The trip was good, our tour driver Edgar was beyond helpful and very curtious . My only disappointment was the boat tour, it was just quick there and back, was hoping for a bit longer tour.

Gio and Emilio were excellent guides. They shared history and super helpful tips on how to navigate the area and great things to come back for. It was a fully comprehensive tour: we toured historic downtowns, visited a chocolate factory, watched a live glass blowing demonstration, sailed to the arch, ate at a local restaurant, did a tequila tasting, and it was all just one affordable price. Plus the souvenir and tequila shops gave us discounts. I’d definitely take another tour with them, especially if Gio is the driver.

Tello was very good at giving a history on everything we saw as well as help us with anything else we needed.

A delightful day with our tour guide Giovanni Domingo. He was enthusiastic, informative, friendly, and entertaining. His knowledge of the area was extensive and interesting. He was an excellent, safe driver. We learned a lot from our tours of the pearl factory, the glass blowing factory and the tequila tasting. The restaurant we went to for lunch was delicious. A day to remember!

Very enjoyable and informative. Giovanni provided a lot of information and history for the area in a thorough and professional manner. Pace was comfortable and we did not feel rushed. The small group size made it seem personal.

Giovanni Dominguez was an exceptional tour guide and driver. Our experience driving around Cabo San Jose and San Lucas was so much fun. The transportation was clean, comfortable, and the AC was icy cold. We made many stops throughout the cities, saw many local and cultural sites, had a boat ride to the arch and marina area. We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our tour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Giovanni Dominguez! Giovanni was incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire day. He did an excellent job showing us the different towns and making sure we had a chance to experience and learn about the local culture and history. We enjoyed learning about jewelry and how pearls are made, as well as the fascinating history of chocolate. The water taxi ride in Cabo San Lucas to see the famous Arch was another highlight and gave us some amazing views. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at Stop Light Restaurant and had a fun and informative tequila tasting. Everyone we encountered along the way was so nice, welcoming, and informative, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Giovanni really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had a great time, and got the most out of our day. Benito was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and a great guide for the experience. Separate item to note, the glass bottom tour was misleading in that the bottom was not all glass, only 2 rectangles. So, be sure to clarify when booking the excursion. Otherwise, it was a great time!

Our driver Angel was phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful. The tour covered pearl extraction mini presentation, visit to the chocolate factory, we visited the glass blowing factory, had some tequila tasting, did some shopping, and went on a boat ride to see the arch (breath taking views). Then we had lunch nearby (pay extra). The tour includes pick up and drop off, however the time listed on the tickets once purchased is for the start of the excursion and not the designated pick up time. There was some confusion and luckily we were able to drive and meet the group after the first scheduled event, otherwise we would have missed the entire day.

Pick up was on time. Tour guide/driver Roberto was very informative, patient and knowledgeable. We stayed at a resort not on the list of resorts on Viator but sent Esperanza a request for pickup which they willingly stopped. The tour of San José del Cabo was interesting. Visits to a few shops and time for shopping was adequate. Cabo San Lucas was nice- boat trip around the bay to see the arch from both sides was fun. The glass factory tour was a nice experience. Beautiful, affordable glass pieces were are made there and offered for sale. A variety of authentic food was offered for lunch at a local restaurant. Then onto tequila tasting to wrap up the tour. It was fun and time went very quickly. Definitely worthwhile!

Giovanni was our guide for this tour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Los Cabos has a very unique history. The Chocolate stop was our favorite. Gio also took us to lunch at a local restaurant. He suggested a few things on the menu and were delicious.

We wanted a cultural experience…we got it. From the time Giovanni picked us up until he dropped us off, there was never any down time. As we drove to each, destination, he was a wonderful tour guide telling us A LOT about the Mexican culture and heritage. On our stops in San Jose Cabo, we opened an oyster to find a pearl, purchased some gorgeous jewelry, tasted a variety of chocolates, said a prayer at the oldest church and walked around the art district where local artists display their talents. Next, we headed to Cabo San Lucas where we grabbed a refreshing mango margarita while walking around the marina to the boat. A shout out to Emilio and Melissa for making the boat ride to The Arch pure fun. These guys were great! Lunch in downtown was a flavorful plate of authentic Mexican - the guacamole was to die for. We spent some time in the shops buying local and finally ended our tour tasting tequilas. What a day!! Because we were in and out of the van so often, a cooler with cold water would have made our experience even better. Would recommend this tour along with the three people who made it memorable.

The guide at the boat (Victor) was really helpfull same as the captan (Emilio). Our guide (Gio) was GREAT! Fantastic guest service.

Greqt experience over all. The glass bottom was two small windows in the bottom of the boat and not a full glass or see through boat bottom. So be aware of this. I was not aware however the water was so clear we barely used the "glass windows" and just looked straight into the water so no big deal at all. Plus the glass boat we saw ppl on looked scary and they got wet. Lmboooooo. Our photos turned out great!

Loved the boat tour, and our tour guide Roberto was great. I gave 4 stars only because some of the stops were at tourist shops that weren't of much interest to me at least.
