It has been a pleasant experience and no hassle at all when we arrived at Los Cabos airport. We had a great time with Rosendo our driver. He took the panoramic view which was a real surprise!! Thanks a lot for that!! Also he offered cold drinks and nice chat through our travel to the Sandos hotel. We will definitely use Cabo Shuttle services next time !!

I Absolutely loved the ride I took with Edgar from Los Cabos airport to the hard rock resort! Edgar was very personable, and I learned a lot. He shared the different types of cactus we saw along the way he told me about the wildlife in the area and also warned me to stay out of the Pacific Ocean. If I ever go back, I would hope that Edgar would be my driver.!

Frank took us from the JW Marriott to the airport. He was on time in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Frank was very pleasant to speak with and shared his knowledge of the area.
Waited 5-10 minutes at the airport for the car to show up, direct to hotel, confirmation email the day before hotel pickup, driver showed up a little early, straight to airport. No hassle, no stress, flawless.
...over a few dollars, but the 10% repeat customer discount I was told in advance would be applied was instead replaced with excuses why they can't or won't honor it until next visit. I worked in credit card merchant processing for 14 years - it's not hard to issue a credit. Our drivers were fine, but overall I'm left with a sour taste, and it's not from a margarita.
Absolutely amazing. Responded from emails almost immediately. If I could’ve had them drive me from Idaho Falls, Idaho to Cabo San Lucas rather than flying American Airlines I would have. My wife and I were late getting the Cabo by five hours. I found the Cabo shuttle service rep underneath tent 10 within 15 minutes. I was in the SUV with my wife on the way to Riu Santa Fe. They picked us up on time to get us back to the airport with no troubles at all. I will use this company over and overagain.
We had 30 family members arriving at different times and needing private airport transfers. Cabo Shuttle Services did an excellent job on all 13 of our transfer orders! Not only were they super communicative and helpful in making the reservations, but also emailed me to reconfirm all the transfers and showed up on time in very nice vehicles. I highly recommend their services!!

I can't say enough good about this company. Not only was the reservation made with ease, I received a confirmation almost immediately. The instructions as to where to meet the rep at the airport were clear and once we met the gentleman, it only took about 10 minutes for a luxury ride to the hotel. The day before our return trip, another email was sent confirming details. The driver was on on-time and yet another luxury vehicle. When wew return to Cabo, we will be happy to book again.
