Excellent time. My first time parasailing. Great experience

Tour guide was fun but serious when it came to safety. First time parasailing and it was a great experience.

I had such a relaxing and unforgettable parasailing experience in Mexico—it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Once we took off, the views were absolutely stunning. Floating high above the ocean with the coastline stretched out below was peaceful in a way that’s hard to describe. The water looked incredible from above, and it was surprisingly calm up there—no loud noise, just the sound of the wind and the ocean. The crew was friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly and making both takeoff and landing feel effortless. They kept the mood fun and light, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for something exciting but still super relaxing, I’d definitely recommend parasailing.

This was an easy solo trip for my partner and myself (no others on the boat with us). I have a slight fear of heights so was worried but the slow ease into the air was like we were a kite in the wind and easy and a wonderful ride. The team were great and friendly. We enjoyed the boat ride out to open sky and away from the beach which was nice to see the beach and shoreline from the water. I would definitely recommend.

The view was unforgettable the experience was a once in a lifetime moment. The guys were very informative and safety was number 1

The process was seamless start to finish. Crew was friendly, fun, informative, kind, patient, and helpful. Only upgrade would be better signage where to meet. Ended up at the location to pay the marina, but staff there was more than willing to help and escorted us directly to the boat.

I was the last in our group to go up, and it was well worth the wait. We met near Breathless Hotel at the marina, the same spot as the Hip Hop Boat Party. After check-in and a quick dock fee, we boarded and were briefed on safety and ride details. Each person went up for about 10–15 minutes, maybe more. The skies were clear, and the waters calm, which made the flight smooth. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and music, adding a personal touch. The views from above—marina, coastlines, and distant resorts—were absolutely stunning. The onboard photographer offered pro photos. We used our phones too, but you can haggle for a good deal on all your group’s shots. Overall, a laid-back, unforgettable ride in the sky.

The experience was great. The captain and crew friendly and courteous. We had a blast! It was the first time for my husband and son. The crew put them at ease.

I'm sure parasailing would have been wonderful (if we were able to do it). My wife and I were very excited for our first time parasailing as we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary with a cruise to Mexico. We had our tickets and confirmation email that stated our tour would start at 11 am but when we arrived we were told the excursion didn't start until 12. That would have been fine but the last tender boat back to the cruise ship was leaving at 1:45 pm and the tour wouldn't get done until 1:30pm. The excursion offered to water taxi us back to the dock at half price but we didn't want to risk it as 15 minutes was not a lot of time to go across the pier. If there were any delays of any kind we would have been left in Mexico. We decided to just cut our time short and just go back to the ship. I reached out to Viator and let them know the circumstances but was told they would not refund me the money as we could have made it back to the ship in time. I explained again that everything I was given showed 11 and not 12 but was still denied a refund. Since they denied helping me in anyway I kindly said thank you but will no longer be using Viator for any future excursions as that is not how you treat customers.

Beautiful view of Cabo and a relaxing experience! Recommend you try it at least once in your life. Andy and the crew are very positive and pleasant to be around.

We had a great time, but we bought the pictures they took but never received them in our email, we bought the whole package.?

It's was a wonderful time. The guide was very informative and funny. The only thing was I wished they they pick you up because it was a little confusing finding the the lacation. But all in all it was awesome

Love the parasailing itself the boat people were really great the only downfall we had was we didn't like the directions on how to get to the point of where we needed to meet for parasailing

Our initial person never showed up for our parasailing excursion. We got on the phone with Mauricio and he had another boat out to us within minutes. It was a slight inconvenience but I was so impressed how they made things right so quick. We also had a blast and the crew was excellent. This is a legit company and I highly recommend.

Parasailing was great I enjoyed that, but no transportation to and from hotel made my day a nightmare called all the numbers 24 hours in advance to arrange transportation no help never booking with this company again

We had amazing time parasailing. The crew was very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience so much better. My wife was a little nervous at first, but they took the time to reassure her and she loved it. We were even able to see a few sea turtles and a sea lion while we were up in the air. My 11 and 15 year olds said it was the highlight of the trip so far for them. There was also a photographer who was able to capture some great photos of us enjoying the experience.

It was a lot of fun! The crew made it fun with picture taking and funny stories and made us feel safe!

They were so wonderful and this was most definitely worth every dime. The adventure is great , but the people are even greater.

It was canceled Didn't have any time to enjoy it how to do presentation so I canceled 2 days before and yet I was still charged

Due to high winds it was canceled. The company reached out to us several times for any changes but the winds were not cooperating . We were unable to reschedule since we were leaving the next day.

If you’re looking for an extension to work and a ruined day - book with them. You’ll start with a puzzle of the meeting place. I’m used to be contacted by the tour provider. Here you will be asked in fine print to contact them to find the meeting spot, google map in the ticket being just a decoration. What’s more, you’ll have to contact them via email or via a local Mexican - non WhatsApp - number. Good luck! If you’re lucky to have solved that issue, you’ll find yourselves in the hands of young, smirky, unexpectedly contrary to the Mexican levels - unwelcoming staff. If you like being treated like a sheep or cog in the system - go on. But if all that is not enough, if you think a beautiful experience awaits you once you’ve gone through above, you’re wrong. Contrasting to the Cabos standards, you will find yourself on a dated boat, having to dress a smelly equipment. Pictures you’ve seen don’t match the reality. I’ve done parasailing before and loved it. Gray Line Los Cabos was by far the worst of experiences, in parasailing as much as with all what I’ve done in Cabo. Huge disappointment.

They rescheduled my event so I did not use it when I wanted to. It was a anniversary gift that was supposed to be on my anniversary

On our third day full of activities, we went Parasailing. This was my first time and I had a blast! I think we went up to 600 or 800 feet? But if you don't want to go that high, you can just tell the guides. They also took videos and pictures for us, which all turned out amazing!. The views from up there were amazing. You get a great view of the arch, the long stretch of beaches, the vast ocean, all the other water activities happening below you, the cityscape...all beautiful. I highly recommend this activity!

This trip was cancelled at the last minute by the operators because the boat had a mechanical error. Then they say it was switched to a different location. I was not told that they switched locations. I was still charged. I am demanding a refund. Extremely poor customer service!!

This was such a great experience. We had no trouble finding the meeting point and from there we took a small boat to the marina where the boat took us out. we had our own personal photographer throughout the experience. The boat staff was so friendly and they were very knowledgeable and personable. If you’re thinking of doing this— go ahead and book!

For the first time ever parasailing we had a blast! The guides were great and the pictures turned out amazing. We definitely would do it again!

We were scheduled to meet at the location at 11:30am. I received a call at 11:05 letting me know it was cancelled after spending $40 usd for a ride to the location and another $20 usd to get back. Terrible.

The experience was delightful. It was great to be with such friendly guides and personnel. Would highly recommend this excursion to others.

Amazing tour, and ride. The boat captain was very friendly and funny. Didn't expect but he took us out close to the arches and helped take photos. So got a mini arches tour along with the parasail. The guy that operated the parasail was also super friendly, it felt super safe. And parasail itself was so amazing.

The parasailing itself was fun. The guides were great and one took several pictures for us. The complaint I have is they pick you up on the shore via water taxi. The taxi doesn’t come all the way up to the bank but stops right where the waves are crashing and the current is. When getting out of the water taxi you have grab all your things and get down a ladder. When I stepped on the ladder a wave came and knocked me down and then the current pulled me under the boat. My arm is bruises ,my hand is cut up and swollen ,and my hip is sore. The water taxi man didn’t even check to see if I was okay. The set up is very dangerous.

The water taxi had an accident , it got flooded and finally it ended up upside down. They knew that it wasn’t safe 100% to bring the water taxi to the shore, as they were saying it through the walkie talkie, but they did it anyway. While we were trying to get on the boat there were already complications, but they were insisting anyway, they were telling us to rush when we weren’t even able to get on the boat due to the sea conditions.

If I could give them a zero I would. Book a parasailing excursion and paid partially at the resort and the balance at the dock. The balance at the dock was not what was quoted. Paid anyway to expedite the excursion after the dock personnel told me to take it up with Gray Line. Got back to Gray Line and expressed my displeasure and was told they would only refund a partial amount of the overpayment. However, I never even received that amount. The customer service is terrible and like most people, there are white collar hustlers. Stay away.

Overall, this was a great activity to do in Cabo. The check in process was a bit disorganized and there seemed to be some confusion with our reservations. Thankfully, we were able to have one of our friends go twice as someone else was unable to join. They take you out far into the water. The actual parasailing was very relaxing and you have an amazing view of medano beach and fhe famous arch. It was also a safe experience overall!

Great time. This was the first time my wife has parasailed and she was very nervous. The employees made her feel safe and comfortable. After she came down from the ride she was excited and loves it. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely do it again.

Please do not use this company Gray Line I’m here in Cabo and when we arrived to the meet point we were told no activity for parasailing was at the location reached out to Viator and informed them this company is fraudulent they couldn’t help so be aware of Gray Line transportation.

Parasailing is a great way to see the Arch and the bay at Cabo San Lucas. The views are amazing, and the crew made it really easy and fun. I did think it was overpriced given the short time we were airborne, we had to provide our own transportation to and from San Jose del Cabo, and they charged extra for photos. That said, it was great fun and the crew was friendly and helpful.

This was our first time parasailing, and I can't wait to do it again. The crew was fun and practiced good safety measures. I'm a little afraid of heights, but there was nothing to fear in this experience. I expected a bumpy and noisy ride, but it was calm, comfortable, and peaceful quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend you try this.

The crew was awesome. Just right amount of air time parasailing. Great price for what we got! Would do it again with the company!

Beautiful time! The boat traffic was very heavy, though, and the time spent in the air was less than quoted, so was a bit disappointed and wish I could have enjoyed it for longer. I would recommend booking tours as early as possible, as by the afternoon, there are tons of boats out on the water. I really appreciated that I was able to book fairly last-minute, though. Overall, I would do it again!
