On time great guide. Was very knowledgeable and educated us. They did a great job, taking photos and gave everybody a chance without feeling rushed the views from the clear boat are unbeatable definitely a lasting memory. Iwould definitely recommend and I will book again.

It was definitely worth the money. Luis was our tour guide, and he was awesome!!! He had a GREAT personality and was very funny!!! The captain, Martin was also very good. Luis told us if we put our phones down on the glass bottom boat floor, it would look like we were snorkeling. We saw a ton of fish. Luis took pictures of each group at the arch. He allowed a lot of time and didn’t rush us at all. Great experience!!! I recommend it.
It’s more of a photo shoot than an excursion. It took about 10 minutes one way to get there the guide spent a little bit of time talking about the arch and about a sentence for lands end the majority of of the time was spent photographing passengers in about 7 different poses each. Then they take you inside the office to try to sell you the pictures. The boat was cool, but not really worth it.
Initial experience was very detrimental due to dirty, curly up,disgusting menus.food was mediocre and service was reasonable.
Underwhelming, super busy, and more focused on the photo shoot for those so inclined than on the formations and history- curious if the captain makes commission on the photos? Positive- got on the water, saw the arch
I had a great time on the clear boat! Louis was a great guide; he made it very fun and got some really good photos of me. We got to see lots of fish. I came in on the cruise, and they were very late getting us off the boat. Envotours was very kind to move my booking to the next available slot at no extra charge. What a relief!
EXCELLENT COMPANY! I am always skeptical of prebooked experiences, especially in Mexico where we have had bad ones. but this one was great. the guides were friendly, knowledgeable and offered to take photos with our camera vs buying professional photos. i was worried that they were going to pressure us to buy theirs, but they did not. i highly recommend this tour AND this company. don't just show up at the docks as a million guys will swarm you to take advantage of you. we just sat at a nearby bar until it was our time then headed over & boarded the boat. they also didn't make us talk like some guides make everyone talk and participate in their jokes and stories. these guys were amazing. and their prices were really good... that's why i was afraid.
Took the 45 min. clear boat tour to the Arch with Envatours and loved it! Good, clear safety intro, then out of the marina. Noted that shoes were not allowed into the plastic boat to ensure that the bottom stayed scratch-free. It was great watching through the bottom to see fish, rocks, etc. Placing cell phone face down on the clear floor gave amazing photos and movies! Nice narration by guide, and pause at the Arch for photo ops (guide's optional picture package costs $60 extra). We took a morning tour for calmer water. Note that we did a walk-up at the first dock at the marina, and negotiated a $22/person all-included, taxes, etc. rate with no real problem, just keep at it. Their pre-booking option is much more expensive. After signing in and waiting at their office 100 yards away, we were onto the boat with little wait. Restroom available nearby. Good staff, English no problem. I'm doing this again with other visitors on our next trip! You won't be disappointed.
Unable to attend due to safety reasons. There was a tropical storm pending with high force winds. Waiting on refund now but yet to receive one.
We had a wonderful time. The clear boat was a like snorkeling without getting in the water. Luis was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. We would highly recommend Enva Tours.
Took a 5:30pm tour and it was perfect! Saw a lot of fish and stingrays. Beautiful pictures taken and staff were very accommodating. Great information the staff gave on the area and rock structure. Caught a sea lion bathing as well.
Our tour was awful because the guide was extremely rude just because we wanted to take our own photos with a phone. He rushed us, made disrespectful comments in Spanish (which we translated), and told the driver to rock the boat on purpose so we couldn’t get a decent picture. He even said I was “stealing his job” by taking my own photos instead of paying $30 for one picture. For the price of this tour, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.
Great Experience , views and water was nice . Guide emphasized more on taking pictures than the tour itself though. Could have spent little more time showing arches and around .
While it's easy to walk past the many tour operators while walking the Cabo San Lucas boardwalk, my wife & I are very happy we stopped to check on pricing and what the glass boat tour encompasses. The sales rep was pleasant & we negotiated a fair price. We were so happy we took the 50-60 minute boat tour. The guide gave a entertaining history & pointed out areas of interest. We saw the beautiful archs and saw fish through the bottom of the boat. We weren't planning on doing the tour, but were glad we did. Highly recommend 👌
While the distant views on the tour were beautiful, the overall experience fell majorly short of expectations. The boat did not get close to the Arch like others did, resulting in disappointing photo opportunities. Overall, the tour felt underwhelming, and next time, we would opt to spend a little bit more for a private boat instead.
Experience was great but the photos price was overpriced. More expensive than the boat ride.lol It seen the focus was the photo shots instead of the guide.
Very organized and Pedro, our tour guide, was great. A quick tour of the arch, but that’s all that we wanted. Tour guide took a lot of pictures of us, so be prepared to buy them at the end!
Daniel was a fantastic guide. The boat took us out to the arch and we got some amazing pictures. The acrylic boat was so cool to ride on. We could a bunch of fish right below our feet.
Overall, the tour was good. I booked via Viator for 11:30am & because I didn’t confirm when they sent me a reminder, when I arrived they wanted me to go on the 12:30pm trip when the person who reach out clearly said 11:30am tour and so did my reservation. Ultimately, they ended up having space for me to go on the 11:30am tour but not without me questioning and pressing them. Yahir was our guide and he did a great job, so did our captain. They kept us safe and well informed on the sites we were seeing. If you get any motion sickness I recommend taking something prior to boarding and going on the tour.
We had pre-paid $56.20 ( for 2) for a 45 minute tour to the Arch in a clear boat. Our appointment time was 11:00. We got off of our cruise ship before 10. We had to take a tender( a smaller boat) to shore because our cruise ship was not parked at the dock. Once we got off the tender, we immediately set out walking toward Envatours. It was a long walk, hot, and we were bombarded by locals trying to sell us hats, jewelry, cigars etc. At one point, we even called Envatours to verify their address and make sure that we were going in the right direction. When we finally got there, we had to stand in line to check in. When it was our turn, we were told that we were too late; we had missed the boat. We didn’t realize that it would take us SO long to get there. So, we were trying to find a solution. We asked if there was room on the 12:00 boat and they said that there was. BUT, we would have to pay $78. Wait. What??? $78??? Why? Because the price has gone up. We made our reservation in September when the price was $28 pp. NOW, it’s $39pp. We would’ve paid the DIFFERENCE between $28 and $39, but NOT the entire amount. They refused. TERRIBLE customer service! I’m a flight attendant. When someone is too late for their flight, they are called a “flat tire” (because that’s the biggest excuse used for being late “I had a flat tire”). Then, they are put on the next available flight at no additional charge. We left. We’ll come back to Cabo someday because there’s so much to see and do. And we’ll go on our trip to the Arch in a clear boat, but NOT with Envatours, I’m happy to see that they have other locations. We will NEVER use them at any of their other locations. AND I will make sure that I tell all of my friends, relatives, colleagues and PASSENGERS not to use them. There are PLENTY of other tour operators.
We had a great Captain, a great entertaining guide, who brought us to La Arcos where we could take some fun pictures. Being in the clear bottom boat allows you to see the beautiful fish under the surface of the water that you normally would not have seen.
It was amazing. Had a great time. The fish were fun to watch, would have liked to see more fish. Guide was great.
Our Guide Jorge and Captain Luis were fantastic! Jorge told us all about the landmarks and the animals that we were seeing. He took excellent photos of all of us and Luis maneuvered the boat so we were able to get great views of the fish and pelicans and other wildlife. Luis also was able to get us in the correct position to get great photos of the arch and in front of the other boats so it was just our group in the photos. They were both very patient with us and all of our questions. We highly recommend them!
Spectacular views, beautiful fish, informative guide Nacho! We were permitted time to get lots of pictures to last a lifetime. The views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time!
We booked the 45 minute all clear boat tour in Cabo San Lucas. There were 4 in our party. Most of the excursion was spent taking pictures by their photographer gor sale at the end. We much would have had more time to see more aquatic life. We saw a big seal on the dock and the captain wouldn't stop for pictures. Felt we got cheated out of OUR time! Didn't even go look at the pictures Most of them would have been of all the young girls anyway. NOT IMPRESSED! Have been coming to Cabo for years.
Fun and interesting tour. Our tour guide guide Antonio has a happy and entertaining personality. Definitely recommend
Our guides were nice, helpful, smart and very attentive to our needs. I would repeat the same trip with the same guides.
A fun way to spend the hour, tour the marina, and get to see “El Arco” and Land’s end. They offer both traditional “glass bottom” boats and clear boats, where I believe the former are $20USD per person, and the latter are usually $40USD per person, although discounts can be negotiated on slow days such as when there isn’t a lot of cruise ship or foot traffic. (You can even find some tours listed for as little as $25, but specify “clear boat” in your search – it’s not the same as a “glass bottom boat”, which has only a small transparent panel.). The boats are very impressive from an engineering perspective, being made of giant sheets of Plexiglas or acrylic, and they claim they’re the only ones of their type in the world. They also have a photographer on the trip, and you can purchase photos. We got a great family photo I shared with friends and relatives, and I really appreciate that they gave me both the printed and digital copies, for a pretty reasonable $25USD. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Cabo as one of the top 3 things to do on your visit.
Don't waste your money, buy an excursion through the cruise line. By the time the tender got us to the port our excursion had started. There is no one at the port to take you to the excursion location. Waste of $80.
What a great experience and the guide was awesome! Super easy to book. The glass boat was awesome at one point in the ride they stopped and all types of fish were swimming rigt under our feet. Very reasonably priced.
Amazingly beautiful experience! We were not disappointed. Do yourself a favor and forget the glass bottom boats. This is a better experience to see sea life.
10/10 recommend!! We took the tour with Ignacio, both him and the captain were great. They take photos too which is a great bonus so you can keep them as memories. The boat is actually clear- we got tricked into another tour the day before with someone else by being told it was glass, but it just had a small window. If you want a clear boat, this is the one to do!!
10/10 experience, tour guide guys were the best, great customers service, funny, great photographers and the clear boat experience was the best 👍
Clean boat, friendly staff, beautiful fish & scenery. Great lil cruise gor the money. Highly recommend
Man, What an awesome tour... The sights were so beautiful and our Guide Juan was the best.. Funny and Informative 😁... Let's not forget our captain Manuel... He took us to see the most beautiful locations to take pics. Two awesome dudes.. Awesome Tour.. definitely would go again 🥰
Fantastic experience! Great boat crew! It was short and sweet - perfect for a quick tour of local beaches and the area. The crew shared Interesting facts about the local waters and landmarks along the way. My 2 kids had a blast!
We initially booked a tour with a different agency that no-showed at our pickup. We saw an Envatours boat returning to the marina and booked a tour that same afternoon! Our tour guide and captain were very nice, professional, and accommodating. The tour is about 45 min, which we preferred so there was less risk of seasickness. The arches were crowded with boats but we still had plenty of picture opportunities and good sightseeing. They allowed us to take our own pictures with our phones and they took photos with their DSLR. We thought the prices for prints and USB sticks were a bit pricey but they were not pushy at all and were really polite when we said no.
fantastic friendly people, a good experience, photos was excellent a little on the expensive side but a very good memory.
The tour was easy to book through Viator and I was very intrigued by a boat tour in a clear boat. We had the earliest booking and the office staff quickly checked us in and prepared us for the tour with any instructions. A short walk from the Envatours office to the boat which was steady and able to easily access. We had a small group so the guide dispersed the group evenly on either side of the boat. You have to take off your shoes before entering the boat which they keep in a box for you. The tour last at or about 45 minutes where you go out to and back from the Arch of Cabo. At the Arch the boat stops for pictures. You cannot remove your lifejacket during the tour and the guide explains that there is no standing at any time during the tour. The tour guide provides some knowledge of the area during the ride in both English and Spanish. Taking pictures was nice however, the guide gently discourages taking pictures with your personal camera and wants to take pictures with a small digital camera that you can purchase at the end of the tour. The tour guide is not a professional photographer or fairly good picture taker so we did not purchase any of the photos. The water is very dark underneath the boat so it makes it challenging to see the sea life but you there are a few stops where we were able to see some sea life. I would definitely recommend going on an earlier tour if you prefer a smaller group. Overall a nice short tour to go out on the water at the marina and see the Arch, Lovers Beach for the price.
I booked this clear boat tour for my friend and I as a shore excursion for our cruise ship stop in Cabo San Lucas. Our ship was delayed by 2 hours causing us to miss our tour time. We docked on time for a Wonderful food tour also scheduled on that day (please see “Sea to Table Fisherman’s Seafood Tour in Cabo San Lucas” for specifics). The food tour ended very close to EnvaTours, so we took a chance to see if the company would honor our missed tickets for a later time. The company was Wonderful, making sure to get us on the next boat and we were so glad to have been able to enjoy the Beautiful Day in a Beautiful place from the water on a clear boat!
We bought a 5:30pm sunset tour for Family of 5. Our captain Victor was amazing, went into details about everything we were passing by and took his time when it was time to take pictures by the arch. Very beautiful out there. Highly recommend.
Great and fun experience ! Our clear boat included tequila tasting which was amazing and full of taste tequila😋our driver Santiago was awesome ! 10/10
This was an incredible tour with fun guides! Great stories, beautiful opportunities for pics, cool fish to sea, and great pics taken by them!
2k tour with ed loves his services fun helpful knowledgeable went to two city in Cabo got to see many things and road on glass boat
This was our first time with ENVATours and our 2nd time visiting the Cabo Arch. Our group enjoyed seeing the fish through the glass bottom boat. Our group of 4 would not recommend this tour. There are so many great options; look elsewhere! Our tour guide insisted on taking our photos with a small camera he had (since there were a bunch of boats in the water) and seemingly promised the entire boat the photos afterwards. When we got back to the dock, we learned that the photos were for an expensive fee AND our entire group was extremely disappointed with the quality of photos; there was 1-2 that we liked but didn't compare to our first cruise. He asked us to do a bunch of poses but didn't capture the poses (instead got us moving from place to place.) Not looking for a response from the company unless they'd like to send us the 2 photos we liked. Just letting other customers know to look elsewhere!
My husband and I enjoyed this tour very much. We were the only 2 people on the tour and our guide Ed accommodated us and really concentrated on telling us about what interested us most. The glass bottom boat trip was amazing and besides the arch we saw so many fish. The lunch was great and we learned so much.
I've been going to Cabo since I was 8 and don't often go on the water. I took my friend this time for her first time and she really wanted to see the arch. We found the tour by walking along the marina. We paid about $35/person and tipped $10/ person (1 captain and 1 guide). This was such a fun, quick tour of the Arch! We got so close and each group got to take a photo at the front of the boat. You could even take a solo photo if you wanted to. They showed you the beaches and famous points along the way, as well. Well worth the price!
The trip was a good amount of time (45 minutes), with great views and fun to see the fish. It was a very comfortable ride with a great tour guide. We loved it!
Captain Tom and Sergio were fantastic! I would highly recommend going on the clear boat rather than the one with small cutouts.
Ricardo was an incredible guide! He kept us safe, and kept us laughing - absolutely a great time! Would definitely recommend him for ANY tour!!
