Parasailing Adventure In Los Cabos

This company Wisest Travel has the worst communication. While others responded to me from my Viator booking Wisest Travel would not respond on the App. On the day of our parasailing adventure I emailed Wisest Travel and sent a message through Viator...still no response. I got to the Marina and found out the excursion was cancelled due to wind. Not their fault on the wind...but not happy with the no communication. Luckily I did get reimbursed but had to make Viator call them to get it.

We had an amazing time and the crew was fun!

The 3 gentlemen were very kind and very knowledgeable. Was great to feel welcomed and safe. Thank you guys was a great experience.

My sister and I had an amazing time on this parasailing trip! The guides were hilarious and were very customer friendly!

Unfortunately, it was canceled two consecutive days due to wind conditions. I have always been pleased with Viator.

This was an amazing activity! So easy - just get in a harness, sit down on the back deck of the boat, and prepare to be gently lifted into the air! The views were outstanding, the feeling of flying was exhilarating. All to soon, the crew reels you slowly back down to the boat and you gently land on your feet. Highly recommend this activity!

Meeting place was far from dock; we could have just parked at dock and walked. Boat was an hour late from our departure time. Stopped for sight seeing, talking to other boats, etc. Once at our spot to parasail they said the weather was not good so we were going to return to the shore. 2.5 hours of the day spent on a boat, (I understand it not being safe I’m glad they took those measures) which could have been much more efficient. Many other parasailers were still up in the air when they told us we couldn’t go.

Lousy handling. Booked parasailing for the next morning after a lot of research. Was sent an email after an hour saying due to new Covid restrictions they are full and can not accommodate. Did they not know it an hour ago?? Waiting for refund - let’s see how much of a struggle that will be.

Never had a chance to go parasailing. I was given a call 20min before our time that they were canceling our time because of the high winds. We were in a taxi on our way to the marina and had to turn around, we were charged $25 for 1 mile. This company is also not easily reachable. They never sent over a time to be at the marina or anything.

At first our adventure got cancelled due to the winds, we had to reschedule for another day which was already for the Atv. We never got a chance to go back to the hotel to change into swim suits due to time but overall the kids had fun. The photographer i think his name was Luis, the captains Andrew and Andrew were all very good and interacted with us to make it more fun. A piece of advise make sure u go with tip money if u want to give them some. We left our bags at the office and felt so bad.

Instructor was great and helpful. Safe and smooth ride in the air. All the pictures taken were amazing. No drinks included and the wait was a little bit longer to get to the actual activity after check in

Different experience. Awesome views. Will recommend to friends. Nothing to be afraid because it was very safe.

Although the office personnel was late because they had a surprise inspection no one called to notify me that the time had been pushed back. Luckily my other scheduled excursion was across the way. Other than that they crew on the boat was amazing...

We had a blast with the Baja Watersports crew! We were in a group of 6 - 2 other couples in a family. The men parasailed one at a time, and we went up in a tandem parasail. The crew was excellent - they knew what they were doing and they were very playful. They got everyone hooked up and ready to fly, and gave god instructions for take off and landing. Each parasailing was about 15-20 min. Such an amazing experience! The only negative was that the office was hard to find, but we asked people when we were nearby and they helped us find Baja. Otherwise very professional.

We ended up being the only ones who did it on a Saturday at 2:30pm. So awesome, wish i could’ve taken my phone up there as the ride was super smooth and easy. First time and definitely won’t be my last!!!!

It was a great experience! The crew was very nice and accommodating. It was very fun and was not as scary as I thought it would be! Definitely would recommend and I’d do it again!

I had a great time! The view was so nice but it definitely wasn't as exciting as I thought it'd be so I kinda wish it wasn't so expensive.

My parasailing was cancelled the morning of and requested a refund. It has been 2 weeks (14 calendar days) and i still have not received my refund. Dont waste your money

It was necessary to cancel the parasailing booked thru you. However, it was not easy to complete the cancellation. No telephone number is provide. I contacted the company named on the reservation confirmation provided by you and the stated in order to get my refund I needed to contact a 3rd party. Finally I did it and the cancelled but refunded 90% of the paid fee. I think that it is necessary for you tp provide telephone number fo cancellations ans clarify that may be a fee associated with e cancellation. I would think twice before doing anothter receirvation you thru site.

I’ve always wanted to try parasailing, but it is so expensive back home in San Diego. We got an awesome deal for tandem parasailing and had so much fun! They took us to the marina, had a professional photographer come with us to take pictures (to purchase after, but the prices where nothing compared to Disneyland prices or any other tourist place), and the parasailing instructions/boat captain were very informative and helpful! They even accommodated a last-minute schedule. They even gave us complimentary drop off!

Almost didn't get the chance to experience parasailing in Cabo because there were mechanical issues with the boat but was rescheduled on my last day. thank god it happened! so much fun, we got a good 15 minutes up in the air but it was enough.Staff were very friendly!

<p>This excursion almost did not happen because the original excursion was scheduled for 8:30 am. When I got there I was told the excursion was at noon. I ended up going and changed my scheduled around but the expectation was not met. I would have been easier to walk up and make this reservation rather than schedule it before I went on the trip.</p>
