We had a blast at Wild Canyon! We did ATVs, UTVs, and Camel ride! Most fun we have ever had on vacation! All the staff were so nice and the all inclusive package made everything a breeze! We did have 1 mishap with my photos. We were missing the photos that we took on the UTVs down in front of beach which were prob the best shots but when I went to retrieve photos, somehow those photos got damaged. My husband was so hot all he asked for was a popsicle lol which they did give to us! I wouldn't say that was compensation enough for the missing pics but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn't even make a fuss about it! Mistakes happen and we were too tired to redo it. We left with plenty more memories so we were satisfied! Definitely coming back every time we're in Cabo! Highly recommend! Oh yeah Christian was our favorite guide! But truly, they all rocked!

Excellent customer service. I forgot my backpack in their locker and they drove it back to the Hyatt Ziva for me. Angel and his team with the camel ride was great, you get a 20 min camel ride which is enough in the hot weather. Cost $30 if you bring your own go pro but we were able to take photos with the camel after the ride with over with our iPhone . The bird and rabbit interaction was fun and in the shade. I’m really pleased that they were able to drive my backpack to my hotel , thank you!
Miss representation hidden fees and very bad experience unfortunately.Would not recommend booking with Tripadvisor .
What a fun experience, getting to ride a camel, then having a camel kiss you! A wonderful place having an animal sanctuary for rescued animals. Truly a once in a lifetime adventure.
We had to pay additional fees on site. May be cheaper to book directly. Francisco and Miguel did a great job explaining the animals and their habitats. They were both very patient and funny. Our adventure came with a “light” snack. It was a full meal and was delicious! The park is beautiful and well maintained. We will be back.
Amazing experience with the family! We went as a group of 5 that included and elderly person and a smaller child with autism. All staff was very friendly and patient with our family. The camel ride was amazing and the photographer captured the moments beautifully! The photo package was worth every penny. The animal sanctuary was the highlight for my pre-teen daughter who enjoyed petting ducks and rabbits and holding turtles and guinea pigs. My husband really enjoyed the exotic birds. Lunch was a delicious extra large quesadilla! Yum!
I want to thank Angel, Victor, Jesus, and Bell. we had a fun time, and Sarita, the camel was funny. Thank you so much for having us Wild Canyon. It was a fun experience.
Miguel, Jose, and Victor was amazing. They took great care of the kids and was really down to earth. Answered all our questions.
We booked a Camel ride along with the UTV tour. When we finish the terrible UTV tour, that was less than 8 miles in a worn out vehicle in ‘limp mode’. We sat and waited almost an hour for someone to come pick us up to go on the camel ride. When they finally got us to the camels, we had 15 minutes before we had to be back so our transportation could pick us up. We had 10 people, and they did not have enough camels, so we had to go in shifts. When we got back, we wanted to buy drinks for the ride home. We were told they were closed and we could go to the restaurant to buy something. But they were more than happy to try to sell us the pictures that their photographer took. The camel ride was six minutes, 0.2 miles in the back by the stables. They tell you you can’t take your phone because it’s for your safety. The reality is that they don’t want you to be able to take photos because they want to sell their photos. This was a total rip off.
Just enjoy. Bring towel and water bottle. If you have ATV or UTV trip - get something to cover face, or you can purchase it in gift shop at the park. Gets dusty during the road trip. Otherwise it is pure fun all around. Employees are very friendly and professional.
The camel ride was pretty silly. We appreciate the guides and the park, but getting on the camels and walking down a gravel path for 5 minutes before the handler turned it around to walk back the other way was certainly not worth $400! Visiting with the animals and having the amazing guide, Angel, let us feed and play with them made us glad we came though. He was super knowledgeable and fun and didn’t remind us like the other guides how important tips were! If you have cash and time to burn go for this experience. If either of those resources are limited, you are not missing out!
First time riding a camel and Gilberto, chicho, Chuy and Nayo made it an unforgettable experience. Very funny and safe and creative way to experience camel riding in Mexico!
Our 5yo had SOOO much fun doing the animal kingdom tour but the waterpark was the main attraction for her. We had trouble getting her to leave 😋. There is a small restaurant that was perfect for lunch while hanging out at the waterslides… otherwise bring snacks. There are slides for many ages (2 toddler slides, 6 little kid slides, and 2 bigger kid slides). We will probably come again if we return to Cabo… great kid day if your resort doesn't have kid stuff.
Best day ever..10 & 12 yr old Grandsons did not want to leave…we all did the Camel Quest with Gilbert & trainer Mike…so much fun and the boys did Monster Zipline as the girls relaxed at Wagoona water park! Even enjoyed the Animal Kingdom & lunch at Lion’s Den! Will definitely be back❤️
They would not let us use the water slides because of the time slot we chose (3:00pm) The camel ride is way too short ( not worth the cost) The fun part of a camel ride is when you get on the camel while the camel sitting down. Here you get in at a platform. The petting zoo is nice , but we could not enter with the guacamayas because of the time of our tour again …. It would be useful to do the tours at a time that people DO GET TO enjoy all the activities included. The park is nice and the people very friendly and kind.
Camels were awesome, food tasted good, and the tequila was rocking. Great customer service by all hands. You can spend all day here with all the activities!
Alonso was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was kind to the camels and made sure we had a fun experience! We could tell he loves his job.
Had an excellent time!! The staff was wonderful. My driver Roman was great and very friendly! Would definitely recommend!
I absolutely loved feeding the camels and all the things they informed us of about them. You aren't allowed your camera on the camels themselves because you need to hold on. We got their photo packet so didn't mind. For some reason it's not letting me upload photos but I felt it was worth it. The lowest packet was $110 I think. The staff was fun and super friendly. The little petting zoo at the end was super cute and the food was good. Overall I really enjoyed it and would recommend it and will take others with us when we come to Cabo again.
My first ride, and it was amazing! I learned a lot and the crew was awesome and very friendly it’s a must do!
This experience was great! However, the people are what made it happen. We got a few people who were super cool sharing their experience with camels. Joanna, Joab, Leonardo are among the ones we remember, but all of them working as a team in the morning, were respectful, funny and entertaining with their knowledge of the camels and the history behind them. Fabian was awesome! He toured us around and made sure we were taken care of. For the life of us, we can't remember her name but the petite girl with some cool eyeliner who toured us around w the birds, bunnies, Crocs and guinea pigs was such a knowledgeable and loving person with all of us to help us understand their biological environment and petting the ones we could pet. We loved her! Last but not least, our staff at the bar when we stepped to eat and drink, they were so cool 😎 and super clean, fast, friendly and helpful with our extra orders. The drivers were very friendly too. They picked us up a little early but they were patient enough for us to get to the lobby. Also, thanks to Joanna/Savanna who helped us get our daughter's sweater back! This place is professional and friendly. Totally worth it. If I can say something I wish could've topped this, is a longer camel walk as we've experienced before in other tours and better photography- that was a bit disappointing and I didn't buy it but I also disagree with the overpriced amount. I also wish to have learned that there's an all day park pass to buy so you can do ALL their activities onsite for $195USD/pp. They have a lot of cool stuff.
Isha was our tour guide. We had a very interesting overview about camels before our ride. We then rode together two by two along the coast, about 20 minutes. Isha then took us on a nature walk describing different local plants. A lot of the plants were blooming. The final part was a Mexican lunch followed by a tequila tasting. Isha was friendly, informative and delightful.
The camel quest was amazing!!!!! Me and my husband love animals and it was the perfect tour to get to see touch and interact with all animals. Al the camel was amazing Big amazing shout out to the triple G!!! Y’all were amazing guides and very knowledgeable I would recommend this to everyone to try you won’t be disappointed
The staff was very friendly and punctual. The Camel tour was awesome! I loved the guides Joanna and Joab and the other guides Jair, Memo and Carlos. Also the guy who showed us the zoo was very nice. I believe they treat the animals with great care and love. Loved Sahara, the female camel!
My husband and I really enjoyed the camel crew and ride. It was a wonderful experience for us both.
The staff at the camel quest were funny and very knowledgeable. A few of my kids said it was their favorite part of Wild Canyon.
They did everything very quickly as if they wanted to finish with us quickly. We couldn't all see the animals (because according to there wasn't much time) when we finished with the camels, which by the way was fantastic and the attention of the guys who worked there was phenomenal… but afterwards After that we went to the water park and my son could only be there for about 10 minutes. They also brought us food and drinks and we couldn't even consume them because the transport that we had to leave was already waiting for us. The truth is not fair, we paid 110 dollars for each one in experia and then in the place you must pay 20 more for each one so that everything is so fast. And not to mention the price of the very expensive souvenir photos ... the camels were good, the beautiful Sahara show and the attention of the boys it was excellent
Edgar and Niel were very nice and understanding. They made the tour super informative and fun at the same time! Great time!
Wally took us on our tour and he was absolutely fantastic! He taught us all about our camels and we got to get a kiss and pet the diva Sahara! Everything was perfect. Thank you for your knowledge and awesome personality!
Really enjoyed our afternoon with the camels. The guides were great--fun, friendly & engaging. The birds & small animal exhibits were a bonus! Loved Stinky!
Remarkable camel adventure and a show of how they are trained along with an engaging walk thru the mini zoo area. Loved it all and the people who took us on each adventure. Improvements, the shuttle from the hotel was 25 minutes late picking us up and we were told to return to the area at 3pm for our return ride back to wait an additional 40 minutes. When we asked about the delay the response from a worker was they could call a taxi for us. Not exactly what we were looking for lol. I asked if it was normal for the driver to run late and the answer is yes. Lol. Kind of silly just change the time. The $20 per person park entrance fee was noted prior to the tour and we were prepared for it. The unfortunate part was that it honestly did not feel like any kind of sanctuary/ park as we would expect. If they could fix the timing of the shuttles I would highly recommend but without any communication on why they are late is a little disappointing.
We had a fantastic day! It truly was an incredible experience, being with the wild birds, camels, iguana, rabbits, etc. It was so much fun, we highly recommend it! Truly a must do with teens in Cabos
We had a great time our guide, David on the camel quest! We recommend this activity on your next trip to Cabo!
David Vasquez was an amazing camel tour guide, he ensured my husband and I were informed and comfortable. He was fun and polite. David was great! You should try camel riding! It was an adventure/memory for forever 🐪❤️
David Vasquez led us on our camel tour. It was the first time my wife and I rode camels and he did a great job making sure we were comfortable and informed about what was going to happen! He was knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and very genuine throughout the entire portion of our Wild Canyon Adventure! David had a great sense of humor and it was easy to see that he was passionate about his job and the camels! If you’re in Cabo, make sure to go to Wild Canyon because it’s a great adventure, but you have to stop by to see David and the beautiful, Ms. Sahara with her lovely kisses!! We had so much fun throughout our entire day, but our experience with David will always be remembered for years to come! We hope to visit in the future and see David again! David will always hold a special place in our lives for him being so great and welcoming on our honeymoon! FYI: David is on the platform in the picture!
We really enjoyed migel in the animal sanctuary, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed that almost as much as the camels. We rode Aladdin and another and the guides were great and camels so sweet. We even got to feed one and she gave us kisses on the cheek! The lunch was perfect and the smoothies were wonderful. All in all, a really awesome time!
This place was great! We did the camel ride which was so much fun. We learned about camels and the despite the heat the ride was very nice. We got to take pictures with a camel when we got back. Then we went to the animal sanctuary and had lunch that was included in the package. The guacamole was really good lol The staff was super friendly too!
Probably the most disappointing of all the activities there. The camels are all tethered together, which looks uncomfortable for them, and they walked us about 100 yards and then turned around and came back. It didn’t live up to the hype. Still would recommend the park though.
Note: This is for the Camel Quest & Wildlife Sanctuary only, no waterslides. We booked through another party and the excursion included camel rides, snacks, drinks and a sanctuary tour. This place is a really cool. We learned about the camels and rode them through the canyon where we saw other wildlife, including a roadrunner. When we got back, we met their female camel and got to get up close with her, including kisses and pets. Derek and crew were amazing during the camel tour, very knowledgeable and fun. Afterwards, we drove over to the sanctuary and met with Axel where he showed us around. We got to hold macaws, fed a small monkey and imagined we were Disney princesses with the birds and bunnies. Very informative and a LOT of fun. We could have spent hours with the animals. Derek met up with us after the sanctuary, where he brought us margaritas, smoothies and quesadillas. Tasty goodness! This was an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend doing it. Thanks, guys!
It was fun. We had a good time. Mice to know about camels. The ride was short and sweet and personable
The camel Quest was so fun. The camel ride is not too long it is hot you will not want to ride them for too long or you will get very tired. We prepaid for the photo package where you get all the photos and they were good quality professional pictures. After the ride we fed the cutest camel and went to the animal sanctuary. Miguel was the best and sweetest tour guide. I love the excursions here
I did the camel quest with snack & animal kingdom and overall had a great time! When I booked the trip, I was not aware of the fact that the camel quest was in an amusement park! With how well the staff treated us I am super excited with the idea of exploring the entire park when I visit Cabo again. Our guides for both activities were super friendly, informative, and awesome at their jobs!
We have not seen a camel up close. The staff made it really easy for all of us and made us feel comfortable to be touching a camel up close. The ride was good, we did not see much views but we were there for the ride anyway. We were not allowed to take any of our pictures and the picture package they sold were very expensive. That is why I gave it only 4 stars.
A definite must when traveling to Cabo! The camel ride includes an interactive tour with guacamayas, turtles, monkey, and parrots!! Our guide Diego made me laugh the entire time. All guides are extremely professional, wise, and engage the tourist! You will love it!
Our tour guide was Diego “the camel guy.” He and his crew were amazing, he was full of great information about the camels and was very entertaining. The camel ride was sooo much fun and then he brought over the female camel, who did tricks for us. She even gave us kisses! We also went to the animal kingdom where angel let us feed the birds, monkeys and bunnies. The adventure concluded with some yummy quesadillas. All in all it was an incredible adventure!
It was awesome! Rafael B. And Abraham were excellent. I enjoyed the lovebirds...and how sweet they handled the animals
the attention and kindness of the workers excellent. The ads must be in English and SPANISH which the heck most ads are in English only.
It was a good experience i loved it specially the team was perfect they did a great job by showing us everything. Thank you Abraham and the rest
Amazing experience, the place is great, and staff super friendly and good. Really enjoyed the camels with Abraham and the animal sanctuary with Poncho, great hosts! Can't wait to go next time. We had lunch at the end of the tour and the food was very good in a restaurant with great views. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful experience and the place totally outdid my expectations. I will definitely return in the near future!
