They were very informative and sent information to me before we even landed to know where they were gonna pick me up, and they had a sign with my name on it They also had water and beer in the vehicle available for us. Our driver was absolutely fabulous. Could not ask for anyone better. He was safe, friendly, wonderful conversation A five star experience

I can not say enough good things about this company. We were booked in advance, but the day of travel we had to change the pick up time twice do to missed flight connections. Their staff was on top of messaging back and forth during the day. Our driver , Antonio was waiting for us when we finally got in with a cheerful disposition and cold drinks. We will definitely use them more while we are here in Cabo.

Had to be picked up by 7:30 am for flight and not every shuttle starts that early. Our driver was 15 minutes early so we left before the deadline! He was friendly, courteous and a cautious driver.

The car was on time and drove safely. Would recommend for those traveling to Mexico and looking for a driver and or service to the airport

Excellent service. Tatcho arrived early at the airport and was waiting for us. It was a big sprinter van and had room for me and my family of 4 plus our luggages. The van was very clean and he had cold drinks waiting for us. We communicated via WhatsApp and was very responsive. We liked him so much we also used him for the return. His rate is also slightly less than most private airport car service. Highly recommend.

This service was on time, communicative and as advertised. They had water and beer in the car on arrival and the the transportation was a nice suburban which was air conditioned and fit our whole crew. I would definitely use again!

It was great to blow by all the madness of people soliciting rides and people trying to get rides and go directly to my driver holding up a sign with my name in bold letters. I only booked a one way trip to the coast but found the experience so good that I also booked the return trip after my three day stay.

Had a hotel pickup at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for ride to airport. Had confirmation and ticket for a 10am pickup. Driver no showed. I text driver and they responded 30 minutes later and said they would be there by 11am. Too late as we would miss our flight. Had to take taxi to airport and it cost $135 (Viator was suppose to cost $85). Tried to contact Viator and it sent me to the local driver which led to no response.

The company was responsive when our flight was delayed. Safe and dependable! Would definitely use again.

Great airport transfer! While we were waiting to get our luggage, the company texted me on where to meet! They also had a sign with my name on it! I’m so glad that they did because the taxis and groups selling excursions start swarming you. I kept telling them that I needed to go to umbrella #10, and then they would lie and say that they were our transfer. So heads up! Just walk past them and go outside. Also, our driver had a cooler with drinks! It was awesome having a few drinks on our way and not having to pay $10 at the airport!

Very impressed. Unlike previous shuttle companies, they had a sign with my name, we’re waiting for me when the plane arrives and sent a text alerting me. The car was ready immediately , no 20-30 minute wait. Water and beer. Efficient. I highly recommend.

The driver never said anything to us Then dropped us and all our bags at the wrong hotel I attempted to contact them immediately and tell them we needed to be picked up and brought to the correct hotel and I received zero response. I had already given him a tip, assuming we were at the right location. On top of paying for the ride that was incomplete and incorrect We then had to pay for another ride to the correct hotel

Rep was standing outside the bar at the airport with my name. Time for a quick beer, then our driver arrived. It was seamless, quick and a great deal. The rep was professional and friendly and so was our driver. Great start to our trip.

A wonderful company to use! They were waiting at the airport with a sign with my name on it. They communicated via email and WhatsApp quickly prior to my trip. They were early picking us up to take us back to the airport. The vehicle was very nice, clean and comfortable. Both drivers to and from were excellent as well. I HUGHLY RECOMMEND!

Although you pay for it through Viator and list your hotel, they then made us pay an additional $20 because they said our hotel was out of the zone.

Absolutely terrible first experience in Cabo! No clear instructions! No number to call! Wrong zone to meet driver. All the other drivers said company did not exist! Took one hour to find our driver! Driver was nice. Terrible process and communication.

From the 1st communication to the arrival at our hotel it was an A+++ experience. Our driver Antonio was a great host and ambassador for Cabo. He gave us great advise on adventures and was very conversational. We felt very welcomed to the area. Would highly recommend!!!

We used their service from SJD to our hotel. Everything was as advertised, driver was there when we arrived and van was as pictured. They even had an ice cooler full of cold beer and water. The only small gripe I have is they should give clearer instructions on the meeting place. They did say driver will be waiting for us at “meeting point 10”, but didn’t say if it was inside or outside the airport. I wasted 20min of my time by those aggressive “airport employees” trying to sell me tour packages. They even had a “10” marked on the floor and told me they are the shuttle company, so at first I thought this is where I meet my driver.

We had a little trouble finding our driver because there were so many people waiting, but he had a sign with our name on it.

We made our reservations via Trip Advisor based on other people's reviews and we were very pleased as well. Miguel met us at the appointed pick up spot with cold beer and water and helped us find our condo even though the directions were very confusing.

Cabo VIP The One was very responsive and attentive to our needs, especially when our flight was changed the day of arrival. I was worried I wouldn't be able to let them know but it was very easy to message this company and they were very reassuring they would be there for us to pick us up at the airport and take us to our resort. They were very easy to find in the conglomeration of so many drivers at the airport vying to get your business. You won't be sorry! Price is VERY reasonable.

Excellent service!! I had read wonderful reviews about Cabo VIP The One shuttle service. I booked a week before our trip. It was very easy to book & the company made sure to update on where to meet after we got our luggage. Miguel met us & was super nice. We were offered cold cervezas when on board. I also booked our transportation from hotel to SJD when we were dropped off at RIU Santa Fe. I never received confirmation from them about our return. I just called them the morning of departure and they picked us up on time. Thank you, Antonio. I would definitely use them again!! A+

The service was seamless. Our driver was there waiting for us. The second we came out of the airport and went to the umbrella meeting place. He was very professional friendly spoke good English had water and beer. Drove very carefully was informative couldn’t have asked for more wonderful service recommended Unequivocally.
