The service was A1 from start to finish! We booked our pickup for 11:30, but our flight arrived early, and they accommodated us without any problem. Our driver was professional, courteous, and provided top-tier service. I highly recommend them!

I was nervous to book based on the reviews about other transportation companies charging additional fees once they picked you up , in cash . I asked multiple questions and they replied right away . I believe our driver’s name was Cesar , he was great . Very nice and informative . We got to our location very quick and without any issues . I HIGHLY recommend . And don’t forget to tip !
The trip was excellent, good AC, comfortable ride and good refreshments. But the absolute best thing was the activity and food places that the Cesar recommended. We followed through with some of those and they were the absolute hit! Thank you!
I was disappointed to find out that the $100 fee was for one way. Unfortunately, other companies I’ve used in Cabo was round trip for that same basic amount. Definitely would not have been worth $200!!

Very seamless experience (besides the staff in the airport trying to sell things and lying about how to access your transportation from the airport). The driver gave great recommendations for places to eat in town, they offered complimentary drinks, and the ride was smooth. The private car was well kept, clean, and the driver helps load your luggage. The only thing I wish this offered, is a round trip transportation option.

The driver was very attentive and patient dropping me off in Pedregal. My driver was very nice and the car was clean.
Our driver (Eddie) was great he was right where they said he would be holding a sign with our name. We also got great instructions about navigating the airport and the sales people - there are a lot of sales people who are very good at making you think they are there to help you…but they are there to sell you a timeshare. We just told them we had explicit instructions and they moved on to other people. We also used them for the return to the airport and to drive us into Cabo for the day. I would 1000% recommend this company for all your transportation needs!!
After arriving and reporting to our designated meeting point, we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. It was 45 min. Not a big deal. The ride was uneventful. The real problem started 2 days later when I started receiving texts from Estevez threatening that my Viator reservation was invalid, would be canceled, and I would HAVE to rebook with them directly through text. I said that my reservation was in fact active and paid for. The harassing via text continued. I did cancel and booked through another company. This is unprofessional and no way to do business. I highly advise booking with another vendor!
Our experience with Estevez Transfers was excellent from start to finish. Upon arriving at the airport, we easily found Hector at Tent 10 exactly as described in the instructions, and he was holding a digital sign with my name displayed, which immediately gave us confidence that we were with the correct transportation service. Hector was kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire trip. We were transported in a comfortable private SUV exclusively for the two of us, which made the ride especially relaxing after traveling. He offered us a choice of cold water or beer as a welcome drink, which was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated in the Cabo heat. Hector speaks both English and Spanish fluently and was incredibly patient and friendly as we attempted to practice a little Spanish ourselves while still communicating clearly in English. He was easy to understand, engaging, and made the ride enjoyable by sharing information about the local area and Cabo San Lucas along the way. The drive was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend Hector and Estevez Transfers to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

Very professional driver and a clean ride. Eddie was waiting exactly where he says he’d be and had our name on a sign. Easy to find outside the airport. Just follow the directions they give you. Read it. Also, Make sure you fill out all your info for flight arrival time correctly. I had a glitch but they worked with me and got it straightened out and no problems. Highly recommend this service. Beats a taxi especially going to Cabo San Lucas area as it’s about a 45-50 minute ride depending on traffic. Very comfortable in our large, air conditioned vehicle with cold drinks at the ready!

Having a private pick up removes one of the biggest stresses of exiting the Los Cabos airport: running the gauntlet of car providers aggressively in your face to take their ride. Was worth every cent to say no gracias to every one! Our driver was excellent, the Expeditiin clean and even the welcome beer was ice cold! A+++ ride!

Recommend!!! My flight was delayed for about 4 hours and they were quick to communicate with me and were there waiting for me as soon as i got out of the airport. Very welcoming with water/ beer for your liking. If you need transportation to anywhere from the airport, I highly recommend them.

Using Cabo Airport Shuttle was a great decision. They are very prompt and professional. We were immediately greeted by someone upon arriving in the transportation area at the Cabo airport and were quickly on our way. The car was very clean, smelled nice, and was stocked with cold drinks. The driver was friendly and communicative. I was especially impressed with our return trip to the airport, as we had actually transferred hotels mid-trip and had to change our pickup location and time. I, in fact, had almost forgotten about this detail and didn’t reach out to them until the day before our flight, but they quickly responded and easily made the change for the next day. I really appreciated their ease and flexibility on this. For our return trip to the airport, the driver showed up a few minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up time and we had an stress-free drive to the airport. Thank you Cabo Airport Shuttle for doing great work and being one of the easiest parts of our vacation!
Our flight arrived on time but sat for 30 minutes waiting until there was room to move ahead to the terminal so we could exit the plane. We were told they would wait 1.5 hrs maximum and then they would have to leave their parking space before the police made them leave. Made for a very unpleasant arrival to Cancun rushing to try to get through airport customs, baggage etc because there was no way to make it in 1.5 hrs. Luckily they were still there 2 hrs after our flight landed. Not worth the stress being told your shuttle will leave without you!

Victor was there right as we walked out the terminal. Easy to find with the sign on the shade cover and our names on his clipboard. Cool A/C and cold water was waiting for us in the clean, spacious SUV. Victor was very personable and gave us a brief history of the area.

We arrived on time for our car from the airport. We met with the consultant as we were instructed to do. He told us five minutes. Took us to a shaded area. Five minutes turned into a half hour. I finally had to threaten him that we’re gonna cancel the reservation and take an Uber suddenly within a minute. Our driver shows up and the Uber would’ve been cheaper. I understand that there are delays in every business, the greeter should’ve been upfront to start with. Again, I don’t feel I had to threaten him with the counseling before our card came immediately. And I could tell it was not the original driver assigned to us because he had to tell him where he was taking us. I will not use this company again. The driver, though was very pleasant nothing against him at all and drove very safely.
Communication leading up to our arrival was great. However upon arrival we didn’t hear from them. Our flight was delayed and after landing there were 13 planes in front of us to be able to deplane. I attempted to communicate and let them know but got no response. Luckily another company called them for us and our driver came soon after. The truck was clean and nice. They offered beer but no water. The driver was kind and pointed out key sites along the way.
