Los Cabos Airport One-way Arrival Shuttle

The trip from the airport was fine, and those who helped me board the bus, along with the driver, were great. But one star taken away, because of the following: An agent (and I will not state his name to be nice) was very kind when I contacted Gray Line (vis Viator) for the confirmation as was requested by email. But when I told him I would not book the way back with them - and it was for logistic reasons, and I had done my homework understanding alternative transportation - this agent greatly inflated alternative costs to scare me. And when I was trying to explain what I had already known as fact, he became rude and pretty much abruptly ended the conversation. I realized at that moment that he was probably getting commission for what he does, and I can't blame him for trying. But lying (and maybe his boss(es) tell their staff to lie), and then being rude, is not the way to go. I would recommend for all travelers to be armed with as much accurate information as possible to avoid being scared into something that will cost you much more in time than is worth it, when it may be better to pay only $35 more for an Uber or private driver. Which is what I did for back to the airport. Not the $250 that Hector told me I would pay. From the airport with Gray Line made sense for me; back to the airport did not. Do your homework first.

It was an awesome experience. Very easy to find drivers and very helpful. I have already recommended you to our son to. Use at the end of the month.

I have taken this shuttle many times and I always am made to wait at least 30 minutes past booking time. Also, our driver asked if we wanted the long or short way to our hotel. He said we have to add money to our tip for the toll if we wanted short. This was clearly blackmail/scam and I am sure Grayline doesn’t know he is doing this.

We had to wait about 40 minutes for our Gray Line van. We were constantly being told it would be there in 10 minutes.

Transportation was there when we requested. Ride was quick and easy. I would use this service again.

Greeted us as we walked out. Shuttle was comfortable and clean. Left almost immediately. Excellent driver.

Service was everything it was supposed to be. Thank you, will use again.

When in Mexico don't expect Mexican music!! I would have rather listened to Mexican music in my trip from the airport instead I got extremely loud American and Opera type music😂🤣

We waited a full hour before a vehicle arrived but were told the wait would be 25 minutes. You were aware of iur arrival time and this was unacceptable

Overall a pleasant experience, they were clear about what to do when you leave the airport to find them. The only con was it took about 1 hour from when we first talked to them at the airport to when we were able to depart in a van

Through Trip Advisor, the confirmation and lack of instructions made it feel like a possible scam. However, some time later Grey Line followed up with a confirmation that made me feel a little more confident. The agent Carlos was right there at the pick up site and was very accommodating. The van ride however was so rough and jarring I felt like my neck or back was going to be in injured. We arrived safely though go to enjoy our vacation.

Very pleasant and met me exactly where they said they would be. I was told that I was the only one. And then we went to Domestic Arrivals and picked up 8 more passengers. Oh well…

Very efficient and great value for your money. Attendants at airport do their best at keeping you informed of your wait. You do need to wait as this is a shared ride. Overall very satisfied!!

Cheap transportation but got us from A to B and would book again to save. If you are looking for a private or catered experience this isn’t it but it’s a great budget friendly option.

Make sure you exit the Airport to meet your viator representative! THERE are many other fake people impersonating true viator reps.

It would be advantageous for Grayline/Viator to schedule the trips more straightforwardly… rather than back-tracking to some hotels before going all the way into CSL. (Group hotels more closely together…)

Very reasonable price compared to everyone else. Friendly helpful staff. Will use them again. Just know you might be the first stop or the last or somewhere in between. Great value

It was a bit confusing trying to figure out how to find the transportation. We had to find the right person to give our name to and they called for the van. Then it only took a few minutes to pick us up.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Accommodative. It was very pleasant ride, quite efficient. Not many stops. Drivers and stuff was very positive and friendly.

As always it was fantastic. However, the driver was texting and driving. Didn’t like that. However, we made it and overall service was excellent. SN: I made the mistake of booking one day and not roundtrip (RT). Better to book RT vs one way and there is no similar return rate option on Viator.

Easy pick up from airport. Thought it would be a long wait so I ordered a cocktail while I wait. Shuttle was ready sooner and I was able to bring my cocktail along with me. Ride to my Airbnb was super fast. Driver was friendly, offered us water and gave some history on the areas on the way.

Every seat taken, zero air conditioning with a balmy 90 degrees outside. Wait time wasn’t too long to board and they accommodate flight or customs runs long.
