Cabo San Lucas Arch Private Boat Tour

We met Raùl at the gate as expected and he was very nice and gave us interesting facts about the sights. He was a very professional boat driver and drove round trip safely. Over all a good experience!

We had an amazing time on our private glass bottom boat tour offered by El Jefe. Our captain was so friendly and professional and made sure we got all the best vantages for taking photos and appreciating the spectacular scenery, including top sights like El Arco (the Arch), Playa del Amor (Lover's Beach), Playa del Divorcio (Divorce Beach), Pelican Rock, plus the many fish we could observe swimming underneath us. Its incredible how much we saw in just an hour out on the water. It was a perfect way to start off our Cabo San Lucas vacation and highly recommend.

The boat and crew was easy to find and they were very friendly. They offered to take our pictures and gave us cold beers and water.

This was one of the best excursions I have ever done. Raul was amazing and insured that we had a great time!

Eduardo was a great guide. We saw beautiful views, sea lions, and different fish. It was a great relaxing experience.

The tour guide is flexible to altering the itinerary. We added snorkeling to our experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

Eduardo was so great! The tour was equal parts fun, informative, and beautiful. He takes small groups which makes it very personal and chill. I would definitely go again! He also shows you some famous filming locations like the caves from pirates of the Caribbean!

Raul was so kind and so funny! It was just an hour long which was perfect for my elderly grandma and to see everything we wanted to see. We were able to take amazing pictures We had a beautiful day and I would recommend El Jejfe charter and our guide, Raul to anyone.

We just traveled to the arch on an intimate glass bottom boat ride with El jefe. Guide Jonathan and Captain Raul were perfect. The experience is intimate and we got closer to the attractions than any other boat out there, they were thoughtful and informative showing us all the key highlights the whole way. Choose this one for sure!

The information about the tour was accurate. We appreciated knowing there was a toilet on board. Capt. Raul was energetic, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. The trip was the highlight of our day.

Our tour was canceled due to high waves and we were never notified. We left the beach and dragged the entire family to the tour (2 kids and a baby) just to find a closed dock and no notification that the tour was cancelled. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star is because they finally reached out and apologized and tried to reschedule but it wasn't an experience we wanted to repeat the next day.

Captain Nieve was great, made the trip enjoyable, explained the history at each one of the stops and set us up at spots for good pictures

It was pretty easy to find the pier per the instructions provided. We arrived at our scheduled time but were not greeted by anyone from the company named on our reservation after waiting for about 10 minutes. We were escorted to a neighboring pier by a gentleman who claimed to work under the same company but wore a different shirt. They accepted our reservation which was paid for ahead of time, but tried to push back our time by an hour and have us share the tour we had booked as private. The boat driver agreed to the time and private tour, but no refreshments were available as listed in the description when we booked. The tour itself was okay; he pointed out each rock formation. The only saving grace of this trip was spotting a family of humpback whales, which the driver followed for a while. He was also nice enough to drop us back at the tender terminal, so we didn't have to walk back around the marina. Overall it was not at all we were expecting, and it made us feel like we were being scammed. Our kids enjoyed the glass bottom and the whales. I can't say that I would recommend it due to not meeting what was promised in the booking details.

We did a private tour that included a tour of the arch and a trip to see whales. They made sure we saw whales today! It was an amazing experience and the captain and crew were just as amazing!! They told us so much of the history of Cabo, showed us lots of landmarks, etc. We even saw string rays and a sea turtle while looking for whales which made it even better! We will definitely book with them again if we ever come back to Cabo. Rafael and Captain Snow are top notch!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

We had Capt. Raul do our tour. We signed up for a group boat tour but ended up being just my hubbie and I. Overall we had a great trip we toured all the rocks and beaches around the arch and the captain kept us entertained with epic dad jokes LOL. Overall great service and sense of humor! Highly recommend!

Thank you Raul for being honest and taking me and my wife out after I got scammed by another company which I will not name. Initially it was going to be $20 but we wanted to see a lot more than just the arch he took us all around and this beautiful class bottom boat for less then $50 and we tipped him good.

El Jefe tours in Cabo is a very reliable and honest company. Raul is one of the best captian. Very friendly and helpful. He speaks English and has a lot of knowledge of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific. We had some real fun time at the Arch and Whale watching.

El capitán siempre estuvo atento en todo el recorrido, hasta nos mostró como conducir la lancha, buena atención.

El tour es verdaderamente increíble y estar frente al arco es muy impresionante, ya que presenciar el hecho de estar en donde termina el mar de cortes e inicia el pacifico es una experiencia única e inigualable. puedes ver lobos marinos, distintas formaciones rocosas, una enorme variedad de peces y mantarrayas a través del fondo de la embarcación y la única isla que cuenta de un lado con el mar de cortes y del otro con las aguas del pacifico, lo cual es muy interesante. Y con una gran tripulación que complementan el recorrido de una manera muy agradable y amena y por ello felicitamos a Jair y Raúl por sus servicios de calidad con calidez en todo momento. Una experiencia que no puedes dejar de realizar en tu visita a los Cabos!
