This was our third time booking Cabo Mike Transportation, and they handled every leg of our trip: the airport to One&Only Palmilla, a mid-stay transfer to Le Blanc, and the return to the airport. Juan drove us for all three transfers and made each one easy. He was punctual and attentive, and he was genuinely good company. By the end of the trip he was following my playlist on Spotify, which tells you the kind of rapport he builds with the people he drives. Both resorts offer their own transportation. We choose Cabo Mike because we would rather support a local business, and three trips in, the service has been consistent every time.

We came back to Mike once again, and he never disappoints! Outstanding service, always going above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. His recommendations are always spot-on. He even helped us with our grocery shopping before we arrived, which made everything so much easier. Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful we are. Thank you so much, Mike! You’re the best! 😊

I really can't say enough good things about Cabo Mike! I arranged transportation for my clients who were visiting Cabo for a birthday celebration, and Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to make special arrangements for their airport pickup because he knew we were celebrating a birthday, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Their flight ended up being delayed, but the driver waited for them, and everything went smoothly. Then, toward the end of the trip, we wanted to add a few friends to their return airport transportation. I reached out to Mike, and he was more than happy to help us figure it out. What I appreciated most was how easy he made everything. He was responsive, kind, and genuinely accommodating. I coordinate quite a bit of travel for my clients, and having someone I can trust to take care of the details makes such a difference. Mike really took great care of everyone, and I'm so grateful! Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and they were there to pick us up with no issues. We walked out of the airport and directly into the SUV. Communication was excellent. We ended booking them on the way back to the airport with no problems.

Pros: Easy to find the driver, he was friendly, the ride was safe, and he shared some area history during the drive. The disappointment was that we booked this because it included a grocery store stop, and we indicated during booking that we wanted to use it. The driver never stopped or mentioned it, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we chose this company. There was also just one water and one beer available in the vehicle. Not a big deal for two people, but if you have a larger group, you may not get what you expect. Not a huge complaint, but our luxury hotel offered a private airport transfer for about the same price. Given that, I expected a little more and would probably just book through the hotel next time.

I would definitely hire this company again! Cabo Mike was very responsive before and throughout our stay. He provided tips and things to do while in Cabo. His drivers were friendly and spoke fairly good English. The Sunurban was clean and well appointed. You will not be disappointed!!

Cabo Mike’s Luxury Shuttle Service was amazing. From the minute I booked, Cabo Mike communicated within minutes to leave clear instructions on where and how to meet his driver. Upon arriving Cabo airport, his driver was already waiting outside just as he indicated. There were three of us in the group, the driver greeted each of us warmly, taking time to learn our names. He also had ice cold water bottles and beers ready for us. It was a 40 minute drive to our resort. Along the way the driver gave us great conversation and showed us many local sceneries. All in all, a great service.

Very professional and punctual. I would highly recommend then for transportation to and from Airport. They also were very understanding giving me 20 min to pick up some tequila.

Cabo Mike was fantastic! Was sure to have beers and champagne as requested waiting for us on ice and plenty of sodas and cold waters for the kids. Super easy to find, he sent a picture of the sign before hand. We travel a lot and that made a big difference knowing what to look for especially in the hustle and bustle when leaving the airport. Got us to the hotel in time and using the same service to get back tomorrow. Highly recommend, we will definitely use this service again.

The drive between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas was equally enjoyable. The scenery was± breathtaking, with incredible coastal views and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos. My driver pointed out landmarks, hidden gems, and local favorites that aren't always mentioned in travel guides. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The vehicle was clean & comfortable . Every part of the trip felt tailored to what I wanted to see and do.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond what we expected. This wasn't just transportation, it was 5 star service. One of the best decisions we made while planning our trip was booking our transfer to/from airport. The last thing you want to do is have to figure it out once you land and booking with Cabo Mike was so only easy. Both times, they communicated where they would be, what the vehicle would look like and AT the airport on arrival they told us where to go and where to look for our personalized sign. It was a nice comfortable SUV and we were so thankful to not ride with others so it was a direct transport to our resort. Additionally, they had some great recommendations for activities and excursions. Don’t make the mistake of figuring out transportation when you arrive!
