Los Cabos Airport Roundtrip Shuttle Transfer

Excellent service! Airport pickup and return were prompt. Vans were clean and drivers were courteous.

Even though my arriving flight was delayed 2 hours, my wait was short and the carrier was very responsive.

I highly suggest that you stay away from Greyline Los Cabo I had nothing but problems with them. They promised me refunds, which I never received. I had transportation from the hotel back to the airport. Which I never took, and I never got my refund. I kept claiming I’m gonna get my refund, so I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Pablo Garcia just lied to you. There are other representative Jessica is no better. She kept lying to me too! Stay away from this company!

You can depend on Viator. Shuttle driver was on time even tho are flight wasn’t. We were 2 hours late on arrival and they were at airport. I’ve been using them for over 10 years.

We were the last people to be dropped at our destination, so it took about 2 hours for an hour long drive. The vehicle was nice and clean. The driver was very good.

I called a day before my pick and one hour before pick up, you never showed up. The lady who answered on the day of my pick up, said she couldn’t communicate with the driver regarding my pick up.

Instructions are clear, tent is easy to find, and the van is comfortable enough.

Good experience once we got through the people selling timeshare tours. They said they were with Greyline but weren’t. Ride was great and the driver was courteous.

On arrival there was no wait time for pickup. Everyone was nice, the ride was nice. We was packed but overall and for what it was worth. Good experience coming to resort. Hoping everything goes well when it’s time for pickup.

The drivers were excellent, we used them from the airport and to the airport, zero issues. The person at the Hyatt Ziva resort failed to respond to 2 messages and a phone call, however I was able to get my answers via Viator support.

Good communication to let me know the shuttle arrival time. I was traveling back to the airport alone and felt safe.

Great Experience. We got to the hotel very quick and didn’t wait at the airport longer than 5 -10 minutes. I would be booking again in the future!

Overall, good based on pricing after use of a coupon, quality of transport vehicle and process (registration, email reminders, etc.). Opportunities for improvement..(1) Allow More Passenger Space: In our "airport to hotel" van, the tightness is uncomfortable. For example, the two of us rode up front with driver because they maxed out seats for profit over satisfaction...which simultaneously lowers safety (lower seat belt usage when crowded and cramping driver's maneuverability) (2) Share driver status/location updates. Our driver was 10min late on our "hotel to airport" shuttle with no updates sent (emails, no texts) although they answered when I called to inquire on status.

The host and driver were very friendly and we had good conversations with other passengers. We booked the round-trip:)

Pick up from the hotel seemed unorganized and took a long time to get a shuttle. Then the driver took the strangest, longest route to get to our resort- I have been to this same resort 5 times and generally it takes 45minutes to an hour and this time we were in the shuttle for over 2 hours. Pick from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Prompt and quick service.

Met Emilio at the #6 stop and he coordinated everything. The best experience for my first time in cabo. The price was also reasonable and the driver was really nice.

This company caters to good customer service. They were very reliable when we arrived very professional and accommodated us all the way from the airport to our resort hotel. I highly recommend them for shuttle service.

It’s was absolutely horrible, upon checking in we had to wait about half an hour in a burning hot temperature outside for the Van. Then we were told the driver is here and took us a little further. Once we got there the driver took of without even checking with the hosts and passengers. Someone from our group literally running behind the car yelling to stop, finally he saw the passenger and came back to pick us. Then he dropped us last which took over an hour and the car air conditioning was not running great. I had booked a private shatter not shared. I have never had this experience and they didn’t even have a simple bottle of water to offer. This was absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had with a shatter company. Absolutely disgusting experience and I should be getting some of my money back because for a shared shatter to charge 180 Us dollars is absolutely unacceptable and it’s a ripoff. I am so disappointed and this is the last time I will be traveling with this company or even recommending you guys to someone. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Foremost, the cost is way cheaper than other options though I have to admit I was initially skeptical from the reviews about the transfers from hotel to airport. But my concerns were unduly :) Communication was clear before both transfers, and the drivers arrived on time. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and air-conditioned, making both journeys (transfers) very pleasant. As a solo traveller, I especially appreciated how reliable and hassle-free everything was. It allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation instead of worrying about transportation. Highly recommended.

Pick up and drop off were seamless. Waited for about 30-40 minutes to leave the airport and then took about 2 hours though to get to our destination. I was told an hour and a half when I booked. All in all a good service for the price.

When we got to the airport and got our bags, we went to the desk where Grey Line was in the airport. They tried to sell us on some tours etc. We did not enjoy that. We just wanted to get to our hotel. Outside, where all vendors were, we found Grey Line easily and within 5 minutes we were on a shuttle to the hotel. 3 or 4 stops on our way to our resort. Not too bad. The representative at the hotel was nice and informative.

Pick up at airport went well. Company listed incorrect time of return flight. When contacted they said they corrected it. But left me stranded on day of pickup and did not return calls. Cost me $130 for a last minute taxi to airport. AVOID

Great and easy experience drivers were timely had cooler with drinks in the way to hotel, and very friendly tour staff wasn’t pushy and offered good services for any entertainment needs, private is a bit expensive about $240 usd plus the initial cost but definitely worth the convinence

We pre-paid for the round trip to the hotel and the airport. We got there just fine, but when it came time to pick us up to go back to the airport, they were no help. We called them for our ride, and they said they had been there already. They had my cell phone number, and we received not one call. They apparently came to pick us up 3.5 hours before our flight. We ended up calling a taxi who delivered what we paid for. i would not recommend this company!!

Los Cabos can be difficult to transfer from and to if you are not prepared. It is important to plan ahead with respect to your transfers and not attempt to arrange transfers at the airport. I booked with Gray Line on a shared shuttle. If you are booked with Gray Line, after you arrive at the airport, you walk straight out, avoiding all of the time-wasters in the terminal (sternly, if you must--treat that part as if you are on an important mission and can't be stopped) and walk outside, straight ahead to the second pad outside the terminal. There are greeters holding a Gray Line placard. They will check you in if you prepaid (as I did). The greeter was very pleasant and very efficient. We only waited about 5-10 minutes after that to be seated (usually it is a bit longer). After that, just relax. Unfortunately, a share shuttle meant that some of the passengers have to wait while the driver drops off the couples that are staying in stops that come before your stop. We were the third or fourth of the stops, with one other couple remaining when we were dropped off. We arrived prior to check in time at the hotel, so no time was wasted. Everything went smoothly with no problems at all with the transfers. We were required to re-confirm our prepaid, return trip 72 hours in advance of our return. When you are on vacation, it is a very annoying hassle to take the time to do that, but the reality of it was that it was merely 5-10 minutes, and it is handled. The return trip was reasonable, but not trouble-free. During the return trip, the driver got a call that another Gray Line shuttle broke down at a hotel where it was picking up customers. Our driver made an extra stop to pick up the 4 or 5 stranded customers. I think it may have delayed us by 10-15 minutes, and we still made it to the airport early, partly due to the driver's very aggressive driving after he got the call. I would book Gray Line again as long as they remain competitive.

Shuttle to Los Cabos International Airport did not arrive, and I was not informed in advance. I only found out after contacting the company myself, and received a cancellation message afterward. While I understand disruptions can happen, lack of prior notice—especially for an airport transfer—is very disappointing. The refund was processed via Booking.com, however I never received any response to my email sent to the company. Had to arrange last-minute transportation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

After leaving the airport, I was not sure where to meet the Gray Line representative because there is a confusing crowd of people offering rides and others waiting for passengers. But after about 10 minutes, I found Carlos and he was very helpful until Luis drove up in the passenger van about 15 minutes later. After that, it was a short uneventful drive to my hotel. Carlos was very friendly and I felt a lot better after I connected with him. But before that, I was a little confused because there isn't a clearly marked area to wait for the van.

Diego servin at the solaris was great! He helped my family with the airport shuttle and the pirate boat experience.

I paid for a round and they did not pick us up for the return. They marked our trip completed before we even left Cabo. They also never tried to contact me. They only tried to sell me more things.

I noticed I paid cash a few times n they still took from my deposit.Very disappointed bc I paid a lot for the vacation

Cabo shuttles is the only service we will ever use when we travel to Mexico. They are always on time and very friendly. Vehicles are very clean.

The Gray Line Shuttle is a very cost effective was to get from SJD to my condo in Cabo Bello. Shared shuttle takes longer than an individual taxi but the savings is worth it to me. Like that I can also do a shared shuttle back to the airport when I’m ready.

Great ride we did a private transfer. we got drinks at the bar and we were able to take them on the shuttle. Our driver stopped at a local supermarket where we were able to get some water and groceries for out room.

Tour operator did not allow us to board even though we had tickets, they are also refusing a refund.
