Felix and his team were so good we booked them again on the return to the airport as well. We appreciated the communication and his willingness to go out of his way by getting me some Mexican coffee before my return To the US.

Felix was very helpful and accommodating for our transport service from the airport to Hard Rock Hotel. He replied expeditiously when we had to change pickup time and date due to our flight being delayed and missing our connection. He did not charge us any extra fees for changing time and date. I highly recommend Legacy for your transport needs and it’s private.

My driver was amazing. He had great customer service. He waited longer than we expected, he translated for me and even walked through the airport with me.
Do not order with this company. I had my flight land at 11:04 AM in which I put on my reservation. As soon as I landed, I received a text message at about 11:10 AM saying that my ticket has been discarded and a driver had left. I didn’t even get a chance to get to baggage claim. Driver then told me that I could wait an hour and an half for another SUV to show up. After attempting to get a refund, I also couldn’t get that because the operator didn’t approve it. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
Felix is great! As well as the other drivers he recommended. Let him know what you need and he’ll make sure you get there safely and timely. Had a great time with him and relied on him throughout the whole week we were in Los Cabos
Legacy Transportation was very responsive, on time, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again on a return trip to Los Cabos! We used a Chevy Suburban SUV with Legacy Transportation.

Horrible service. Driver would not take us to our hotel said that we took too long coming out of the airport, I guess going through customs & waiting for baggage took too long. Never will I use this service again. $100 wasted.

There was no one there when we arrived. I messaged and finally talked to someone. We were at the pickup location sent to us prior leaving home but we were told to take all our luggage back inside the airport and go door 3. We waited again for a car and kept saying stuck in traffic. Finally a fellow calls and says Linda I’m in the red SUV, what the heck we paid for a black sedan luxury vehicle. Now again we had to take our luggage to him 3 cars down and he’s like hurry hurry while we had to hand the luggage to him, not welcoming at all. Now we’ve been driving 45 min and I get a call stating they were at the airport to pick us up, omg who are we with. Turned out the fellow who picked us up worked at the airport and just got off work and his buddy asked him to go and pick us up. The fellow that did take us to our destination was very friendly and made sure we were at the right place so this horrible review does not reflex him only Legacy Shuttle service

The instructions to meet our driver were very clear and easy to follow. Felix was extremely friendly, provided beverages, helped us with our Spanglish, answered our questions about activities in the area and delivered us safely to our resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with Felix and appreciated the warm welcome to Cabo after a long day of travel!
First rate service. Called me shortly after I landed to explain who to look for. We were late getting thru customs but it was no problem. For the return trip to airport they were early to our resort.

Felix was incredible. He arrived at our resort 10 minutes early lots of communications prior to picking us up. Did a phenomenal job giving us some of the history on the drive to the airport. Enjoyed every minute with him and made sure we got to the airport safely with lots of time to spare.
I used this car service for both my ride from the airport and back again. Both times, the drivers on time, friendly, drove carefully but expeditiously and the suvs were clean and late models.

Felix was great and incredibly kind. There to pick us up right on time and right at the lobby. Booking through the Legacy website was cheaper than Viator. Highly recommend the comfort, especially if you have an early flight. Felix was also incredibly communicative and made the trip seamless.
Our driver was Felix - Prompt and steady communication before and during our stay in Cabo. Felix picked us up on time upon our arrival at the SJD airport and arrived 15 minutes early for our return on departure day - always responding back very quickly via text to assure us he would be there! 5 Stars!
This was my first time using Legacy Transportation and was very pleased with their great service and reasonable cost. I will most definitely refer them to my friends and family who travel to Cabo. The SUV was clean and Felix, our driver, was very nice and even offered us a beer when we arrived, so you can skip the airport bar. Becky, the person who responded to my emails, always responded quickly and clearly as well as made me feel comfortable they will be there for us upon our arrival. On our return to the airport, they even texted me saying they would be 15 min early because they were concerned about the traffic due to the construction going on. I was very happy with them and will use them again.

I wanted to share my experience with Legacy Transportation. We booked transportation for both directions and were very satisfied. It was easy to locate the contact outside the airport, Felix and the vehicle were ready after only a short wait. The beers waiting for us were ice cold. Although we paid for a half-hour trip to Walmart, Felix recommended a different market that was similar to Whole Foods, which was great!! No pressure!. Our return trip was equally smooth, with the vehicle arriving on time at the resort. Felix was professional, attentive, and answered all our questions. We felt well cared for throughout the entire service. I would definitely recommend Legacy Transportation and have just booked them again for this week.

My wife and I took our honey moon the last week of May 2025 to Cabo. We booked this company through trip advisor and it was great. When we got to Cabo, we went to pickup area 10 like the instructions say. Felix showed up a few minutes later. New clean car which had an air freshener, very clean and nice. Felix could’ve just drove us to the hotel, but he was also tour guide giving us the lay of the land and telling us some of the history of his life in Cabo. Felix had cold refreshments for our ride to our resort. Felix was great and we highly recommend. Will use this service again!
Do not use their service. They do not show up at the airport for you on time and everybody in the terminal says this is a crooked ass deal this was for.
