He was very helpful and made everything go smoothly and was very helpful with giving us all the info about the area around Cabo and giving recommendations on food/drinks in the area as well! If we ever come back again we will want Mui as our guide!

Great experience all around. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a total class act. We got to see lots of tropical fish alongside stingrays and sea turtles. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the swimmable beaches in Cabo San Lucas

They pick you up and drive in a spacious van with AC about 15 mins to a very nice beach. There were plenty of fish to see and the snorkeling was safe. Our guides Emilio and Maury were very good instructors and a lot of fun. Thank you!

It is the best snorkeling experience I have had. I tried several Hawaii, Cancun, Caribbean, Guam etc snorkelings before. This tour was the best. It was not crowded at all. Most of the visitors were at the shore. We were the only snorkelers who reached to rocks where corals were. Our guide, Marco Polo led us to right places where fish were. It was amazing! I saw amazing color school of fish swimming together in caves under the rocks. It’s like what I saw in YouTube. When I was done snorkeling, I stood on the shore and fish came down all around me and touched me! A person next to me was video taping the fish in the water and releasing a little bread crums in his swim suite. I also tried my left over granola bars wet in swim suite. Even before I release them, fish knew what was inside my pocket… they came to bump my pocket! full of them. If you have kids, visit here. Make sure to bring granola bars. Let your kids have memories of fish….. I experienced it at Hanauma bay at Hawaii 46 years ago

Mono is so amazing! We had the best time. We did a private snorkeling and the kayak and snorkeling went about 1.5 hrs and he took awesome photos! We saw so many different types of finish. Mono was very friendly and super fun to talk with. I would totally go again and again.

Mono was the best guide ever! He gave us an awesome experience seeing so many fish and marine species. We snorkeled for about 30 minutes and the rest was kayaking around the beautiful rock formations. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a guided snorkeling experience!

We got to snorkel two different bays with a small group. Our guide, Marco, was great - he answered questions about the fish and kept a good watch us making sure we stayed safe. Would recommend!

Picked us up promptly from hotel. During drive shared some info about Chilleno Bay. Attentive to our individual comfort levels, so we felt safe. Took us to a less crowded snorkel area and Marco Polo was a fantastic guide. He let us decide what we wanted to do, after about 45 minutes we decided to hang back and chill on the beach. Really nice guide and what a relaxing snorkel. Saw lots of beautiful fish, very close!

I've snorkeled from Hawaii to Bahamas and beyond, but this was one of the best. Maury was a wonderful guide making me venture further and longer than I would have alone. He spotted a shark, barracuda and Ray that I might have missed. I felt part of the many schools of fish we encountered and saw a couple I never encountered before. Thank you for not cancelling bc I was your only passenger. It was the highlight of my trip

Our snorkeling tour had to be canceled due to high swells bringing in Portuguese Man o war jellyfish. Our to guide, Liuis, gave us the option of going kayaking instead which we thought we were going to do until he brought us to the launch point and there were high winds and surf there. We opted to be dropped off at the marina to go shopping and sightsee. . I’m giving this tour a very high rating because the Tour company was very flexible in offering us aan alternative activity or refund. Luis was also a pleasure to work with. Quick notice of processing of refund as well.

I have taken many, many Viator tours and they are usually quite good. It is also understandable when an excursion is canceled due to weather. Viator was able to communicate with me on several occasions -when I was researching the trip, when I booked the trip, when payment was due, when payment went through and when the voucher was ready. What Viator (and/or the local tour operator) failed to communicate on the morning of the trip, that weather wasn't ideal and the excursion was canceled. One additional text, alerting us the trip was canceled that morning, would have save us two hours of precious vacation time, the early alarm clock, the rushed breakfast and $30USD in round trip cab fare to the meeting point. The tour operator, High Tide did offer a replacement activity of kayaking one mile to The Arch instead. Taking a boat to two prime snorkel locations, or propelling oneself a mile by kayak to Cabo's arch are two very different experiences. They were quick to offer a refund instead which was appreciated, but it was very obvious they had been aware of the weather conditions (kayaks already strapped to the van they picked us up in) earlier and could saved us a lot of hassle.

Our original tour of snorkeling at Chilano bay was canceled due to the rough water conditions. They offered an alternative of kayaking and snorkeling by the arch where the water was calmer. It was a great experience, so glad they had an alternative activity option! Our guides were kind and calm and super helpful in the water. They even air dropped their GoPro footage of our family to us! Such a great surprise!

This was an amazing experience!! The fish were so close to the surface which was really cool to see!! Our guide Marco was exceptional!

Emilio picked us up from our hotel in time. He gave us a very good experience at the beach. It was safe and he was patient and showed us how to use the equipment. We saw lots of fish, an eel and a manta ray. Water was beautiful. Emilio did an awesome job on the tour.

This is a 10 plus adventure! Sol and Marco were our tour guides and they have everything handled for you to enjoy your snorkel and paddling adventure. We put in at Santa Maria Cove and had a double kayak and paddled to Chileno Bay. We saw manta rays and dolphins. When we got to Cheleno Bay they had snorkel equipment for us and we swam all over the reef area seeing a very wide variety of fish! After a good amount of time snorkelling, they took us back to our resort. It was a ten day! We have used their company High Tide last October. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to have Hugo for a guide for our excursion. He was amazing and very attentive to our needs. He also gave us suggestions for good places to eat that were close to where we were staying. We would do this excursion again.

Wonderful day snorkeling with our awesome guide, Sol. He set up umbrellas on the beach, provided a cooler of water, snacks, life jackets, snorkel gear, and transportation. Sol was very knowledgeable about the fish and area. Beaches were stunning. We also beat the crowds of other tours. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We booked this excursion for the private experience, but it far exceeded our expectations. We got a personalized snorkel tour that catered to the needs and abilities of every family member. Some of us wanted to hang near the shallows for a surface snorkel, while some preferred an underwater dive far from shore. We got both and everything in between with a personal guide (Maudi was amazing!!) who was experienced and knowledgeable about the area and the beautiful wildlife we encountered. Five stars is not a high enough rating for the time we had, and next time we're in Cabo, this is at the top of our list to do again.

We had a great time — the beaches were very clean with bathrooms and showers, and we saw a ton of beautiful fish and even a manta ray. Luis is a very personable guide and the equipment (mask, fins, optional life vest) were all functional. Car pickup was also very convenient for our group of 10, and he also brought an umbrella and waters/beers for the group too.

We had a great tour. Our guide, Luis, was local and a surfer, so he knew the spots and the tides inside and out. We had clear water and great sightings and he helped us find and identify lots of beautiful fish. This is a great way to see Los Cabos.

Beautiful day snorkeling! We saw many fish and enjoyed our guide. Sol was a treasure trove of information on the drive to the beach and with restaurant recommendations. Sol also was very helpful in the water while snorkeling.

We booked this expecting a snorkeling excursion, but it was not what we anticipated. There was no boat at all. The entire experience was snorkeling from the beach, which felt no different than going to the beach on our own. The biggest issue was the amount of time spent in transportation. Between hotel pickups and drop-offs, we spent several hours in a shuttle for what ended up being about an hour in the water. We would have much preferred meeting at a central location to avoid losing so much of our day. Conditions were also rough, with strong waves and poor visibility. Several people in the group were pushed into rocks, and there were large amounts of small jellyfish in the water, which made the experience uncomfortable. The guide was kind and did their best, but overall this was not the experience we expected and not a good use of vacation time. If you are looking for a true snorkeling excursion, I would strongly recommend booking a tour that departs by boat rather than from the beach.

Good tour. They take you in a van to a nice public beach with some good snorkeling. Attentive but not overbearing guide. Would 100% do again

Santa Maria Bay had jellyfish and most people in our group got zapped. Chileno Bay was much nicer, but the first stop made everyone very on edge. Two thumbs up for Pedro, our guide.

We had a fantastic day snorkeling with Mauri. He was a wonderful guide that pointed out beautiful fish and was very knowledgeable. We have snorkeled in many different places but we saw different fish and sea life that we have t seen before. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Pedro was an excellent guide. We went as a family of four, including our 11 and 8 year old daughters. He supplied all the gear and did all the hard work, making it a truly special/vacation -like experience. He even relocated his umbrella to shade my 8 year old playing by the waves. We snorkeled, saw some beautiful fish and coral reef. It was an incredible experience with a knowledgeable guide. Thank you Pedro!

The water was perfectly clear and super fun to swim in, our instructor Luis was excellent, he swam the whole thing with us and was the best photographer for me and my family to keep these memories forever. Definitely recommend Luis!
