While it’s a very pretty short boat ride to the beach in the beach was lovely you are flung off the boat, which is questionable for safety and once you get to the beach, you’re harassed to buy drinks food and umbrellas. Would not have done this trip have I known

Itinerary
The Cabo San Lucas Arch is a rock formation, specifically a natural arch, in Cabo San Lucas, which is the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. Many maintain that it looks like a triceratops drinking water. The arc separates the Gulf of California from the Pacific Ocean1. It is also known as the “End of the Earth” and is the most popular tourist attraction in Los Cabos.
The Sea of Cortez is a natural treasure that is home to an impressive variety of marine life and spectacular landscapes. Exploring its waters is an unforgettable experience!
Playa del Amor in Cabo San Lucas is a beautiful and iconic beach located a short distance by sea from the center of Cabo San Lucas. It is known for its unique location, where the waters of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet.
Playa El Médano in Cabo San Lucas is one of the most famous and lively beaches in the area.

The trip felt very safe & was really fun. Lover’s beach was great
Awesome day! Perfect addition to our time in Cabo
perfect trip thanks a lot. So nice
Ivan, Roger, Max are all wonderful! I booked the day of the tour and it was great! I highly recommend this tour. Great pics and fun!
Don't waste time on a ticket. We had to pay for water shuttle that agree to take us but did not. Same experience at dock $25 a person plus taxi and beach!
Excellent! We had a great time!
Staff members were welcoming. They kept making jokes throughout the tour and gave plenty of time for pictures. We had an amazing time at the beach. Workers there (separate from the tour guides) are a little pushy and demand tips so learn how to say no.
It was a really fun trip. We. Didn't get off at the beach as it was to hard for some of us with bad knees and the older ladies in the crowd
The employees were great, all really nice! The first problem was that the beach we aigned up to was closed and had been for 4 days prior but the company didnt tell us that when booking. Second, the boat we were on did break down for a minute but the captain fixed it very quickly. Lastly, they sent a different boat to pick us up after our hour on the beach but we missed that one (bevlcause we were unaware a different boat would be picking us up) and so we had to wait until the same new boat came back an hour later and we heard them call our original boats name. Bit if a mess, most tour companies in the area seem to have the same kind of chaotic problems. Was still a great time.
We need to cancel and credit back the first reservation in Cabo from George for the boat tour. They confirmed they would be crediting. Told me to call this number 17026485873 but I do not have service. Only one charge should be placed thanks.
Nice boat tour… went through the gulf of Cortez and were told of the history of the area. Unfortunately, the water was very rough that day so we could not snorkel or get on the beach
Rough water delay for 2 hours, but able to do the activity later. Great, courteous services. Additional fees for the umbrella at the beach, $30.
Snorkeling experience was fabulous. Getting on and off the boat at the beach was a challenge. The cost was appropriate for the experience. Be warned that there are additional costs to get into the marine dock, 20 pesos and additional costs on the beach. 100 pesos per life jacket and 200 pesos for an umbrella and "security". We got let off at Pelican Rick and the Snorkeling was well worth the cost.
I really enjoyed this tour and wish it had been a little longer. A few of the guide’s explanations about the local spots were hard to hear over the loud music. Our beach time was cut to an hour instead of two, but that was fine since it was quite warm. Lover’s Beach was closed, so we had the chance to visit a different beach instead. The photographer knew the area and its backgrounds well, and the pictures turned out great.
It was great for the price! Boat is in good condition, captain and tour guide as super nice. Depending on the time of the year, the waves at the beaches can be strong but the captain helped us choose the beach that was the safest. Beautiful ride
I actually need someone to contact me as soon as possible at 562-777-6060… I have tried to sign in and it won’t allow me to… This store is no way handicap accessible. I am hurt. I am bruised these men on these or horrible and they made fun of me. I have pictures of my bruised up arms and legs and witnesses… i’m 71 years old woman and they threw me around like a ragdoll to get back on that boat from the beach no ladder
Hard to debark and bark again. The boat does not have an access ladder. The waves were big and aggressive. It was kind of dangerous.
The trip was cut short I believe to choppier than normal waters. So no snorkeling. The online booking portion kept pushing ann incorrect launch time so that is my only complaint. Crew was very nice and we had scored amazing photos.
This boat tour was incredible! The guides on the boat gave us much knowledge of the sights we visited and got to get some very nice pictures from the photographer on the tour! We chose to spend and hour at Lover’s beach, one that you can only get to by boat. It’s was a fun and beautiful tour!
had a great time over all, however they did not take us to the lovers beach or the divorce beach as advertised. they claimed the waves weren't calm when all other tour operators took there tourists to both beaches. Gregory tour operators took us to a very close to the shore beach and the vendors there was pushing to sell food drinks and rent umbrella. little sketchy! be cautious!
It was advertised as “Glass bottom boat” but was not. Tour wasn’t even close to 3 hours long. We did get to exit the boat and go on the beach for a bit but that was a very UNPLEASANT experience… some “locals” (two) helped us off the boat (not needed) and then demanded payment by holding out their hats. Had to give them nearly 600 pesos for that (nearly $35). The views were cool but the forced payment made the whole experience very bad imo
This was a wonderful tours’! The guy captured wonderful pictures for me. It was a great experience and highly recommend it!
Interesting experience, great people. We saw all these beautiful places, and then the captain delivered us to Lover's Beach ⛱️. We spent 2 hours there, and came back
I was very upset. I made it to the address provided at 10:45 am. Meet up time was 11 o’clock. I waited until 1115 and nobody ever showed so basically I paid for nothing. The picture is of me standing at the address that was provided for the meet up.
Ontime departure. Drop off at the beach as requested and pick up flexibility. The host and instructions were very good.
A very good shore excursion in Cabo. Not strenuous but able to see the highlights. We all enjoyed this tour. Best price.
Left us. Never got to go. Also didn’t offer a refund after they left us. We were trying to contact them and they never answered
Poorly organized. No place to wait, no chairs while we waited in the sun for the delayed start. No real help to get on or off boat - their boats the only ones without a ladder. Came 30 mins late to pick up from beach. Not recommended.
The tour started about 10 minutes late, but we were welcomed well, and the wait wasn’t too long. The tour itself was more about pointing out places and spots rather than actually stopping at them. When we got to the famous arch, taking photos felt very rushed. The tour guide also prioritized taking photos with his own camera and simply asked the other tourists to take our photos. When we asked if he could take our photos, he said no and insisted that we ask the other tourists instead. We later found out that he was selling the photos taken with his camera for $20 per photo, which made the situation even more frustrating. We stayed at Lover’s Beach for about two hours. It’s a nice beach, but it didn’t feel very safe to swim there because the current was extremely strong. We actually saw two people almost drown and had to ask the locals for help. Getting on and off the boat also did not feel very safe. They don’t put the anchor down, so the locals at the beach have to hold the boats in place while passengers quickly climb on and off. On top of that, the locals pressured us to tip them. They asked for $20 when we got off the boat and another $20 when we got back on. That was more than what we paid for the entire tour. Overall, the experience was very chaotic and stressful. Most of us on the boat agreed that we would never go back to Cabo San Lucas. The only smooth part of the experience was the check-in process.
Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled without any prior notification, which resulted in a very disappointing experience. We had already spent approximately $200 on transportation for our party of 13, as the port was a 30-minute trip from our hotel. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we received a message from Viator telling us to get ready for our trip, so we had no reason to believe it had been cancelled. We also tried calling on the day of the excursion to confirm everything was still scheduled, but were unable to reach anyone. Had we received proper notice, we could have avoided the unnecessary transportation expense and inconvenience. The lack of communication and customer support was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking with them.
We enjoyed this excursion. We took an uber from the resort to the marina. The boat ride out to see the various stops was a little bumpy at times, but it is worth it. We were able up see marine life including sea lion which I accidentally caught while taking photos. El Archo did not disappoint. We were able to spend time at a beach. The waves are not for the weak lol. They will hit you hard even if you are just sitting on the sand on the beach.
What they don't tell you is that they will have their own photographer and sell you their photos for an arm and a leg. And once you reach the beach, locals will rush to your aide and help you get off the boat and ask for tip, and another when you get off the island. Our boar doesn't have a ladder, they said it was broken, Im not sure for how long or was it always like that. The waves was too strong to get on and off the boat. It wasn't easy and i got a scratch on my knee climbing up and the audacity for asking for tip!
Great staff and amazing views. We got off the ship early and was able to get on an earlier time. They were very accommodating!
I had questions to the operator before the tour but never responded.
This excursion was a blast. Our guide Marcel and captain Pablo were outstanding. They took us out to see the arch, while pointing out some of the historical landmarks on the way. Afterwards, they dropped us off at Lovers Beach to let us swim. I was a little nervous when they promised to be back in one hour to pick us up but sure enough they were. It was such a fun time and worth the money.
Great experience with beautiful views and knowledgeable guide
Overall great experience. They accommodate all age groups. You can tour the Arch and also go to your choice of beach.
Saúl was a great guide for our boat ride to the arch and Lover’s Beach. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the helpful captain and sailor.
Definitely a scam. Do not recommend. They dont provide anything for snorkeling or life jackets for anyone who can't swim. And the tour only lasted an hour, if that, if you are unable swim. The description doesn't match the experience in anyway. Definitely a skip.
Excellent value for the price.
Great fun time on this tour! We had a nice time!
It was an amazing experience ! Tour guide and photographer Saul were great and super helpful ! Thanks and would highly recommend them !
Such a good time! Friendly staff and a relaxed time! Thanks
For some reason the tour was cancelled with no notice and no explainatio when will I receive my refund?!
The tour itself was fine. The real problem was when we were dropped off at the beach and an even bigger problem was when we were picked up. To say it was dangerous is an understatement. When we were dropped off the water was at least waist deep and we were rushed off the boat which was chaotic when the waves are rocking the boat so hard and everyone is being rushed off the boat. Not to mention that you're told to take your shoes off and leave all personal belongings behind, which will then be thrown at you once you're off the boat and struggling against the waves trying to reach shore. Getting on the boat was an ordeal I never wish to experience ever again. The boat wouldn't get too close to the beach so we were at least chest deep trying to reach it. People were getting hurt left and right. I witnessed an elderly woman falling inside the boat. The crew members were rushing us to get in as if we were willingly taking our time to climb in. There has to be a better way of getting people to and from the beach. The amount of bruises that we were left with trying to get on the boat are ridiculous.
We had a great experience. David, our guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining. He did a great job, pointing out landmarks and making sure we all got to see the fishes around the boat. We did not go to lovers beach due to choppy waves, we chose the second beach. It was a bit crowded but still very enjoyable. We were able to stay up to 2 hours, but as a group chose 1 hour was enough. And it was a great decision. There were vendors there selling drinks and fruit, although we brought our own. Would recommend bringing a blanket or towel if you don’t want to rent an umbrella there. Overall, a great experience, would recommend. The price is very fair for the experience.
This tour should have been cancelled & refunded due to the weather. A 3 hour tour was condensed to 45 minutes with zero explanation. We left with 9 passengers and returned with about 20 because the beach we were supposed to go to was only visited to pick up what we believe were locals. Perhaps they were dropped off earlier but the fact remains our beach time was denied because of weather. So we paid for a boat ride to see a rock arch & a pick up of other people. Maybe on a different day this tour would have been great. The tour was cheap enough but definitely did not deliver.
It's good experience My booking time is 11:00am But I take a boat is 13:00pm Because water condition is not good so delay. Boat is very good conditions
Highly recommend. Easy to find in the marina and very professional. Saul and Captain Pablo were great. Pablo drove the boat and Saul was a great guide. He took photos of each family that we could buy so bring money. It was too rough to get off at Lovers Beach but they offered another beach we could get off at or to snorkel at another beach. They come back to get you either 1 or 2 hours later. Got to see so many cool things. Great time.
