Los Cabos Airport Shuttle Roundtrip Hotels Only

I rarely give five stars but the driver was waiting when I arrived. The SUV was a new clean model/SUV. Excellent service.

The agent greeted us by name. Less than ten minutes later our ride arrived. The driver was very professional as well as being pleasant and informative about the region. He offered advice about our return trip and what we needed to do to confirm that date and time. Highly recommend this service.

I have used this company (calypso) for the past few trips. Overall excellent (you end up in your own van which I love). The drivers are very nice and professional. My only issue is that they were not holding up the correct sign (they must work with other companies) so we walked past them (yellow shirts) and could not find them for over 15-20 minutes. Not the best start to a vacation. On the way home the driver was early which I appreciated!

Good email communications weeks and days before trip. with easy to follow instructions when arrived at airport. Once outside at pickup area around canopy 7. We were on our way in 5 minutes. Nice vehicles with good ac. I will book again, when we return

They made transport easy with a clean and comfortable vehicle. They got us safely to our hotel and were accommodating.

You hooked us up with Terramar shuttle company. They were very friendly going to the resort. We contacted the rep Sebastian when we got to the hotel for the return. He told us they would pick us up at 9:25 2/14. He even arranged a wheel chair for my brother in law who can't walk. We waited until 9:45 and the bellman went and got him. He said someone changed our pickup to 10:25 without telling us. He arranged a taxi which he said we would be reimbursed for and we would get a refund for the shuttle that didn't come. They barely made their flight and my sister in law was stressed out. I would like a refund of the shutlle cost and reimbursed for the taxi. I have copy of the taxi receipt. Who do I contact?

The van was punctual and clean. Our drivers were polite and friendly. The price was 1/2 the price as compared to the one offered from the hotel website.

Excellent service once you locate them. Suggest you get clear instructions on the name of the ride service. Once clear avoid everyone in the airport. Go outside, to the # location provided and find the ride service name provided. This will avoid much confusion and the heat. Everyone in the airport is a distraction and trying to sell you something.

They were super easy to find at the airport and were promp on pickup. Both legs of our transportation went smooth and easy. Would definitely book with them again for our transportation needs.

Way above what I expected! I rode solo and was picked up in a suv each way. I was the only passenger and I didn’t book a private shuttle, although it felt like it!

The start was a little rocky, when I went to indicated spot they did not had my reservation. They had to call and figure it out it took 30 min , however after that the service provided was very good. The driver was very pleasant and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Gave me good recommendations

Comfortable and efficient ride! This is booked as a shared shuttle but we only shared the SUV with another couple for one leg of our trip. Our return to the airport on departure day was "private". Great value for 2 travelers to get from SJD to a resort in Cabo without needing to rent a car.

Martin was waiting outside the airport at the location exactly as described. Although it took longer for us to go through the customs, he waited for us. Very responsible. He also gave us very clear instructions as to return transportation from hotel to airport. The driver was also very kind and introduced us to the surroundings as we went. Would highly recommend this service.

Pay close attention to the instructions provided to you prior to your arrival as to what you should be looking for upon exiting the airport when looking for the representative. If I had, I would have had no problem finding my ride.

Airport pick up was easy to find the transportation company with the pre-pick up information they shared. Our return transportation was seamless as well. Vehicles were updated and drivers were friendly. Would recommend!

The pick up at the airport was super easy! The person waiting outside is wearing a yellow shirt but I expected a brighter yellow, the shirt is a dress shirt and a light yellow so we didn’t even notice him until we read the sign. Other than that it was super easy. Both Martin and Alejandro, the driver were very nice and professional.

The shuttle service was very convenient. The instructions provided once you leave the airport to find them were very detailed and it was easy to find them. Our driver was very friendly and the taxi ride to the hotel was smooth.

The team communicated with us prior to arrival with excellent directions. It took a little time to find once we arrived but other thsn that customer service and transportation was excellent.

Wow! We were amazed by the excellent experience with the transportation booking. We booked shared rides but had private rides to the hotel and back on the Chevy Suburban.

Had no complaints with this service. They were easy to find once exiting the airport based on the instructions they had provided before my trip. We were going to Secrets Resort and ended up only having one other couple in the car with us, with ours being the first stop, so that was great. For the return trip, we were the only guests in the car. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Would absolutely use this service again! I would prefer if we didn't have to contact them to confirm our return after arriving to the resort, especially since they asked about my return when I checked in at the airport for my arrival, but it only took a few moments so not dinging them for it.

The best shuttle we could ask for! They were waiting for us promptly at the airport (they send instructions for pickup after you book and pay). The Shuttle was nice and clean with cold a/c and the driver even offered us cold water bottles. They were right on time for pick-up from our hotel. They loaded our luggage, we hopped in, and we were on our way back to the airport. Everything was very quick and easy.

Upon arrival, there was a person there to assist us at the airport. We waited about 15mins for a car. Departing, the driver was on time to our resort to get us. No issues! Recommend.
