Economic Los Cabos Airport Transportation

This group was exceptional. On our arrival there was a miscommunication on my part (I forgot to tell them I arrived) and we had to wait longer than we should have but that was my fault. They got a on a bus as quickly as possible. On Way home, two of my family members travel plans home changed and they were leaving earlier. They were able to accommodate the change with no problems. The drivers were very professional and even pointed out certain things when we passed by. I would definitely use them again. A+++ in my book.

No bodyin the lines heard about economy so it took me 2 hrs till a sweet lady Maria with Grayline help me call and get them to acknowledge. Now I hope my post return to airport is better than pre.

The driver was very organized and professional. Everyone was picked up along the way. He knew how to avoid the construction slow downs.

Luis was fantastic. Perfect timing! He picked us up and whisked us off to our resort. Luis is knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on restaurants. He also told us about things we were seeing on our ride!

It’s not worth the money you’re supposed to be saving. After arriving to the airport, I followed the instructions that were sent to me via the Viator app. I sent a message to the Contact via WhatsApp. I was then informed that I would have to wait 45 minutes for my shuttle.45 minutes turned into an hour. While I was waiting I saw several groups of people get picked up for their shuttle. i’m not sure if it’s because of where my hotel was located, but it shouldn’t have taken an hour wait to get picked up in a shuttle. I bought a round-trip ticket but I would rather spend more money to get a private shuttle back to the airport then wait on this unreliable transportation.

The driver Alberto was very knowledgeable and made conversation during the ride! Even asked constantly if we were okay with the AC.

The transport was decent however two drivers in bay #6 turned us down before we found one to drive us to the resort.

If you want reliable transport DO NOT book this company. I’ve never experienced such horrible service or should I say lack there of. This company was recommended to book for airport transportation for a Cabo wedding I was attending with family and friends, I coordinated with a representative named Jaqueline Baleon weeks prior to our arrival in Cabo and booked and paid for a round trip service. I recieved no confirmation the day prior to our arrival so I took the time to email our representative and was told the initial contract was our confirmation (from WEEKS prior) and that our reservation was good to go and we will have transportation waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. This was not the case. The Bella Terra airport reps had zero records of our reservation and no car available for us after I showed them the multiple confirmations and proof of payment they worked out a way to get us a car finally to our hotel. When I emailed Jaqueline about this experience she denied the situation we experienced ever happened and gaslit me that everything went as normal when it 100% did not and the airport reps could confirm that if she even tried to speak to them which I doubt she did. Today (Sunday) was our travel day back to the airport, again, I confirmed our pickup service at our hotel and received confirmation, after waiting outside and our pickup time coming and going I asked the hotel to call them for us and see what was happening, again, full denial of our reservation and zero car on its way. We instead opted for an uber which arrived in 1 minute and was 1/3 of the cost. This company is a scam and every positive review on this platform and any other I’m convinced is a fake testimonial. Horrible company.

Safe, friendly and on time. I Would book this service again. Only wish they held signs for airport pickup so it’s easier to identify them!

The experience was not that great the Van was hot and not enough room and I started to get light hand is bring your own water I want just do a private server

Luis picked us up from the airport and was a great driver and host. He loaded up our bags and had great conversation in English and was fun to practice Spanish with. He was so nice and helpful we called him every time we went out for dinner. One trip to town for dinner he stopped and helped us find souvenirs. Another trip he took us to the grocery store on the way back to the resort. So nice and helpful!! I can’t recommend him enough. Always safe and accommodating.

Easy directions- bypass all the crazy ppl trying to sell u and trap u. Go outside and wait under a certain number. Find the person. Be on your way within 20 minutes. The van was packed full but 🤷🏼‍♀️ my place wasn’t too far from the airport. The whole process was easy and efficient. Will def use again.

Exceptional instructions and service. There were SO many shuttle and taxi service people at the shuttle area, so we had to ask around for the right one at #7. Once we found them, it was smooth sailing.

Shuttle Service was good and price was very reasonable. Much better than paying for a taxi. Everything went very smoothly.

Couldnt find Agent at the meeting place at Los cabos airport. It took 3 other agents to find her, didn't have any identifying signs and she seemed more interesting in having a chatty time with her friends

The drivers and their professionalism as far as the rides, being courteous, and handling luggage was absolutely great. It was impossible to identify ride at pickup from airport. I had to call to find out exactly where specifically at the pick up spot to find my ride. There were so many organizations with names on cards, but no card with my name. The person at the airport pickup spot was undescriptive in dress. I didn't see Bellatora or Viator name on anything, no logo on a placard, tag or shirt. I had to ask several individuals, luckily the representative overheard me asking, that's how I found him. My arrival pickup was about 30 minutes, which included my searching for the representative and then finally connecting with him and the car arriving. My departure pickup was also well over a 20 minute wait . I arrived 10 minutes prior to pickup and it was 20 minutes later, with no text as promised of a more than 15 minute delay. Both arrival and departure pickups were long waits, 20+ minutes. The pickup process needs drastic improvements.

I’ve been waiting to be contacted for pick up and no one has contacted me. I keep getting blocked and none of the numbers are working or the email isn’t returned

Too many people in vehicle and one couple has to have wife sit on husband's lap for the entire ride. Driver did get us there safely and quickly.

Some trouble getting transport, but it all worked out. Fellow worked with us till we got our ride. Was smooth after that.

Unfortunately it wasn't good. I t was very hot. You had to get a drink because it took too long to get a ride. They were $20 each. They wouldn't let you sit down unless you bought a drink. My wife is disabled so she had to sit. Not good! The driver was excellent.

This was our third time to take this shuttle, and each time it has been perfect. When our flight changed, Viator adapted to our needs as well.

It was easy and efficient and we appreciate it. Thank you for getting us to our destination quickly.

Note: this is a shuttle with multiple persons. It’s not clearly listed. You may also wait in the parking lot for 20 min in the heat. It is really just as easy to get a cab from the taxi stand. It’s a very professional airport taxi system. Would recommend that over a Viator shuttle.

I booked a few days prior, when I showed up they did not have my name listed. A few phone calls or text from personal had me taken care of soon after. Wait was about 40 minutes

A very convenient and easy way to get from Cabo airport to our hotel Hyatt Ziva! Friendly, courteous and quick.

It was an ok transport. A full van. I was under the impression it would be a private ride but it worked out because we were the first stop

The instructions provided were very clear. We got to the area and our name was on a clipboard. We didn't wait that long to leave. The van was clean full. The driver got us there quickly and safely.

Was not on the roster when we arrived at the airport. After a few phone calls we were added and had to wait a while in the heat to get into a packed van. Was anxiously awaiting a message to find out when the hotel pickup was, only to find it had been posted on my Viator account and not texted to me or received via phone call like the other Viator bookings I made. Once I found those instructions, the driver was early and we made good time. Overall, a few minor frustrations, but a great value compared to other transportation options.

I was not communicated to what time would be pick up and a lot of emailing. Need answers if gonna be picked up tomorrow

We ended up booking our airport shuttle with Luis because he was able to secure a van big enough for our whole group, plus child car seats for our young kids. We ended up calling him several more times for transport to various activities around Los Cabos and he was always a safe and punctual driver, as well as an extremely helpful guide.

Misleading services & description. You think you are paying for private or semi private, not the case. We wasted 2.5 hours after arriving. Don't use, don't recommend.

Bait & Switch! The pictures of the vehicles are NOT what picks you up. I have Booked transportation in Mexico 10 times. So I know what I’m doing. I booked private transportation. Only to get here to be told I had economic. No I didn’t. I don’t care how many times these people tell me that I bought economic, I did not. In addition the guy that picked us up told us that he didn’t even work for our transportation company. He was just asked to take us at last minute. How safe is that I would never use TripAdvisor or this vendor again ever. Be aware
