Cabo San Lucas Glass-bottom Boat Tour To The Famous Arch

Amazing experience! Did the upgrade to a private boat for a better experience! Captain Mike was great with sharing history and knowledge of the marina !

Perfect little day cruise to go see the Arch. We got so many great pictures from this tour. Chino made for a relaxing ride to the marina. He was funny and very high energy. We were all singing on the bus. He provided a very fun vibe. The actual boat ride to the Arch was also a calm and relaxing vibe. The Captain explained everything we were seeing. Overall a great trip and worth the small amount we paid to go.

Sirgio and Rane did an amazing job picking us up from the hotel and showing us around the cape! They also allowed us to stop along the beach to swim and snorkel after the tour was over. Would recommend to anyone interested in the area!

The tour is informative and they have a professional photographer which is a nice plus. The "glass bottom" is only two 2'x3' windows in the floor, you will see more from looking over the boat than the windows so they're not really a benefit. The boat is small and they pack you in so unfortunately the pictures end up showing parts of the boat you don't expect. I'll admit, our group was jealous of the "all glass/clear boats" that passed us. If pics are important to you, book those boats. If not, this is a great option. Also, you don't really get close to the arch. So the arch seems "far off" and small in your pics.

Adam was our driver and he was amazing he was so kind and thoughtful as well as knew all the history of the places we went to.

Great tour experience with Rancho Tours. Booked short cruise to the Cabo San Lucas Arch. Rancho provided roundtrip transfers from hotel as well. Chino and Martine were on time and very friendly. Our boat captain was Benji, who was very good and prioritized safety of guests of all ages. Rancho representative at the marina was Ernesto who was full of class and greeted customers in a professional manner. We wanted to get dropped off the boat at the beach after tour on the way back and Benji would have accommodated but said the seas were a bit rough due to high tide and not very safe. He was right on. He suggested that we take a 10 min stroll to a beautiful beach at Medano after docking. Much better than being dropped off at near Arch at high tide. Highly recommend Rancho. Also they are affiliated with a restaurant close by air conditioning where you can sit until your return shuttle arrived. I highly recommend Rancho Tours.

Poor customer service, misleading, and condescending. Not clear communication. Sent to a different area not mentioned in the brochure. False advertisement. They said the consumer made the mistake while not taking ownership of the misdirection and miscommunication. The attitude was very poor and not even closely acknowledging anything. Spoke to the manager on duty in which this company, Rancho Tours is on the Pueblo property.

Sergio was very professional and gave us an excellent tour of Cabo San Lucas. He gave us recommendations where to eat.

Driver was very considerate. Took us to air conditioned places to wait. Delivered us to boarding after a great tour of the cities special places. Commentary in English and Spanish that was understandable to bilingual people or mono lingual. Supplied water and reminded us frequently of its availability. Let us know when some shops were expensive others were more reasonably priced.

The ride there and back was very pleasant with Chino the driver. Once we got on the boat for the tour, they seem to pack us tight! I did not have enough room to turn around left or right to see what the guide was talking about to my back. I think they should make sure that they give a customer enough room for all passengers to enjoy the tour and witness what the guide is pointing out.

Rancho tours was great. Took us from our hotel to Cabo San Lucas for a pontoon boat ride to the arch… The bus was great. Sergio was awesome. Would recommend to anybody with family or couples.

We have the best time. Celestino (Chino) was really great, always on time for pick, and made us feel like family. He made us feel so at ease and comfortable the entire time. The boat Captain Miguel Angel was great also very skilled mariner. I would highly recommend Rancho Tours becuase of people like Chino and Miguel.

Sergio led a great tour! Rene was a knowledgeable and careful captain on the seas! Worth the price! Too bad we weren’t prepared to stay on the beach for an hour but I will definitely again and bring my swimsuit to snorkel.
