We had such an enjoyable experience! We were on an extended weekend trip celebrating our anniversary and wanted to add a fun day excursion. The clear boat tour to the arches was perfect! We saw beautiful fish through the boat, visited the stunning Arch and Lover’s Beach, enjoyed tequila tasting and shopping, and even got to see talented local glassblowing artists. It was truly worth it! Our guide, Giovanni, was amazing and made the experience even better. We highly recommend this excursion!

Our tour guide Giovanni did a great job explaining what we were doing and giving us great historic information of Cabo.

The tour was OK. I guess I had higher expectations something like that the guide will tell us a lot about history, funny stories etc. However we primarily drove from place to place and it was not much talking offered. Again, it was nice but more like no thrills. The guide was very nice and each of stops was great. I would suggest engineer activities more like mandatory - not “who wants to have lunch?” But like “lunch after tequila tasting” half of group had lunch and other didnt and sat in the bus and I felt I had to hurry up - they didn’t rush me or anything though, to be fair.

Gio picked us up on time and was very personable. The boat caption Emilio was excellent. Victor took great pictures of the trip and gave a lot of information about the bay and the arches. Would recommend the experience to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The glass boat gave us some great pictures and videos of the water.

The tour was excellent. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable . We also were accommodated when we made an error in timing for pickup on our scheduled day and they moved us to the next day. Would highly recommend this tour.

This excursion was awesome! The clear boat experience was amazing; seeing the fish swimming beneath and ocean life below. The Glass factory and Tequila experience definitely did not disappoint. Our tour guide made it special and he was amazing as well.

This went smoothly. Angel was our driver and he picked us up timely from our hotel and got us to all of our destinations safely. First was the glass bottom boat tour (tour guide gave us some facts and was very helpful. They want you to buy the pictures they take and they range $25-40. We didn’t get any, but some people did). Then we went to the San Miguel glass blow factory for a demonstration and shopping. Beautiful. We got a few knick knacks to take home. Lastly we went to Hacendia Mayahuel tequila Boutique. Orlando was FANTASTIC and did an amazing mezcal/tequila tasting and we learned a lot and purchased a bottle to take home. (at the boutique, they also sell food (food wasnt that great, but we needed to eat after that tasting and it got the job done. We did the chicken tacos, the beef tacos, and the chicken fajitas), they also sell cigars, and have a small jewelry store (a bit overpriced. You can negotiate, but We didn’t purchase anything) . We had some time left over so Angel our driver gave us the option to do more shopping.

Maya was an excellent tour guide and absolutely exceptional. From the moment the tour began, he was friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable. He struck the perfect balance between being personable and professional, sharing fascinating information while keeping the experience fun and engaging. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Thanks to him, the tour was one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, and I hope they have the chance to experience it with such an outstanding guide.

It was almost if the fish were performing just for us. The stingrays were amazing. Our Captain, Phillipe was amazing, skills were suburb keeping the boat steady as some took photos. Our host, Saul was knowledgeable and explained our surroundings while onboard. They both assisted in practicing safety and ensuring a safe ride. Our driver, Ishmael, was professional, courteous and responded to outreach question

The boat was completely clear-seats, sides & bottom. So much cooler than just glass bottom! Guides were very good on boat. Loved our guide for the day. Never felt rushed & he seemed happy to see us enjoying ourselves. Loved Taquilla tasting. I didn’t ever think I liked taquilla but many flavors and just good fun. Small group size of 8 was perfect!

the glass boat is amazing. They stop to let you see coral & wildlife; the view is amazing. The staff is funny and engaging. They take ample pictures and then airdrop them to you for a SMALL fee. I was super pleased. the city tours were great, with stops to see local art, shops, and food. We particularly enjoyed the sculptures and the glass blowing tour. that was AMAZING. The tequila tasting and food were amazing, with the staff both thoughtful and attentive. They entertained while teaching us to appreciate tequila as much as wine. If you drink it correctly, it is cooling and relaxing. NEVER slam it like a college kid on spring break. This trip was 100% worth it, not to mention some of the best food we had the whole trip!

Very smooth operation from boat to shopping to glass blowing to the tequila tasting. Our guide Giovanni was very informative about the history of Cabo San Lucas. Bring plenty of money to tip guides, demonstrators, and captains. Very fulfilling trip and a great way to look around Cabo San Lucas. Good for groups and couples. We were in a group of 10 total. Great way to spend the morning (5 hours) in a laid back activity.

The package we booked was for the clear boat and the Cabo San Lucas. The primary tour guide Gio was excellent, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of the culture and heritage of Cabo San Lucas. The tour guide on the Clear Boat tour was great he was funny engaged and professional. We got to see a lot of different fish through the boat. The tequila tasting and lunch were also really good. The tour was better than we expected, it's a great option.

Roberto was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable of the entire Cabos area. Would definitely suggest to anyone interested in a day long adventure!

It was nice to have pickup at our resort. They were punctual and courteous. After the boat ride which was very scenic, our “group “ seemed to fall apart. Some folks wanted do other things than what was listed in the description. Our driver gave us choices and we ultimately went with both the glass factory and tequila tasting. Those stops turned out to be great. I think I would have liked more information about the town but our guide’s English was not so good.

Daniel Prado was excellent, and would highly recommend him to anyone else. As a local, his passion for the local history and culture clearly shone through. He was knowledgeable, warm and funny. If we ever come back to Cabo, I would be overjoyed to see Señor Prado again.

Very Nice and easy going tour, we got to see the arch and get a couple of pictures, we got there super early so there was not much boat’s, the clear boat is a must! since you can see lots of different styles of fish, our tourist guide Giovanni was very kind and helpful, he explained every second of the tour, from the glass factory to the tequila tasting, he even went out of his way to accommodate a family which the mom was feeling ill and took them right back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend taking this tour when coming to Cabo.

Tour guide abandoned the itinerary halfway through the tour and went to lunch and basically left us to fend for ourselves for 2 hours.

The shuttle driver was given the wrong address to pick us up at our condo so phoned me several times to try to find us. He argued with me for over half an hour when I told him that he was at the wrong location, that we were at our main gate and he was not there. Meanwhile he had a bus full of other passengers waiting on their tour. I had dealt with him and one company representative on phone and whatsapp trying to get it sorted. I had offered to uber to the marina, I had sent my exact location to both of them in whatsapp. An hour after we were supposed to be picked up they sent another shuttle driver (he was great) to pick us up as the original one was in the completely wrong area. I kept trying to reschedule our tour or get a refund so we wouldn't miss the tour and no one else was waiting on us. They reassured us that we would not miss the tour, well it turned out they pushed the entire schedule back because of their screw up so everyone on our tour had a shortened day because of this. Once we got going the glass bottom boat guide we had was very good and full of information. We saw whales in the bay which was a great bonus but the glass bottom portion which I was looking forward to was very disappointing. We didn't have much time for the glass bottom portion and the glass wasn't very clear to see much. The whole tour after the boat portion seemed like a sales pitch, trying to get people to buy items at a jewelry store (although the pearl demonstration was very cool and a couple people got to keep a pearl) and the tequila tasting. At the end of the tequila tasting we were offered to be shuttled home and miss the downtown portion of the trip because our location was out of the way, or we could uber home after the whole tour. Pieces of the tour were great (the glass blowing demonstration!) but with it being so unorganized and with the constant up selling I would recommend doing the items separately.

Not great. The city tour isn't a tour. They drop you off at a store they want you to spend money at because they get credit and leave and come back. No guidance. We had to ask around where to eat. Luckily my friend speaks Spanish. There was no guidance. The carseats were dirty for my kids and they were barely functional. The only reason they get two stars is because the guide on the clear boat was pretty good. They will hassle you for pictures after. They do not honor the online price if you mistake clear for glass bottom boat. Apparently those are two different things. I would not book with them again. I've been on many excursions and this one had the worst customer service.

Trip was full on decisions made at moment, not well organized, chaotic

Our first stop was a glass factory. We got to watch a young man make a small whale. There was no explanation of the process and it was very noisy! Afterwards we had the chance to buy some of their glassware. Our next stop was the marina. We waited about half an hour to finally get on the boat. Our guide was very humorous. We saw some fish through the clear bottom of the boat which was cool. We didn’t motor real close to the Arch because the waves were crazy and it wouldn’t have been safe. Our guide had us pose on the back of the boat and he took photos ( which he tried to sell us later.) We basically used our own cameras so didn’t buy his. Our next stop was 20 minutes of shopping in some Mexican shops. Then we headed to a fun Mexican bar/ restaurant to do some tequila tasting. We got 5 small tastes of different tequilas. Since we hadn’t eaten all day we ordered some nachos and a beer. Over all it was a fun few hours! Angel our driver was knowledgeable of the area and kept things moving. He was very kind and patient. Really appreciated being picked up and returned to our hotel!!
