As always, Canada Transfers was on time. Vehicles are clean and drivers are safe and friendly. We ordered 2 vehicles, but there was some confusion with one of our SUV's. The preordered soft drinks and beer were not available in one of the vehicles we reserved. Obviously not a big problem, but still disappointing. We have used Canada Transfers multiple times and this is the first time this has happened. One suggestion for improvement would be to add Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos to the list of hotels on the drop down list. Only Grand Velas Los Cabos is listed and on our airport return, one of the vehicles went to the regular GV and not the Boutique. Again, not a big issue, just an area for improvement. I will continue to use Canada Transfers when we travel to Los Cabos.

We used this service between the airport and resort when we arrived and departed. Arrival pick up was on time at the airport. However the driver drove really fast over the speed limit of 90km per hour (averaged 120-130 km per hour) and drove aggressively (following vehicles too close, changing lanes frequently to pass) to the resort. Both my children were afraid. Departure pick up was on time, however there was some confusion with which vehicle we were to get in. Once that was sorted, our driver was very professional and drove safely.

Canada Transfers has always been a very good option for reliable airport to hotel and back private transfer. Our vehicle was very clean and our driver was courteous and safe. Reasonable rates and easy to find at the airport.

I used Canada transfers for my transportation from airport to Breathless Cabo round trip. They are always on time and so professional. We walked outof the terminal and we're greeted with the Canada transfers employee with our name on a sign ready to take us to our private transfer. Our driver Manuel was professional and provided a comfortable safe experience. Pro tip - you can pre-order beer or champagne for the ride from the airport and they will have it iced down and ready for you. It's the perfect way to start the vacation. I prepay so I don't worry about money excpet for the tips. Thanks Canada Transfers!!!!

Used Canada Transfer for our vacation in Cabo. Manny, our driver, was awesome. However, the trip from the airport was poorly organized. First off, they kept telling me that my arrival flight number was wrong, even after I provided them with all the information I had. Then, when the vehicle arrived, it was not stocked with the beer and drinks I had pre-ordered and paid for. Manny was kind enough to stop on the way and buy us beer out of his own pocket, which we insisted that he didn't have to do. They did say they would refund the cost of the drinks, but as of now, nothing has been done. Had it not been for these issues, I would give them a 5 star. I will use them again and recommend them to friends

We had the absolute best experience with Canada Transfers, our drivers name was Tomas. He sent me a WhatsApp message upon arrival letting us know he was awaiting our arrival. Myself and my family have used Canada transfers numerous times in both Cabo and Cancun. We continue to use them for a reason. Our driver Tomás was amazing! Our flights changed and the company was super simple to work with to change accordingly. Needless to say there is a reason we use this company repeatedly. First rate experience is consistent. Paying the extra for a private car is not necessarily but well worth it if you are able to afford it.

We were very happy with the service that Canada Transfers provided for our private transfers from airport to hotel, hotel to hotel and hotel to airport. It was a very smooth service all around. I am sorry I cannot remember the drivers name from hotel to hotel but he was great too. Tomas was super friendly and was a very calm and peaceful driver. We were so happy we decided to book a private transfer on our vacation with Canada Transfers! We opted for the luxury option with sparling wine and it did not disappoint. We traveled to the Riu Santa Fe using this company for transfer. I had forgotten my phone in the back seat pocket and the transfer had already left upon discovering it lost. My friend from Canada reached out to them and the next morning my phone was returned to me by 10 am and credit cards all still intact. I can not say enough how grateful I was and the honesty and professionalism of this company and their staff. Manuel was the driver who recovered it and Tomas was the gentleman that delivered it back to the resort. Will use this company for all future travels.

Have used Canada Transfers multiple times in Cancun and am so happy to now have them in Cabo. If you have used them in Cancun expect the same impeccable level of service in Cabo. On arrival the host was waiting out front with a sign with our name on it. We were greeted very friendly and in our vehicle with-in 10 minutes (Nearly brand new Suburban). Again as with in Cancun vehicles are well kept modern and clean vehicles.

If you are looking for the same service as their operation in Cancun, look elsewhere. Our flight was on time into Cabo. We are very familiar with where to go to meet the Trans Greeters as we have been to Cabo six times prior. Simply put, we couldn't find our greeter. We had to ask five different greeters of other companies to find "Canada Transfers". The only reason we ended up finding him was another greeter introduced us. He didn't have the normal Canada Transfer uniform nor our name up on a clipboard (we hired a private SUV). He ended up finding our name under three pieces of paper and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Once we got into the SUV, the driver was great but neglected to have glasses to use for your pre paid Champagne, simply the bottle. ??? Once we returned to the states, we used the survey to relay our experience and have yet to have Canada Transfers attempt to reach out to us. We used this service in Cancun four times....no problems.

Raymond was the best! I wasn’t even booked to take a ride, but he saw I was lost and helped me even though I was lost he got me a ride. Safe and reliable, if you ever need to book a ride, go with him! I should have from that from the beginning. He really was a life saver; just a a good man with a big heart. Wish I could thank him more! Do yourself and get him to help you from the airport.

This was our second time using Canada Transfers. We used them in Cancun so we knew when we went to Cabo that it would be a reliable business to book with again. We had a great experience with both drivers, Tomás Miranda and Eduardo. Our drivers helped with our luggage, they were on time, there was a cold beer waiting for us and they were able to provide us with a baby car seat.
