Our driver was really good. But the email didn't say anything about needing to pay extra for taxes. The customer service manager was a jerk and just wanted the driver to take us back to the airport and yelled at us.

Our flight landed and our contact informed us our driver, Eduardo was already on his way. We didn’t wait long. Eduardo handled our luggage expertly and the Suburban was clean. Eduardo is an excellent driver. Communication and the ride was smooth. Would use them again.

Eduardo was super nice on our trip. He was great. Had drinks for us ready for our ride to the resort.

It was TERRIBLE!!! The car didn't have air conditioner. The driver extorted $28 "Tax" extra from me and refused to issue a receipt. Terrible experience.. driver never showed up. The officer claimed he was there “ yelling my name” .. which was a complete LIE!. We waited almost 30 mins for a replacement driver … never again !

My experience was horrible! One drive picked me up just to take me to another drive and the truck had no ac! The advertise a bottle of water, soda, and alcohol beverage is included but nothing was provided. The also added a 30 few outside of the price paid online which is weird because no where is this additional charge advertised or post! Overall I wouldn’t recommend no one to book!

Driver was great! Good communication upon arrival. As warned, you really do need to aggressively move thru the “time share” vendors. They will even claim to be the person you are to meet outside. Thankful to have been warned and have the photo of our driver holding our name sign.

we booked and paid for trop and afterword was sent a text that the hotel required an additional $30 . I was later told it went to company. I dont mind paying for a service but I do mind getting charged additional fees after the fact. I would not recommend them for this reason

They didn't have the water and sodas as advertised. Off brand of beer. Not very handicapped friendly. Very hard to get in and out of the truck. Then informed of an extra $15.00 charge to drop at the agreed resort. I cancelled the first reservation when I found out about that charge the first time. The second reservation doesn't say anything about the extra charge until you get into the transport when you have no choice but to pay it.

I was asked for an additional $25 pick up fee. Why wasn’t that just included in the price? It felt like a scam.

Cancelled when I was waiting at airport and then refused to refund for no service. Claimed was in an accident, which I was fine with accidents happen, but after communicating with driver and viator they declined to refund my money, had to charge back with my credit card.

No ac in the vehicle, they claimed to have gotten in an accident prior to picking us up. then they tried to charge us an extra $30 for our hotel location when it says it’s a flat rate of 80. Was supposed to get picked up in a suburban but it was a ford explorer, what really did it was the fact that they tried to play it off like the ac was working before but they knew it wasn’t and they tried to give us 30% off on the extra $30, what is $3 gonna do for me ? The only reason I didn’t go back to the airport was because we had already been driving for 20 mins. I will never use viator again.

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we were out of the airport. Once we identified ourselves, he immediately grabbed our bags and we got going. Vehie was clean and spacious. He offered us cold drinks and the ride was smooth.

The company representative was easily located outside the airport. The car was prepared within 5 minutes of conversing with the representative. The vehicle was spotless, the driver exuded professionalism, and complimentary drinks were provided for the journey.

Leopoldo, Operations Manager of the company, lied through WhatsApp. I booked through Viator a private car service from the San Jose del Cabo Int Airport at 11:30 am. While on the plane, I received the following: "The thing is, we have a car available at 1:30pm. If you'd like to wait, we can provide the service. If you decide to go on your own, I can offer you a ride back to the airport." I have since requested a refund and they have denied such a request. I would NOT recommend this company, and I have escalated such poor business practice to Viator

Really good with communication. Was waiting for us when we arrived with our name on a placard. Helped with luggage. Excellent driver and bilingual English/Spanish. Rates are competitive with taxis etc. Highly recommend.

Second time using adventure travel. I used them in 2022 on a family trip, and only felt right to use them again on my solo trip to Cabo. Max and Eduardo were really good to me, very communicative, reliable and punctual. Like I told Max, adventure travel will always be my go-to for all future travels to Cabo !

The pick up was fine. They were on time everything was fine. They told us to get a ride back to the airport give them $100 cash and give them the time. We booked it and they were communicative. But they were unable to accommodate our ride home when flights changed... so we were out $100 cash and had to pay another $80 to get a ride to the airport from the hotel

They were nice enough - but made a reservation for 2pm, 45 minutes after we landed.. and the shuttle didn’t arrive until almost 3pm.

Prepaid $60 cash for a ride back from hotel to airport. Pickup from hotel was for 1pm. They texted at 1:15 saying driver was outside. As I get to the front, I don’t see the driver and dispatch texts back at 1:19 saying driver has left. They then tell me driver will call/text me. I ask driver if they’re coming back around and he leaves me on read. Wouldn’t book them again.

We booked this company to go straight to our resort and enjoy our time versus taking the shared shuttle that makes multiple stops. Our driver didn't have a sign for us and we stood outside for 40 minutes before he called to tell us he was there. We were already trying to figure out a different way of transportation. Then once we were called he sent us with a third party who he paid to take us. Once in the car he told us we had a $5 balance to pay which was odd since I paid our trip online through Viator. Also, there were no beers as advertised. I will never do this again. It would have been faster, easier and cheaper to uber!

had an excellent experience with Eduardo! He was punctual, professional, and very friendly throughout the ride to SJD. The car was clean and comfortable, he of course assisted with our luggage and he drove safely while also making sure we reached our destination efficiently with music of our choice! The transportation never showed up nor could the on site contact ever get a precise verification of where the vehicle was. I ended up taking a taxi.

Easy as can be. Was met at umbrella by Victor (I think) had a clip board with our name on it. super nice. Spoke great English. Our driver max was nice. Clean car. Got us to our hotel quickly

The actual transportation was safe and on time. The only complaint I had was that the quoted price was not all inclusive of tolls. We were told a few days prior to our arrival that we would need to pay the toll booth $10 cash. This $10 was on top of the quoted price of the ride. I would have preferred to pay $10 more at the time of the quote and have the driver/company pay the $10 than to have received that text telling us we would owe an additional amount. It did not feel transparent. Quote the price I am going to owe for the ride, period.

It was amazing having your own car other then sharing a ride with others and then taking forever to get to your place when with this he took us straight to our hotel. When I did share they would be dropping off other people at there location and takes longer to get to mine.

Perfect pick up from the airport and extremely efficient driving back to the airport with road work and traffic.

Terrible experience. I booked this thinking... it's viator, they must vet the companies. But nope... our flight was actually EARLY and we went straight out to the guy with the sign who was waiting for us. Immediately he tried to upsell us on a return shuttle which was offputting, but fine. I agreed and they would only take CASH which was weird so I said no. Then he called his young daughter over to talk to us. I guess he wanted a tip for just holding the sign and pointing to our vehicle which was fine & we were going to give him anyway. But it was too much and obnoxious. Then the worst part... we get IN the vehicle and start driving and the driver calls his "boss" and puts him on speaker phone while he is driving. They proceed to tell us that we "were late" and that they would have to charge us a fee for waiting! I told him we were NOT late, but early and not going to pay any surcharge. I had to argue over & over with him for about 5 minutes until he gave up. This obnoxious behavior is the exact reason I prebooked this (to avoid this scam behavior). I guess a lot of people just pay extra so they don't have to argue??? Anyway, do NOT book with this company... it was one thing after another. Although the driver was super nice and clearly just in the "middle" of the scam. He was nice and professional the whole time. I am going back to Cabo and going to use a company that Perplexity recommends which is Caboshuttleservices.com for the round trip. Hopefully they won't pull the same thing.
