Great service, sat me down for informed 20-25 minutes - right on time got me to vehicle and away we went delivering passengers. Excellent driver, told me honestly when I asked if I would get a message about pickup time for return that he didn't know. I'll reach out if I don't hear, they've got my contact info. We arrived at our pick up location at the airport were told that we had to wait on other passengers. The other passengers arrived and then we were told we had to wait for a van. We waited about 2 1/2 hours for our transportation to arrive!!!

We paid in advance for a shared round trip from the airport to our hotel. When we arrived they did not have our names down. I showed them my ticket that I had printed off and they said that we would get the next one. We are 79 and ok but standing for an hour is not ok so we eventually had to sit at a drink stand and order something. An hour later we got a ride. They said they would pick us up at our hotel at 12:05 a week later. We were there and they were not there. I stayed outside for 10 more minutes waiting and it was hot so I went inside the lobby where it was cool and I could see a clear site to the vans that came. I saw two taxi vans and I went out and checked on but no Epic bus that Viator was using so went inside. At 12:30 I had the hotel call them and they said they had come and had not seen me so left. Nobody checked with us in the lobby and no bellman came in. That was the last ride of the day so we were forced to take an uber to the airport. I guess I was supposed to stand outside until they came. At any rate I will leave it up to you to decide if you should use this service. We are out the uber price and the return price.

I booked round-trip airport transportation for my solo trip, and I had a great experience! Traveling alone, it was especially important for me to have reliable transportation, and they definitely delivered. Both my airport pickup and return trip were right on time, which gave me one less thing to worry about. The service was professional, dependable, and made getting to and from the airport completely stress-free. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them, especially for solo travelers!

We only needed a return shuttle to SJD airport, so we booked online and then messaged them with the specific details. They were able to pick us up at our hotel near downtown Cabo San Lucas, even though it wasn’t explicitly listed in the drop-down options. Communication with one of their reps through TripAdvisor messages was good, including a reminder. However it was a bit confusing when another rep reached out via WhatsApp and didn’t seem to be in communication with the first rep whom I’d already talked to. The WhatsApp rep didn’t respond to me when I messaged them again later asking for confirmation. The shuttle arrived about 10-15 minutes after the stated pickup time. The driver drove pretty fast on the way to the airport. Overall a good deal for the price if you need transportation to/from SJD airport to Cabo San Lucas.

The driver was very nice and professional. The ride usually takes a little longer on a shared shuttle as the price reflects. I have used this service a few times. Expect the ride to take a bit longer depending on where you are staying.

Pickup and drop off great! This is an excellent price for round trip pickup & dropoff. Messaging through WhatsApp with the service & Veronika was quick with clear instructions. This shared shuttle experience was excellent. The van was air conditioned and very comfortable. The driver came early and made sure everything ran smoothly. Great service to use! Highly recommend!

The pick up at the airport was somewhat disappointing, we waited too long, about 1 hour and 30 minutes before we got our ride, the driver was very nice, the pick up from the hotel was perfect on time and Jorge our driver was super great.

Mass confusion at the airport, no one knew anything about my reservation. Good thing I had it on my phone. Was told I'd have to wait at least an hour after ten hours of travel. When I complained they found me a ride in a beat up station wagon.

Shared shuttle was timely. Not a long wait at airport. We dropped off other travelers at different hotels, on the way to my place.

This was a good experience. We did have to wait about 20 minutes at the airport it it gave us time to grab a drink 🙂. Service was friendly. Would use them again.

The ride didn't happen. There was a delay of 45 minutes after we arrive then we were told to take another hour and a half so we ended up paying for a taxi to our resort.

Cost wady good. Driver very good. Trip Too long. Full van. 6 stops. We were t the last but it was long.

The driver on the way to our resort was wonderful. Unfortunately, the driver on the way back was horrible! We gave him a tip and he didn't even say thank you. Had I known he wasn't going to be grateful, I would have just kept my tip. People need to understand that tips are earned and not just a given. I won't let that driver stop me from using them in the future when we visit Los Cabos.

Ok this is all you need to no know about Cabo San Lucus Airport and Shuttle 1. THIS IS IMPORTANT when you fly into Cabo and get off the plane and Start making your way to your Shuttle DO NOT STOP WALKING like i did when a woman said I had to speak with her about my Shuttle she had nothing to do with my shuttle and wasted my time and I missed my shuttle she was saling tours and boats rides etc most resorts set up tours so you dont need to talk to anyone at the airport and possiblly get ripped off You Do Not Need To Stop just walk by them into the airport and make a right turn thur the glass doors and go outside to shuttle area if you not sure ask just say where is shuttle area only dont let them fool you shuttle ride i booked was safe and clean and driver was professional took me directly to my place I was staying at Pueblo Bonito which is about 35 minutes from airport 43 dollars one way

Fairly easy to find. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We were on our way very quickly. The car was cool and comfortable.

Before my trip began I was contacted by Veronika to ensure I had the necessary details to ensure a seamless transition from baggage claim to the shuttle pick up. A map and instructions were provided and that alone was worth 5 stars as there are numerous taxi drivers and timeshare people you have to pass to exit. Veronika also provided me with various options of available excursions and experiences; it was great not having to look them up. Additionally, the price of those activities were very affordable for what they were. My only negative is that I waited for almost 30 minutes while the coordinator outside the airport waited for more passengers before having the shuttle come, it was a little dampening to the start of my trip. Overall, I was happy with the round-trip service.

Just be aware when you land In Cabo it’s obviously typically very warm. We waited almost 40 minutes for the ride to get there. We were lucky because it’s a Shared shuttle and we were the first to be dropped off about a half an hour away but had there been multiple others it could’ve been an hour and a half drive for 15 miles. An Uber would’ve cost less and been much quicker.

Airport Pick up was easy. Our driver was very friendly and made the ride to the hotel very nice.i alway use viator for our trips and have never been disappointed! Thank you for your great service

Absolute pros..pick up was seamless, communication flawless we did the round-trip and the price was by far the very best so I was somewhat skeptical but they exceeded our expectations from the moment we booked with clear and concise directions and it continued during arrival and thru departure 100% will use them on our next trip in January and would highly recommend

Transportation was quick speedy professional. I appreciate it their communication because I missed my first flight and they were there waiting when I got there on my next flight. I use them every time I travel out of the country.

Very easy to deal with Epic. Good price and they were there waiting for us. The drivers were very good. Communicated with Veronica and Pamela in the office and they sorted everything out. I would definately use Epic again.

Don’t use this service We waited 25 minutes in 95 degree heat and they had no coherent answer as to when we might leave I wasted $86 and took a taxi to the hotel for $75 What a scam And Viator is usually very reliable

Epic shared ride from airport to hotel requires a bit of a wait and some patience in dropping off the individuals sharing but is quite a bargain compared to to the private rides we usually book. The cost was about 30%! The vehicle was the same. Immaculate. The driver was very courteous and professional. I will do this again with Epic.

You can’t go wrong with this transport. They were right where they said they would be, right there when we exited the airport. Once we met coordinator, we are on our shuttle within 10 minutes. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect way to get to your hotel.

Good experience. Had to wait about an half hour upon arrival but driver was excellent. Departure trip was about 15 minutes late. Driver not as friendly.

Terrible service. Was surprised by my arrival at the airport and had to scramble to get me a ride. Long wait. Confirmed my return to the airport 3 times and driver still did not show. Spent $90 on an Uber to make my flight. Worst car service I have used used. Be smart and look elsewhere; there are plenty of other car services for the airport

I'd like to recommend the shared shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We were given very detailed information as to what to do when we arrived and where to go and wait for our shuttle. I had no problems following the information which made things go very smoothly. We only had to wait for about 10 minutes and our shuttle to come and pick us up. There was one more couple with us since we chose the shared shuttle. The vehicle was clean and the air conditioning was very welcomed.
