Los Cabos Airport Shared One-way Shuttle To Hotels Only

I was greeted outside immediately when I exit the airport. Sign used to identify who I was looking for.

Our driver was great. He pointed out a lot of places as we traveled to our hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. With a 45min drive from the airport, he made the time pass quickly. It was very, very hot outside but he made sure the ride was cool and smooth.

It terrible. They would not change the transportation time. Because it was not with him 24 hrs. It was maybe 20 hrs.

They had a sign with my name. Waiting for me. My ride was there within 15 minutes and it was a very enjoyable beginning.

Fabulous price, service, timeliness - definitely use for your ride services. Attendant will be waiting for you upon arrival, outside the airport with your name on a sign. A few minutes later your driver arrives. Easy peasy.

The worst service they refuse to provide the services so I have to pay special services to get to my hotel I pay 1500.pesos

The pick up at the airport was fast and efficient. Found the connection with ease, driver was excellent and safe, even looked for short cuts to get us to the hotel as fast and safe as possible.

I booked a ride from Cabo airport to San Jose. My cc was charged. At airport I was dented the ride. Had to pay for taxi into town. I was told my zone was incorrect. I updated my reservation. Up to you to charge me the difference. You did not. I was denied transportation. What kind of service is this. I am expecting a refund.

Easy to find , great service . Where I was getting dropped off at had a doorbell to enter the building, and the driver waited for them to come let me in.

Only had to wait about 10 min for the car. The ride was smooth the car was nice with AC. The driver Mario was super helpful in answering my random questions.

Our flight was an hour late, so we missed our shared shuttle. That was no problem! We had a private vehicle dispatched for us in no time and were in air conditioned comfort 10 minutes after. Avoid talking to people in the airport. Just go to the umbrellas outside the airport to find your driver. Very comfortable ride.

The driver dropped us at the wrong Riu, I give him a good tip and he still was not able to check the information of the order, taxi to get there.

I waited about 20 minutes for the van to shuttle me to my hotel. I was the only passenger on the shared shuttle. Van was like new and driver was very polite and helpful.

Finding the correct pick up spot was the only tricky part. Just look for the yellow shirts amongst the sea of shuttle drivers. Once you get one of those guys or gas they’ll get you to the right spot to meet your driver.

We were the only people in a large van. Easy to find our ride at the airport. Some confusion what zone my howl wax I. But it got resolved

No one showed up! I, an elderly woman, traveling alone in a foreign country, was left stranded at the airport. I received no communication from the driver/operator until after I finally found a phone number for Viator to ask where my driver was. The driver finally sent a text stating that they were sorry about the inconvenience. I ended up hiring a taxi for 3x what I pre-paid Viator for. Viator has put a request in for a refund for the amount that I prepaid but maybe they should also give me what I paid the taxi driver. When I finally arrived at my hotel, my friends said that their ride didn't show up either! They had gone through Viator also but a different operator/driver. It seems that Viator needs to do a better job vetting the independent companies that they contract with.

Very easy to spot the yellow shirts as the directions said as well as the placard with our name on it. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Got lucky and we were the only ones going to our area so we got a private transport!

Unfortunately I booked the wrong date and they were so kind and generous and called in a new driver to pick us up right away. The service was fast, the driver gave us a great history of the area, the car was immaculate. I highly recommend them!!

My flight was late which delayed our time for the shuttle service I reserved. We explained this to the Ceasar at the pick up area and they marked us as a no show. We had zero way to contact them during our flight to let them know. Ceasar just kept saying did you call the travel agent. How could I call when I’m stuck on a plane. I’m sure I’m not the first person to have flights delayed. Ceasar then calls everyone at the “home office” looking to get a shuttle to us. Well after an hour still nothing has been done and we were so over it we just paid another service $70 bucks to take us. I’d like my money back you provided zero service for me. The other guy who we paid said don’t bother scheduling a shuttle just pay when you get here these other places are scams. Please refund me!!!

Great experience. The drivers actually gave us a tour experience and recommendations on places to go.

The instructions for pickup were clear and we knew exactly how to find our driver. Unfortunately we had to wait about 30-45 minutes for our driver to come. There were many taxis available at the exit and that would have been a good alternative as people we spoke with said it cost less. Nonetheless, our driver was great. The vehicle was air conditioned and clean. They got us to our hotel safely!

My flight was delayed two hours and ended up arriving at 11:30pm. The shuttle was still there to meet me at the new arrival time without needing to contact them! Really impressed! All friendly staff, easy to find, perfect experience overall!!

Very easy to find the shuttle team, and we ended up getting it all to ourselves. Very kind and helpful driver & guide who met us at arrivals.
