Excellent service from pati, ever and Nelson
Pablo and crew were excellent. Staff underwater photographer for our group was an added touch of brilliance. Very good value. Rate
Having dove Cano and many other areas around the world we are accustomed to great service when diving. This crew stood out as exceptional. They are friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond accommodating for my wife and I. We are very appreciative and will happily use their services again. What a great crew working together to be something other than individuals working side by side. Together they are better. Well done
Captains Joe and Jesus know how to rock the boat and Arturo captures all the great moments!
Friendly, efficient, well organized. We had booked a 2 tank dive for two on the 25th April. We were picked up at the pier and after checking dive certificates we went directly to the dive boat. The gear was already set up for us, and they gave us the correct sizes of wet suits and fins after just looking at us. Paperwork was filled out on the dive boat. The dive guides were very attentive. There was some current, and due to recent stormy weather the visibility was only about 6 meters, temp 21 C. Although the crew didn't say it directly, it was obvious that the day's dive sites were chosen sensibly, with safety being top priority. An extra guide was in the water with our group on the first dive. It appeared to me that the guides quickly judged the skill levels and air consumption of all participants, and adjusted the dive route and profile accordingly, making it a pleasant experience for all involved. I had a leaky octopus, but they had brought spares, so the problem was fixed. Wet suits - 5 mm were quite new and comfortable, and the gear appeared well maintained. The boat had a covered deck, a toilet, a dry area and enough space to move around. Lots of burfish/puffers, hogfish, a guitar ray, one whitetip reef shark, king angelfish, chanchos, snappers, stingrays, and a spotted eagle ray. Very enjoyable. In the surface interval we sailed past the famous arch for photos. The crew was very obviously experienced and knew what they were doing. I recommend them highly.
My recommendation to this scuba diving outfit in Cabo San Lucas. Highly personalized attention from numerous divemasters onboard leading groups of 3 to 4 divers on two dives at 40’ and 65’ depth. Great visuals with a variety of sealife present on the sandy bottom with living reefs and underwater stone formations harboring coral and sealife. Thanks to the dive crew of Pablo, Ebber, Pati and Arthur the photographer. Easy dive, lots of fun!
Following my own 2-tank dive, I was able to speak to the manager, Armando, about setting up my wife's referral Open Water certification and he hooked me up! Rate was great and he allowed me to ride along for free to support my wife who was anxious to do this and it convinced her to do it! First off, I was already impressed with his dive crew, Brandon, Pablo, Ever, Patricia, and the Captain from my own dives. We spent the next 2 beautiful days with all of them at Pelican Rock and Land's End with Ever and Brandon supporting my wife's certification dives. Then they let me join her for her graduation dive which was perfect and she loved that - and still talking about it!! The boat always had the right number of divers, never crowded. We couldn't have asked for a better crew and organization to have spent the 3 days with. Thank you!
Brandon and the whole crew were awesome! I highly recommend them!
I use Cabo Adventures all the time for my dive trips in Mexico. The staff Armando, Victor, Patty, and Pablo are absolutely amazing and make the diving so fun! Safty is a priority with fun as a close 2nd. The boat is top notch and makes for a easy entry and exit. Im already booked for me next trip!
Came here to get certified along with a couple of friends. Great experience, our guide Pablo was very informative, and overall just a great person to hang out with.
Raul’s Angelo and Becky are amazing. There the best 10 out of 10 would recommend! They were amazing bar tenders, along with great Host and deck hands!
Todo Santos tour with George was amazing! He explained a lot and made sure we were all together 🙂 The dolphin signature swim with Tanya and the dolphin Mira was amazing too. The dream team! 😀
Our dive master Arturo was super kind and was super informative trying to prepare me for my first drive which is highly appreciated and I would give him alone a solid 10/10. If you are someone who never scuba dived before or even not to fond of snorkeling I would not recommend. We stayed at Pueblo bonito Pacifica so we purchased the excursion thru the hotel paid for 3 separate excursions thru the hotel. If I’m not mistaken the scuba is $130 USD per person. When arriving you pay an extra $100 for a docking fee, transportation and another fee (I couldn’t understand what she said) after dealing with Arturo you have to pass to tests (this is a beginner dive) I did not pass the goggle clearance and was unable to dive and was still charged the total $380 USD for two people to not even dive. Lowkey you know Cabo adventures is a scam but they’re safe. I wish there was better options or more options at least. I do not even enjoy snorkeling and this did not work out well for me. And wasted hundreds of dollars
There were only 2 of us diving the day I went so everything was very personalized. The DM sent the other person up with the photographer and we stayed down longer since I had so much air left so that was awesome. The dive that went around the top of Baja from Sea of Cortez to Pacific was very unique as you could see and feel the difference between the two. Equipment worked perfectly and had integrated weights in BCD which is a plus.
The tour to lands end and the arch! Our tour guide, Tito, was fantastic and very personable. It was a little chilly, make sure to bring a light jacket as they suggest.
The best company and divers. They take you in the best way possible to get certified as a diver. This is the second time I've done activities with them, and I'll be back. Pablo, Brandon and Victor the best instructors.
The staff takes great care of you, they are highly educated at what they do and help make the experience unforgettable!!
We hadn’t been diving in 10 years but a quick update and we were off exploring with our fabulous dive team, Victor and company. We were a bit rusty but in good hands. Would happily recommend this crew for a memorable dive!
Most amazing experience, dive masters took care of everything for us and we got to see all types of underwater life. Wonderful day in Los Cabos
Fantastic crew and amazing dives. The crew and dive masters were very professional and took care of everything. Highly recommend Cabo Adventures.
Amazing boat, boat crew and guide. Would 100% dive with this organization again. Saw lots of puffer fish, sharks (white tip, nurse and guitar) plus sting rays and lobster.
Awsome dive, with Pablo, Brandon y Paty. Saw lots of life and great structures. Great service and experience overall. Second d day of diving and booking more days with Cabo adventures
Brandon my Divemaster has a very good eye in spotting pelagic marine wildlife! Got very lucky today to spot hundreds of rays.. and many more!!
I am visiting Cabo San Lucas regularly. I have been taking several scuba dive tours with Cabo adventures. The staff is great. from the moment I received information from Armando, always clear on info, prices etc.. during the dive, the staff Captain Nelson, dive masters Paty, Brandon, Arturo, Josue, everybody very knowledgeable, you can tell they are very experienced, but also enjoy their job very much. I go every couple of weeks and every time it is a great experience.
We did this dive 3 different days and all were fantastic dives. They have a large well-maintained boat and the dive sites are a short ride from the marina. Very safe operator - they checked all of our equipment and provided a guide and safety diver for all of our dives. We saw an abundance of sea life and had a great time. They have a very smooth-running operation and are experts on the sites and the area conditions, all of which provide a safe and fun experience. They were able to provide transportation to and from our hotel as part of the package, which made the whole experience totally frictionless. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend!!!! My fault to be left since I was late. But they managed to squeeze me in with another tour schedule. How wonderful. I truly appreciate it. It was clear waters, so many sea life. Truly wonderful staff and experience!!!
Not long ago I gave a great review for the Cabo inn hotels restaurant. Still here in Cabo I San Lucas. Some very good family friends took me to the above place where the locals eat very few gringos go. No wonder being able to cook I tasted these rock scrimp balls that was accompanied by a crab sauce. I will drive over an hour to Dayton these again on Thursday
As a PADI Pro Instructor I had booked this excursion via a cruise ship tour and was a little apprehensive at first based on previous experiences, however after we did our first weight check I knew I had a great crew with us . Our guide Brandon was spot on with air consumption and clearly demonstrated the relaxed attitude we professional divers want to have, we where the first in and last out with Brandon and we where able to have some extra experiences underwater without the stress of ending the dive early. MSDT Armando conducted his briefings in a thorough manner and ensured that all divers regardless of their education had a safe and enjoyable experience. I want to thank the crew and I am looking forwarding to diving with them again.
For a quick “off the cruise-ship” dive operation I was impressed with the operation. Plenty of dive staff to divers ratio and they made sure the more experienced divers were paired appropriately with a guide to be able to enjoy their bottom time while making sure the divers that need more attention had it. Luck of the draw but my buddy and I got some cool encounters with rays (soo may in 2 dives) so I was also pleasantly surprised since I was not expecting to see much given I’ve done a quick cruise ship dive excursion at this port before. Thank you to MSDT Armando and our guide Brandon for giving us such a pleasant morning in Coba.
The best dive boat there is to offer in Cabo. We saw a lot of other boats at the dive site and this was the largest. It was spacious. Great dive master to river ratio (1:2) and staff was excellent. Dive’s were wonderful as well!
Cap: Wilbert Crew: jhonny, faoan Guode: Jorge It was the best experience ever food was better than resort and the snorkel shots plus views were the best 👌 🥰 definitely booking again with them.
I scuba dive with this company and they are great. The price is reasonable and they will pick me up at my resort. Our last dive was unsuccessful due to visibility but when we returned to the shop we were given a voucher for tow dives good for one year. Very generous
I want to start with, I have 47 years diving experience and I am an instructor. The dive is sub-par and expensive. The staff gave my granddaughter a difficult time because she had a temporary certification card because she had not received her actual card. Another client had a similar experience. I would suggest a different operation.
Love the crew! The team is amazing at making you feel comfortable and safe while diving in some of the most beautiful spots! We explored so much and too much marine life to list. Love that our guide took the time to point out some of the creatures that often hide! The current at Land’s end added a challenging adventure with a huge payoff in getting to see both a shark and an octopus on top of all the Rays , puffers, and so many others! Look forward to my next visit!
For Scuba Cabo Adventures appears to be a significant step above all the other scuba operators--the boats are nicer, newer, bigger and the guidess are excellent! Their facility is excellent and huge. Their transportation to and from our new vehicles are very clean with great drivers. Check in and waiting areas are also top notch. There are a lot of tour operators, but this one is just nicer in every way. Very highly recommended.
Great crew and an amazing dive master Camilla. She was simply fantastic. The whole team took care of us, preparing our gear and making sure we had a very pleasant experience. Making it easy to get ready on the boat. The only point to note is that it is a busy dive boat with a lot of groups. This is more commercial than other smaller dive tours. But to be fair, it was managed very well. Overall, a company I would recommend.
I’m always a little dubious when a company seems to take on too many trips, but this was totally unsupported as the dives were great. Whilst there’s not that much to really see down there, the crew is fantastic, the boat is spacious and everything is catered for.
I’ve been diving over 30 years and all over the globe and most of the guided tours of this style are usually a bunch of “dude” dive masters who can’t get it over with fast enough. This was not the case here. Everyone on the boat was there to make sure the divers had a good time. Laughing joking adjusting equipment, even making sure the anti-fog in my mask was fresh each dive. All I had to do was slide on my BCD and fins and jump in the water. The sea life was better than anywhere else I’ve dove on this coast and even a small wreck with ray sharks living inside. If you want concierge diving, I highly recommend you give them a try especially if you have a lesser experienced diver with you. I’ll bring my teenage daughter next time.
Great experience. Very knowledgeable guides. Excellent service and equipment. Informative pre-dive reviews. Only 5 minute boat ride. This is a very good option for the diver who wants a well thought out 2 dive adventure at arches and Lands End to get a feel for Cabo.
This was the worst diving experience of my life. First off, the customer service at the check-in desk was terrible. They wouldn't charge the equipment rental fee to a different card from the one I used to pay for the tour so I had to pay for the entire trip again they said they would refund my original charge but I still haven't gotten a refund. The manager who came to talk to us was incredibly rude and obviously didn't care about our experience at all. Then while we were filling out paperwork, the dive instructors kept telling us how cold the water was and that we should have brought hoods. If the water is that cold (and it was) hoods should be part of the $40 per person equipment fee. The worst part was that their equipment was faulty and they didn't do anything about it. I told the dive guide that my BC was leaking air and inflating on its own before we got in the water. They jiggled something and said it was fine. Once we jumped in, 3 out of the 4 divers (myself included) complained about the same thing. The dive guide looked at 1 BC and said we were good to go. She completely ignored me. I spent the entire dive fighting my leaking BC to maintain buoyancy. Any diver knows this is a big deal and can be very dangerous. On top of that, the water was freezing (69 degrees) and hoods weren't provided. Plus the visibility was terrible (maybe 10 feet). This company doesn't care about the customer experience at all. If they did, they wouldn't be operating dive tours during this time of year (February). Lastly, they charge for transportation but they fail to tell you that it's a once-an-hour shuttle. So after your dive, you may have to wait around for up to an hour to be taken back to your hotel, along with all of the other people from other tours, so you may have to make a lot of stops before getting back to your hotel. Do not book a tour with this company. All they care about is getting your money - they don't focus on the customer experience at all.
I think the best thing about this place is that it’s such a big operation that you can book everything under one roof. This was the place my hotel sent me to. It seems like a big operation… a couple of things I didn’t like… the driver they had hired to drive me 3 min from the Waldorf to their meeting place straight out said “thank you for tipping” in the car… I mean… tipping is a given. But, when I had handed him $2 and said I didn’t have any change… he told me to get change at the register and waited for me to give him a bigger tip… I mean.. he was a nice guy so I gave him $5. Should I have given him a $20?! Who knows… it was literally a 2-3 min drive. I usually take a day to dive on my own as my partner doesn’t dive and is a horrible early riser.. so as I was getting ready for the diving part… the dive instructors were like flirting with me… which made me a littttleee uncomfortable. Nevertheless, they kept me safe and the dive with Patti was enjoyable. They had their own photographer taking pics, but I wish they just had a go pro for me to rent. I also just wish they didn’t have a dolphin prisons.
Amazing organized company! Highly recommend for anything you want to do with them. However I’m completely against dolphins in captivity. Free the dolphins! They get sunburned and closed eyes bc of chlorine in pool. Otherwise the diving team and photographer is amazing! And yes you have to pay for your photos…. Duh…. That’s his livelihood.
Wonderful dive with Silvia, a great dive guide. Perfect service, good equipment. A wonderful experience. Easy check in. I can fully recommend it👍
I booked an excursion with the Cabo adventures group for a two-tank certified scuba dive. This was my first ocean dive after my certification, so this was my 2nd dive, with my first being in a rock quarry. The Cabo Team made me feel comfortable and confident in my certification training. Sylvia the dive guide was great and knowledgeable about the wildlife. We went over the dive plan and all of the potential marine life we might see. The group was able to swim with the sea lions and we saw stone fish, moray eels, turtles, and other fish. I would highly recommend this dive trip for any diver going to Cabo.
I have dove with this group and they are wonderful they come to the sunset and pick me up a huge bonus This trip was fabulous with lots of sea lions cavorting in the water
This review is for Sylvia who was our scuba guide and instructor. I started with the refresher course because it’s been a while since I dived and Sylvia was just awesome, very patient in explaining all the safety details and the science behind things and super knowledgeable in general. The dive itself was amazing, she took us to the sea lion colony and the meeting of sea of Cortes and the Pacific - that was pretty intense because of the strong currents but she prepped us properly to hold on the sea floor so we had a great time. Overall highly recommend Cabo Adventures and Sylvia as your guide!
My fiance and I are freshly certified divers. This was our first open water dive. Highly recommend it! Sylvia, Arturo and Brandon were amazing guides. They outlined everything to expect very clearly, were always so attentive and calm with us. They set us right at ease! This was really important to us as we were a bit nervous. The scenery was just mind blowing and the two dives were absolutely stunning! The Sand Falls, swimming over the San Andreas Fault and all of the marine life. We really appreciated the pictures and videos that captured our memories for a lifetime! We got the full package! Just amazing and our highlight of the trip!
Great 2 tank dive with Dive Master Sylvia! Not an overcrowded boat or group. She was very knowledgeable and super nice. Definitely got our money's worth!
I signed up for their dive trip but the weather was pretty bad and they emailed us to say the dive had to be cancelled. I fully agree with their decision. So why the 5 star review? Because they gave us a full refund without any hassle. If you read reviews of other tour companies, you'll find that many will make it almost impossible to get a refund under similar circumstances. Cabo Adventures is a no nonsense place that knows "good business"
