Trip was amazing, the driver ( Donicio ) was very informative and the food was EXCELLENT.

Ulysses was an excellent guide. However, the agent we purchased the excursion from - Cesar/Amstar during the Generac brunch; did not listen lwhen I told him we needed accommodations for mobility issues. He simply kept trying to upsell us despite my request. He also did not note that on our reservation. As a result, the guide, Ulysses was not made aware of our needs. However, Ulysses did his best to accommodate us in a very professional manner. I would rate Cesar one out of five and Ulysses a 5.

Ok but not what we expected.? it was not a glass bottom boat, but just a couple of little windows you could look through. Very deceptive.

Luis was great, funny and knowledgeable. The boat staff were helpful but the life jackets need to be upgraded and replaced. I’d book again but I would bring my own life vest at least for the kids. Would book again but would love more food recommendations.

Dionicio was our tour guide in Los Cabos. He was excellent and went above and beyond his regular duties and make us feel just at home.

Dionicio was an amazing tour guide he was patient because we had some autistic on board and he was patient with them he was funny and he played a lot with us while we learned about Mexico and he an amazing singer

Great tacos! Amazing tequila and mezcal options even excel sodas that are to die for!! Big fan of how informative the tequila tasting was got to see all steps of tequila making process and how they infuse natural flavors! Glass blowing demo was LITTTYYY. Enjoyed seeing the art process of making a turtle and pitcher! :) felt like going to my abuelitas house and being taken care of of by family.

Our guide Uliises was incredible and super helpful during the trip. I can truly said I have been with 20+ Viator tours and different guides. I would place Uliises at the top. The company also was very helpful as we miss the tour start time but they went out of their way to accomodat us and still honored the tour. Top rank. Used them if you are in the area as the service is top notch.

Tour was fantastic and informative, we visited many different local areas. The glass making was very impressive! Our tour guide Ricardo was also great and very friendly!

Luis is the man! Made shuttling around the diff activities a breeze. Our boat operators were both named victor and it was a smooth ride, shade the whole way so you don’t get too hot and overall not on the boat for too long if you have any party members who might not have great sea legs it’s very easy and accessible and a mix of activities so not doing any one thing too long.

The tour was just what I wanted. We toured the town, rose a glass bottom boat, toured the tequila brewery and had lunch and souvenir shopping. Our tour guide , Dionicio, was the best ever!! Captain Chris and Pamela were also knowledgeable about Los Cabo’s and its history, which made the boat tour even more enjoyable. I’d recommend this tour and take it again when I visit.
