This was a top-notch excursion. They provided food and an open bar on a beautiful sailboat. There was about eight people total on the ship. It felt like a private experience and they hit all of the must see spots in Cabo.

Great experience, beautiful waters and abundant sea life. Lands End was a great place to explore. We even lucked out with an 'out of season' humpback momma and baby whale sighting. Our boat captain followed them for a while so we could watch them breach, and saw a pod of dolphins swimming along with them. Amazing sights! The boat was great, the captain and his mate were super friendly, shared a bit of local lore, and kept the drinks coming. Lunch was nice, especially after a couple hours snorkeling. Great times, go ahead and book it. And right near the dock, there's was excellent gelato. Perfect excursion!
The Cabo sailing team was fantastic to deal with. We were there in Cabo on a cruise and I was nervous booking directly and not using the cruise operators. However, even when we had our scheduled day ruined with a storm, the Cabo Sailing team rescheduled us the following morning without issue. Upon arriving we found out that we would have the sail ship all to ourself. That’s says a lot about the service level of the team. The snorkeling was amazing, our captain was wonderful and the food was perfect. We made a wonderful memory and I would highly recommend booking with Cabo sailing in the future. The quality of the vessel and great team made this an over the top experience.
Daniel and Cesar were fantastic. The trip was very relaxing and Cesar was very attentive and professional. We would highly recommend this excursion to others.
Adrian and his 2 assistants were outstanding, very personable and kind, they were happy to be there and that says alot because I know they take tourists out all the time. Worth every penny, must do adventure, relaxing and beautiful scenery!!!
This tour was very disappointing. First, we had a very hard time finding the correct dock. The team gave instructions which said to go to dock F, taking a right from where the ferry dropped us.These instructions seemed clear enough, however, however, there was no mention that there are actually two dock ‘F’s. We initially went to the right as instructed, but we saw the letters B then A and assumed we were going the wrong way. It was our first time to Cabo, and wasted a lot of time figuring out we were at the wrong dock. When a kind man finally directed us in the right direction, we realized that even running we are going to be about five minutes late for our tour. We called to let the team know we were just about there, will need to be told that if we didn’t make it by five after the hour they would leave without us. Very shocking that they couldn’t wait another couple of minutes when there were only 10 of us on this tour! The team of three running this tour were very average and did nothing to make us feel excited about the experience. They never introduced themselves or asked our names. We had to initiate any time we wanted a drink. They just seemed kind of lazy and unenthusiastic. The way they handled our snorkeling stop was terrible. They did not give any guidance on how to use the equipment and not one of entered the water with us. They just told us where to go and that we would be there for 45 minutes. The area was total chaos around Pelican Rock. Lots of boats and snorkelers. We saw other people snorkeling in other areas, but our crew stayed put in the same spot for the entire 45 minutes and did not let us snorkel anywhere other than inside the buoy around pelican rock. There were actually a lot of jellyfish in the water around pelican rock and we told the crew about it, but they did not seem to care. It was a totally lame snorkeling experience! The rest of the tour was spent boating around the area of these same rocks. We did see the arch, a cove and some beaches. But it was a long and pretty boring experience. The boat only had a small area of shade and the people who got their first stayed there the entire time. So we were out in the direct sun for the full tour and only had the one snorkeling opportunity to enter the water. I would not recommend this tour, especially for the $120 price point.
This tour wasn’t nearly as great as others I’ve experienced; very disappointing, in fact. It was our first time to Cabo, and we had difficulty finding the pier/slip/meeting place for the tour. We called after getting lost and were told that the team was going to leave us if we weren’t there in three minutes. We ran and made it, but that was a poor start to the day. They just weren’t great with their directions, and weren’t at all helpful when we indicated we were lost. On the boat, our crew didn’t introduce themselves and didn’t ask our names. There was very little interaction with the crew at all. At our snorkeling spot, we were given fins and masks, but weren’t asked if we needed help with them. Fortunately, my friend and I are experienced snorkelers, so we were fine on that front. But among the guides, not one of them joined us in the water. The one told us that he “doesn’t get paid enough” for that. We were then told to swim over to a string of buoys, but we weren’t supposed to put our masks on to do so, which was very confusing. The area was total chaos around Pelican Rock, but while other groups were snorkeling in many different areas, we were told to stay in that one limited spot. The water was murky. We saw a few fish, but mostly proceeded to get stung by tiny jellyfish. Not dangerous, but definitely not the best experience, and we weren’t warned about that. Without knowing where else to actually go and having no guide to help us, we returned to the boat. The provided lunch and drinks were very good, but the service was poor. We weren’t offered drink refills and had to ask for waters. The remainder of the tour we just bobbed around Lands End and the surrounding area. The boat also had minimal shade, which made it difficult for a multi-hour tour and dealing with the sun and the heat. Again, we were on vacation and a day on the water is always a good time, but this tour definitely did nothing to enhance our experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t go with them again.
It was so great, although everyone else canceled they continued our trip! It was awesome. Cabo and the people are the best.
The sailing was so nice and the crew were kind and attentive. They served drinks, a snack and a sandwich. There was plenty of space on the boat even with multiple groups on board.
What a fabulous experience! Gary and his crew were fun, friendly, attentive, and safe. The food and beverages were great! We enjoyed the snorkeling and relaxed during the sailing portion of the trip. We loved the small group aspect of the tour. No crowds and individualized attention. I’d definitely recommend this excursion!
The whole experience from stepping on the boat, snorkeling, getting close to the arch and sailing for a long time was terrific. This was a definite highlight of our time in Cabo!
Our snorkeling and ocean tour around El Arco in Cabo San Lucas was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. The views were incredible from the moment we left the marina. Seeing El Arco up close was even more impressive in person, especially with the waves crashing against the cliffs. The snorkeling itself was fantastic. The water was surprisingly clear, and we saw tons of colorful fish, and even a few rays. The crew made the experience easy and enjoyable by providing all the gear, clear instructions, and plenty of time in the water without feeling rushed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the atmosphere fun the entire trip. One of the best parts was simply being out on the ocean with the beautiful Cabo coastline surrounding us. The boat ride was smooth, the scenery was stunning, and the lunch/drinks were great! Whether you’re an experienced snorkeler or trying it for the first time, this tour is absolutely worth doing while in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a mix of sightseeing, wildlife, and fun on the water.
This was a great experience for our whole group. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The boat drinks were great and the guacamole was a perfect addition to the lunch. We would definitely suggest this tour company to anyone looking for a fun time on the water.
Cesar, Richard, and Osvaldo were a great crew! My group of 11 friends had so much fun and felt safe the whole time. The drinks were flowing and snacks came out at just the right time. The guys were also really knowledgeable about the area and professional.
It was fine - we were unable to snorkel because of jellyfish in the area. No whale sightings either, nor were they actively looking. Basically a 3 hour boat trip - also, very little shade on this boat. Drinks were abundant !
Wonderful sailing trip in a small group setting. Highly recommend. Great service & good food! Very relaxing experience
We were on The Mistral, a 42 foot sailboat. The crew was excellent, very attentive and fed us the best food and drinks. Beautiful snorkeling, fun sailing, it was a perfect day.
Absolutely incredible! Cesar, Arturo, the Captain made it a wonderful experience. The snorkeling was great, although the water was a little chilly! The crew helped us spot sea turtles, manta rays, and whales! Lunch was delightful and drinks were aplenty. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
We had a fabulous snorkel/sail excursion with Raul and David from 9am to 12pm. We saw beautiful fish as well as several whale sightings. The food and drink were delicious. It was a perfect morning on the water!
Captain David took us on a voyage filled with adventure and relaxation. He managed to find some whales for us, which was an unexpected treat.
Cesar, Gary and the whole crew were fantastic. The tour is well planned and we managed to see a few whales. 5 stars!
Friendly and competent crew. Nice boat.
Thoroughly enjoyed the snorling and the sailing. Crew was great. Saw many different kinds of fish while snorkeling. Highly recommend it.
This was a super fun experience! We got to sail, snorkel, and even see some whales! The staff were so nice. Food and drinks were delicious. The one thing I will say is make sure you are VERY on time. We were 4 minutes late and the boat had left without us...luckily they weren't far so they turned around. I would have been so sad if we had missed this experience!
We had an absolutely fabulous time and I highly recommend Raul and crew. The water was cold and only a couple people wanted to snorkel, so After they were back on board we went beyond the arches and picked up some great wind. Raul put up the main sail and we spent the rest of the time sailing in glorious weather with a great group of people. We were served delicious guacamole, salsa, and chips along with sandwiches and fruit. Raul was very attentive making sure we all had our beverages of choice (open bar) and could not have been more helpful. He and the captain were very friendly and fun….can’t remember the name of the gentleman making our food and drinks but it was all great. I will definitely book with them again the next time I am in Cabo.
Absolutely book this excursion. We saw whales, sea lions, sting rays, and got to snorkel and enjoy an absolutely beautiful few hours sailing at sea. Diego, Raul, and Angel were such great hosts. Open bar and lovely lunch. I would 100% book this trip again. If they offer a longer excursion, I would book that as ours was about 3 hours long and I could have easily stayed out all day.
Great experience! We actually did this two years in a row and would definitely do it again. Great crew, great sandwiches and beverages. A fun time snorkeling too!
Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. One of the best activities I have done on a vacation. Snorkeling next to sea lions, nice lunch and so many humpback whales breaching! Incredibel.
We had an awesome experience on this tour! The weather was chilly so early in the morning, however the crew was nice and provided us with wetsuits for snorkeling, along with amazing service every step of the way.
Very good snorkeling and saw lots of whales. Great crew with nice extras. Great scenery of arch and other sites,
Great experience, saw lots of whales and the crew was AMAZING. Great gear for snorkeling and they put you right on a great spot.
We had a fabulous snorkeling and sailing trip. The crew was funny, engaging, and knowledgeable. They made the trip lots of fun and special. We happen upon a group of whales and they made sure that we got close enough to see them well without endangering them. The drinks were plentifully and the food was delicious. Excellent day.
Such a wonderful experience for our entire family! The crew takes amazing care of everything. Snorkeling was great, we saw wales and enjoyed lunch and drinks on the boat. Our boys 3/5 enjoyed every second. They liked the snorkeling. The waters were not rough, no current and they have a bag of chip to feed the fish with, hundreds swam around us! It was beautiful. Snorkeling gear is provided, but not for children. We brought our kids their own -also want to bring them flippers it is a bit of a swim to the snorkeling area from the boat. We also brought noodles for them to hang onto and their own child's life jackets (adult life jackets are provided). The water in january is a bit chilly but you get used to it. I think you can also ask for wetsuits. We didn't need them! I wouldn't change a thing, could have stayed out all day! You won't regret booking with Cabo Sailing!
Cesar and Osvaldo were amazing! Made the experience so so good and fun! Definitely will be back!
So lovely and very nice crew. We got to snorkel, see the arch, whale watched, and had a big lunch of sandwiches and chips and salsa and guacamole. Great margaritas too!
The captain and staff were wonderful, very helpful, assisting with gear, serving food and drinks. About the snorkeling, two things: snorkelers are on their own, so not for someone inexperienced. The snorkeling area is limited, though there is a nice variety and number of fish. A nice lunch was served around 9:45, so best to think of this as a late breakfast/ lunch cruise. We spent some enjoyable time cruising out in more open water, watching whales, up close, which are migrating and mating at this time of year.
Wonderful experience. Saw lots of whales. Snorkled with the sea lions. Great crew; Cesar, David, Julio Cesar. Beautiful boat. Lunch delicious. Highly recommend. Well worth the cost.
Ivan and Angel were the most gracious hosts. We sailed to the most lovely spots, saw some whales, and snorkelled. Lunch was delicious and the sail back was wonderful. I give them a 10/10! A def must do if you are in Cabo!
Great cruise around the Arch. The snorkeling wasn't great but the guys on the boat made great food and great drinks. We got to see whales up close and enjoy the view of the land from the boat.
The guides were great, efficient and friendly. We saw whales, sea lions and while snorkeling we saw fish and sting rays. We went as a family and another family was along on the sailboat. Beautiful day!!
This was such an amazing experience! We snorkled, ate delicious lunch, sailed around the cliffs, saw whales and swordfish jumping out of the water. The crew went above and beyond making sure we had the best time.
Great time. Would absolutely do this again. Loved that we had the boat to ourselves. Highly recommend.
Crew was fantastic but this is not a great trip if you want to snorkel. There just wasn’t a ton to see. I’d suggest choosing a tour that goes somewhere other than pelican rock. The biggest problem was they did not have enough fins in some sizes so I was not able to have any fins. You cannot run a snorkel trip and not provide gear for everyone! However, the sailing was lovely and we saw several whales and a jumping marlin which we really enjoyed.
An excellent experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. The boat was well appointed, and we felt like we got two excursions in one - snorkelling AND whale watching! The cruise (and food) after snorkeling was just the right amount of time. If you can, request the front of the boat. It makes you feel like you have the ship to yourself!
Great experience! Left promptly. Small group, smooth sailing. Lot of fish during snorkeling. Had snacks sanwiches, nachos, fruit platter
Could not possibly have had a better experience with this ship. Cesar Angel and Captain Mario were incredible. You would have thought that Mario had whales as his pets, or phone’s camera rolls are full. Our family was always taken care of, including my 11 and 7 year old. Made fresh guacamole, made fresh lemonade, made fresh cocktails. Absolutely everything you could ask for. Family was nervous about waves, but it was never a problem. Truly a first class experience. Would recommend to absolutely anybody.
We had a great experience! Clean boat and snorkel equipment (fins were included). The crew and boat were punctual. There were 12 people total and the crew did a great job providing each group their own space on the boat. Food was tasty. Snorkeling was great and not crowded at the time we went. There was ample snorkeling time. After snorkeling we sailed further out and saw a couple of whales in the distance. We really enjoyed the experience!
Great trip. Best excursion of the week. Your guides were great. Food was good. Drinks were great. Our two 19 year olds loved it also. Snorkaling was amazing.
Very lovely adventure! snorkling and whale watching in one trip. The crew was exceptional and food and drinks were delicious.
This tour and service was impeccable! They exceeded our expectations! They were on time, helpful and fun, have a nice boat and seating setup, taught us the ropes for the snorkeling session. Great lunch and cocktails! They helped us get the photos we wanted and worked hard to find whales for us and make a great experience… it was worth every penny.
