WOW might be the highlight of our whole trip. Super intimate boat ride with just 6 passengers and an awesome crew. Drinks were awesome, snacks too. Sunset was spectacular, covered the entire sky. And got to do some sailing. If we could give 10 stars we would.

My wife and I visited Cabo San Lucas to celebrate her 40th birthday on September 29, 2026, and our sunset sailing experience turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip! We originally booked a shared sunset sailing cruise, but the team was able to accommodate us on a private sailing experience, which made an already special occasion even more memorable. What truly made the experience exceptional were the two incredible crew members who took care of us throughout the sail. From the moment we stepped aboard, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their hospitality, professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment. We never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt personal, relaxed, and incredibly romantic. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our time on the water special. Watching the sunset over Cabo with my wife on her 40th birthday was already going to be a beautiful memory, but these two gentlemen helped turn it into something we will cherish for years to come. To the two crew members who took us out on September 29: THANK YOU! You both deserve tremendous recognition for the experience you provided. You helped make a milestone birthday truly unforgettable, and we are incredibly grateful. David (Captain), Daniel, and Arturo were fantastic hosts! Once aboard they treated everyone like friends and family. My wife, my 5 year old son, and I sat near the helm and received commentary from David while Daniel and Arturo tended to all guests with food and drinks and taking pictures! A very good team! Boys did well!!

Great boat, captain and crew. Small venue with only 10 in our group. Lite winds but the Captain was able to raise the sails. Accomidating crew with well presented appitizers and cold drinks. Beautiful sunset to cap off the experience.

Great sunset sailing cruise! Love that we anticipated 14 people on our ship, but there were only eight of us, which made it very personalized. The captain and crew were outstanding. Great personalities, made us feel 'at home'. We were two couples, so they offered to take our photos for us, and that was fantastic. We weren't anticipating anything fantastic for snacks, but the guacamole was homemade and the best we've ever tasted, with great tortilla chips. Drinks and options were plentiful and delicious (if you chose to indulge). It was a great day to be on the sea--they asked if we preferred the tour to be narrated in English or Spanish; we had both! They explained everything that we saw; the sunset was amazing, and they steered the boat in the direction so that all 8 of the passengers could get great photos. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and wonderful sunset cruise that I would definitely repeat on a return trip to Cabo San Lucas. The only suggestion that I would make is to perhaps see if the passengers had any preferences for the music. What we listened to was good, but it would have been nice to have a little more variety. BUT...it did not impact our wonderful trip in any way!

My wife enjoyed our sunset sailing cruise. The views were amazing. It was also very peaceful sailing rather than touring on a motorized boat. Food and drinks were served before we left the marina. It was amazing to experience the size and complexity of the marina as we left and returned. Adrian and Raul were gracious hosts. We were lucky to have only 8 passengers on our trip. Please note, there is room for 4 people on the foredeck and 4 on the aft deck. Therefore, if you want to be in those areas, be one of the first to walk down to the boat. Lastly, this is not a private cruise. You might have to share spaces with other passengers.

I had the BEST time! The views were absolutely breathtaking, but what really made the experience so special was the crew. There were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. I was traveling solo, and they went above and beyond and they even took tons of pictures for me, which I really appreciated! The open bar was a huge plus, and they kept my wine coming the entire time, which was exactly what I wanted! The appetizers were delicious and definitely hit the spot. The whole experience was fun, relaxing, and so well organized. I never once felt awkward being there by myself, and the crew made the experience even more memorable. If you are considering booking this tour, do it! I would absolutely recommend it and would happily book it again.

I was in a group of 4 and we loved our sunset cruise! Gary, Cesar, and Pedro did a fantastic job of welcoming us onboard and making us feel comfortable. They provided drinks and delicious snacks. They took a moment to get to know us and also explained all the important landmarks as we passed them. We even saw a sea turtle swimming next to the sailboat. It was all very beautiful and fun! I highly recommend doing this sailboat sunset cruise!

Great evening cruise with apps and drinks. It was very relaxing and we got to see the arch along the way. It was a great way to spend our last night in Cabo!

It was great! I traveled with my mom, 74, and her best friend, 65. The crew was very accommodating and helped them to get comfortable. The crew really kept things lively and kept us all engaged explaining different nuances and cracking jokes! Definitely will be returning on my next trip!

The sunset cruise with Cabo Sailing is always the first thing we book when visiting Cabo. The boat is never crowded and the crew treats everyone like VIPs. The sunset is always gorgeous, even on overcast evenings. There is always plenty of time for photos at the famous arch. The quality of the food and drink is top rate, You start with yummy guacamole and end the trip with a fancy charceuterie. We look forward to many more trips with Cabo Sailing. We even saw whales on this tour.

Absolutely the best sunset sailing experience in Cabo San Lucas. Limited space allows for a more pleasurable experience. They have and open bar with limited appetizers which is perfect.

Great experience. Staff were nice and accommodating. Played great music on the boat. Would have liked to have seen more coastline up close and someone telling us more about the buildings along the coast.. But overall, it was a great cruise.

Exceptional crew and experience

This small group sailing dramatically exceeded our expectations. After checking in with the guide standing near the marina entrance, we quickly realized we were two of a group of only six guests on the sailboat, superbly piloted by Mario and guided by Raul, who was attentive and hospitable throughout. Snacks consisted of chips, salsa, and guacamole to start, and a classy charcuterie plate about an hour in, with beer, wine, and liquor available on demand. The Arch and sunset were gorgeous, and we had a surprise encounter of a large pod of dolphins. So glad we chose this tour.

Absolutely amazing experience!! We had a great time - Ivan and Richard were super attentive to our group and helped us have a great experience. (We were 3 adults and 3 teens. ) The sailboat experience was AWESOME. This is NOT one of the party barge experiences - it's waaaay better (IMO).

Great staff. Nice snacks. Good bar. Nice size boat and crew. Good number of guests. And, we got to sail which was awesome. After the first 30 mins or so, waters were pretty rough for sunset sail though. And they got wrapped up in the wale watching which doesn’t have great regulations in Mexico.

It was a perfect sunset cruise. We saw whales. It was mostly adults but very appropriate also for my grandchildren ages 15 and 13. They served variety of beverages and wonderful sandwiches. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional.

Nice boat, good crew, not a lot to see. Foo pretty sparse - don't think fresh Mexican think Costco cheese a meat platter and chips and picante salsa. Drinks limited to two bad Mexican beers, poor white wine and hard alcohol It's fine - just not really worth the extra $50 a head over the booze cruise sunset trips

Sunset cruise was amazing. Very intimate with less than 12 people on the boat. Captain Gary and his crew were very friendly. Plenty of drinks and food. Got to see a baby whale splashing just as we got to the arch. Would highly recommend!

We went with one other couple and had a wonderful time. Raul, Cesar, and David were welcoming, funny, and informative. They assisted us in picture taking, kept the drinks flowing as well as good apps. The trip was 2 hours and we saw whales and an incredible sunset. The boat was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this team for any excursion!

We booked this sunset trip the day of. We were the only two people that showed for the adventure We had a great experience! We had a full two hour ride and the staff was awesome! Perfect evening

Highly recommend this sunset sail, especially during whale season. We saw a mama and her calf, and they were very active for several minutes. It was an incredible sight!! We also saw some sea lions. Even if we had not seen any wildlife, the sail itself was a great experience. Gary, Pedro, and Javier were all professional, high energy, and so much fun. We got a big plate of chips with salsa and guacamole, and then later in the cruise we got a plate of meats, cheeses, and bread slices, plus there were a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails. The sunset views over the water with the towering rock formations all around us made it such a gorgeous, special night. The cruise lasted almost exactly 2 hours and was simply perfect.

We took this excursion as part of a girls trip. Our group included myself, my mom and my best friend. The sailing ship was beautiful, lovely little foods available, knowledgeable crew. We did our tour and then went out to watch for whales, after seeing whales, they put out the sails. It was a beautiful experience but my mom became seasick. The crew did a WONDERFUL job of taking care of her as they would take care of their own mother. 10/10 recommend and will do again when we return to Cabo in the future.

This sunset cruise was on a sailboat, with a captain and crew member. We were served a huge platter of chips and guacamole, as well as another platter with meat, cheese and bread. Drinks were plentiful and refreshed regularly. We saw whales, and the captain followed them for a long time so we could get lots of amazing photos. When it got cold on the way back into the harbor, we were offered blankets to keep warm. This was an amazing adventure!

A huge bonus is we saw epic humpback whales breaching. It was incredible. Two even went under our boat. It was thrilling.

10/10 experience! Easy to locate the company and dock. We were escorted to our boat where we were greeted with appetizers and unlimited drinks. The perfect tour of Cabo and we saw lots of whales!

Great time…was able to get in some great sailing (both sails up) and were able to see a few whales on the trip! Light snacks and cold drinks, a beautiful sunset, and whale watching was an added bonus…highly recommend!
