worked. One (or both) flat tire(s) no brakes. Just less than awesome. 5 of us (9yrs- 46yrs) cost $1,500.00. We had to wait for their schedule to do these excursions and the customer service from the office was terrible. The tour guides and staff were absolutely incredible I will say, everyone experienced in that area, and just fun to be around. I highly recommend taking separate excursions where you get some real time w the activity of choice.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking to live. From the staff, the experience, and views you will experience the beauty of Mexico. The staff was very knowledgeable, funny, and made you feel safe. They truly made my birthday, thank you Wild Canyon!!
Took advantage of the park pass. Started out with the swing, the crew was amazing. They set the tone for the day. Did almost everything and the crew at each activity were simply amazing. Definitely recommend the park pass with photos. We have so many great pics to remember this day. Only issue I had was with the waiter at the Lions Den. The gentleman with red/white/black Nike's really needs a refresher on customer service. Questioned the package that we had several times, essentially calling me a liar, urged him to check with a supervisor, we were obviously not wrong after he validated, never apologized, and basically told me to keep my tip money as it wasn't enough for him.
Went here with my family and had a great time! We chose the park pass which included all the activities including multiple atv snd utv rides. My girlfriend had bungie jumping on her bucket list and almost didn’t go through with it but Goose and the guys were great and gave her the confidence to get it done! She still talking about it. The waterpark and animal tour was great for my son. Crazy Fabian and the guys at the ATV tours were awesome and made the excursion top-notch. Will definitely be going back on my next visit again! Thank you guys! And to some of the reviews, I read before going here. yes there is insurance that you have to pay. If you are going to be driving the ATV or UTVs. Some of these reviews almost let me not to go and I’m glad I decided to give it a try anyway!
Had the absolute BEST TIME!!! the guys sets us up with the giant swing we're TOP NOTCH!! and Richard was our guide for the 4 wheelers & the ATV was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! We will be going back at some point with kids in tow and can't wait for them to enjoy these adventures!!
Bought a full day pass and didn’t have enough time to do everything as our transfer was scheduled to pick us up at 3:30pm. I would drive there and stay as late as possible because there’s so much to do. We did the zip lines, camel ride (which was very short but some good photos) and the Razer/UTV. Our guide for the UTV was Richi Rioh - he was amazing and made our day! Such a fun experience. Thank you again Richi!
AVOID THIS PLACE. These people are scammers. Everything has hidden fees and prices change every minute. The guys in the front kept laughing at us when we’d call them out on the price changes. They don’t tell you that transportation comes back at a certain time. We finished at 1:45 and the next shuttle came at 3:30. If you want to leave, you also have to pay. The price differs if you speak Spanish or not. The lady in the front that greets you when you arrive was extremely rude. Not worth it if you’re paying $200 for a 15 minute atv ride.
Isaiah and Roman were great and friendly drivers! The wild canyon crew was very helpful and we had a blast! The food service was convenient and great selection of food on their menu!
Amazing experience!! This park is well worth the trip and adventure. The staff was very friendly and nice
Get the unlimited so you don’t have to pay so much for each individual activity! The food was amazing. Good tequila. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Atv and Utv tours were soooo much fun. The scenery is so beautiful it’s the highlight. Our guide stopped at the beach for extra photos which were incredible. The beach outside of this place looks amazing. I wish they had activities there too. The staff in the zoo were so kind. They let us feed and hold almost everything. We go to choose how long we stayed in each section and how we were able to interact with them. Such an experience!
Wonderful experience. Big shoutout to Panda for ATV & UTV. The zipline and hike is amazing . Go and experience. 100% recommended.
I had an amazing time at this park. I would rate the entire experience a 10/10 simply because of the staff itself. I was a little unpleased with the pricing originally, however once interacting with the staff at the park I was reminded that I made a great decision spending the money. Our ATV tour guide Louis was an angel on earth, he had the most vibrant personality and he made us feel very special the entire adventure. He was very attentive, patient and made us feel that he was excited to work with us during our ATV adventure. During the bungee jumping experience Alexis and Scrappy were 10/10 staff members, they were very encouraging as we prepared to face one our our biggest fears. During the horse back riding we worked with Angel who was truly an angel on earth. Although I could not remember every amazing worker I came across name, I will honestly say that all staff at the park that I interacted with provided us with extraordinary service. As long as the park continues to keep the current staff that they have this excursion experience will be one of the best decisions one could make when visiting Los Cabos. Thank you Louis, Scrappy, Angel, Alexis and Alex for making this the best birthday experience a girl could ask for!!! I will be returning to the park with more guest so that they are able to have the same amazing experience that I had.
The best place ever for the family in Cabo. All the activities that you want in one place. Amazing just amazing. Horse back riding Camel riding Animal feeding Off road buggies Bungee jumping We had a blast. Highly recommend Take your family there
The activities were fun and varied. The staff was very professional and I always felt safe and like I had things to do. For a half day I think it's a very good time.
The place was amazing! I would give it 10 stars if I would. My son and I went horseback riding and Chema helped my son which was his first time on a horse. My son was nervous and Chema kept checking to make sure he was okay. He was fantastic! My son loved it. Camel riding with Victor was great. The Atvs were so rad! We are definitely going back
It was great all of the tour guides were amazing ! Especially Emmanuel very informative ! The food was great & the tequila tasting !
We did ATV’s and UTV’s and both were so fun! Our leader / head driver Richi made instructions super easy to understand and was very funny. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend
This is the third time we have visited. It is the highlight of the trip. Both Ivan and Luis gave us extra special atv and razor trips which were a blast. We also did the zip lining, camel ride and horse back ride. All were fun and the crew were all really nice. I highly recommend when in Cabo. It is a tiring day but very fun
Lousy service, starting with UTV's, they ask you for money to give you a good tour, the tip should be left according to the service provided, even so I agreed and in the “great tour” they had us standing in the sun for a long time and we never went fast as they promised, it was so boring, then the zip line activity they do not explain at the check in that they do not include all the 8 lines with the park pass. Also during the course of taking activities they do not explain or give you concrete indications they just tell you go straight making you stay in the sun without knowing where to go, also the package says transportation included and they wanted to change extra for it, I paid 2 driver insurances to be able to do the UT'V activity and they told us they will let us know when to change and by the end of the tour they never told us nothing so only one person drove, then when we ask for the refund of the insurance they said that nothing could be done, to be honest, you rather just leave the park to continue taking any more activities.
My 13 year-old daughter wanted to try a number of different "extreme" activities while we were in Cabo, so Wild Canyon definitely gave us the opportunity to try a number of different things all in one package. We booked directly from their website as opposed to through Viator or our hotel concierge, as the website had a discounted price. After booking, we got all the necessary information and forms via email, and everything was smooth. We also elected to take advantage of the transportation, and the shuttle came to our hotel lobby right on time. After being dropped off we checked in. This took some time (maybe 5-10) mins. One thing that I didn't realize before was that UTV insurance was required rather than optional if that is one of your activities. So I paid for the insurance. I also needed to indicate whether I wanted an automatically shifting ATV or a regular one where you need to shift the gears yourself. The automatic is an extra $50. I elected to go with the regular one even though I didn't quite know what I was getting into. Later on I found out that it was a very simple matter to shift gears. Nothing like having to drive a manual transmission car. First stop for us was the bungee jump. One thing I'll note is that it takes quite a bit of time for each person to get harnessed up, transported to the cable car which is the launch point, strapped in / hooked up, do the actual jump itself, and get reeled back in and then returned to the starting point. So if there's a line, expect a wait. I had to wait at least a half hour for two people in front of us to get the giant swing rides done. Safety first, so you want to make sure everything is done just right, so the wait is understandable. Ideally, there's no one waiting when you decide to try it out. We went there first thing thinking that it would be extremely popular, but it turns out that after we finished, no one else was waiting. This was on a Thursday so maybe there were fewer people? Had I known, we might've been able to do a zip line or something and then proceeded straight to the bungee jump without waiting. We had two guides for the bungee jump. Both were excellent. They really tried to put our minds at ease, and even though it was my daughter's idea to try it, in the moment of truth, she was more frightened than I've ever seen her. The guides were encouraging without being pushy. The first attempt she backed out, but then gathered up her courage and did it on the 2nd attempt. But she could've said no and no one would have judged her for it. This was a bungee jump over a canyon and it was very high up, so the thrill factor is definitely there. As a first time jumper, I don't really know how to rate the experience compared to other bungee jumps, but we both survived, so that's a plus :). Again, the guides were terrific, and this was definitely the highlight of the day. After the bungee jump, we did the UTV, ATV, camel ride, and animal tour, so compared to the bungee jump, each activity got progressively tamer, but they were all still fun. The UTV/ATV/camel rides can be done once each during the day, but that was enough. The UTVs and ATVs were in good condition. The UTV ride was extremely dusty, probably more so since we were at the rear of the group. But crossing the canyon bridge was cool. The ATV ride was more fun for both my daughter and myself. We got to drive faster on some straightaways and did a circuit that took us near the beach. Both the UTV and ATV could accommodate one driver and one passenger. The camel ride involved taking a shuttle to a remote part of the park. The camel ride itself was pretty short. Kind of like a pony ride with an employee holding the reins and guiding the camels along. So at no point are we taking control of the camels. I could see it getting boring after a while, so it's probably good that it was short. The guide and a photographer walked along with us, with the guide cracking jokes and giving some interesting facts about camels. After the ride we had a chance to pet and take photos with one of the more docile camels and even had a chance to feed one while we waiting for the shuttle back. The animal tour was a guided tour to pet / touch / feed rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, macaus, etc. Although not a thrill ride by any means, this would be a highlight for any kid, and even my teenager really enjoyed feeding the rabbits and birds. All in all, I found the experience to be very well organized. Most activities took place every half hour. Other than the bungee jump, there was very little waiting. The shop, restrooms, and facilities were all very clean. There is a restaurant if you want to have lunch, although we didn't try it. As is the case for any similar activity, there is an extra charge if you want to purchase photos from your day, and it's not cheap. Since we did the bungee jump, I pretty much knew I was going to purchase this in any case, and the video we got of the jump was very professional. One piece of advice for the park management - have a better way to manage gratuities. Each attraction involved a tip box for optional gratuities. I used whatever smaller bills I had (50-100 pesos) but after a while I ran out of these bills. And the shop was not able to exchange my 500 peso bills. I would definitely prefer it if they just included a service charge with the park admission, or gave the opportunity to provide an optional gratuity at the end that would be shared among all of the guides. But the way it was set up, I was able to tip some of the staff but not others.
Transportation was smooth and organized. The ATV/UTV, bungee jump, & camel workers were very helpful and fun!! If you are not familiar with semi-automatic ATVs .. you’ll receive a quick training beforehand. Bungee jumping was awesome!! They were super friendly and made sure we were safe at all times! The bartender was great and food is tasty!! Definitely recommend getting a park pass. You’re able do each event at your own pace. The pictures turned out great and is worth it especially if you are doing multiple events!! Highly recommend going!
The Park Pass ended up very good value. Depending on the luck of your timing, you may end up with essentially a private tour (our ATV trip was just the guide and our family). Our zip-lining was short (lines 1, 2, 8) , but we are unsure if that is due to our kids' ages on the youngest being under 40kg. The 6 hour window (0900-1500) seems short but we got everything in that we wanted, and were ready to go by 3pm.
