Super cool - we saw two whales! It was beautiful being out on the water as the sun was setting and watching the boats and seeing the arch. Music was nice and great service on the boat. Our driver and tour guide Dionecio was delightful!! He was very knowledgeable about the area we shopped in and about the tour and gave us great tips about where to sit on the boat. He was very funny and kept us laughing with his songs. Such a nice man and he made the trip memorable. Thrilled that we saw the whales and they were so close to our boat - amazing!! Ten out of ten!! Highly recommend.

Dionicio was a very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very funny driver to and from our excursion on the sunset cruise. Highly entertaining! The crew on the catamaran called Tropicana were all skilled, friendly, and very courteous on our cruise. Plenty of snacks and high end liquor, wine, beer, and champagne if you chose to have some. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

Ricardo was a great driver. Very prompt with his drop off and pick up and very accommodating.

Overall great experience from start to end. The entertainment and food were even better than anticipated. Jose and Gio were our drivers to and from the hotel. They were very personable, prompt and service oriented.

At first, the experience was really enjoyable — beautiful scenery, great food, and genuinely friendly people. One thing to note, though: there’s a man who walks around selling tequila shots for $10–$20 depending on the type. We bought a few at that price, but later he tried to charge us $45 or give him 1000 pesos for the same three shots. It ended up feeling a bit scammy, like the price kept changing the more we drank, so I’d just recommend confirming the total upfront.

Adolfo was a great driver for the trip. He was helpful in giving us direction on where to go and options for the tour. It was a safe trip.

The pick up was on time, the trip was great. Tequila tasting was really good we bought several bottles. The drop off and pickup from the dinner cruise was perfect timing. We had the best time. My husband uses a wheelchair and Adolfo our driver was absolutely the best. He helped so much! We really appreciated his driving skills. Very safe. So kind and thoughtful. The entire staff on the boat were also extremely helpful getting him up and down the ramps. Dinner was great! The entire experience was wonderful.
