Airport Transfer To Cabo San Lucas & Pacific Side Hotels & Villas Round Trip

Sunny hills was fantastic. Our driver was on time, kept in touch with me via what’s app from take off to touch down. We came from NY and were a little nervous about where to meet him and when but he was fantastic and detailed with directions. We had a 30 minute drive from the airport to the hotel, and he was super knowledgeable about the town, city and history. It was a great ride. I highly recommend them and they don’t just do airport trips they do all trips throughout the Cabo area!

The shuttle service was fast, prompt and informative. We enjoyed the service and highly recommend it.

Great experience with the transfer. Be careful getting out of the terminal to the meeting pick up area. There are hordes of timeshare and second-rate tour operators in a large room before after you exit the customs area. Simply walk by them to the exit to get outside and the meeting locations are clearly marked. They had my name on their clipboard and we were off in a new Suburban to our resort. All was excellent!

The Driver didn’t check our flight status and we waited for 45 min after clearing customs . We had paid for a private transfer, I believe with that price they would keep watch on the flight and be on time.

The transport hub is extremely crowded and it is a little difficult to find the driver of your ride.

Reading the great reviews, I was excited to try their transportation. When we arrived, they were not at the place where they told us to be. After waiting about 5-10 minute, I called the company and he sounded surprised to hear we arrived and told us that he will be coming to get us in 5 minutes. He didn’t come for another 10 minute. The driver was not friendly. There was no cold beer as described in the booking description. Threre was an ice chest with cold water. He didn’t even offer any water. When we asked for beer, he was grumpy and just said “we ran out.” He drove very fast and aggressively as he was in a rush. I felt unsafe as I had two toddlers with me. I asked for toddler car seats when booking and they did not even provide that. Did not enjoy their service at all - or there was simply no service other than driving us from the airport to the hotel. We are using them for a round trip so will see how they will be on our way back home. I am just worried that they don’t run late to our meeting scheduled spot again.

They were where they told us to meet them and he was very friendly and helpful. Juan our driver was great. He was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this transportation company.

Juan was our driver from the Cabo airport to our hotel. He was extremely friendly, punctial, knowledgeable, and had beer and waters ready for us. I will definitely be requesting him on my next trip to Cabo. Juan is the best!

They will email you and text you if you have any questions and requests. Then at the airport, you will meet supper-friendly drivers and have clean and tidy vehicles. Also, they will offer you a drink if you want free time of charge. You will travel in a spacious vehicle. Lastly, they will text you for times to pick you up for your last day back at the airport. That will make your life so easy and hassle-free. Love it. You will love the service too.

Juan is an excellent driver, gave us a lot of useful information. Juan pointed out many sites while we where in the way to our resort.

My boyfriend and I took a quick 2-night trip to Cabo. We had to book it at the last minute, and I am so thankful we found Sunny Hills Tours! Our number one concern was safety, and this private shuttle option was exactly what we needed. They have good reviews on Tripadvisor and across other reviews on various sites, so I knew it would be trustworthy. We stayed at the Hard Rock hotel- our arrival driver (Mario) was very sweet, had free water/beer and was on time and a safe driver. Our departure driver (Eric) had to wait a few extra minutes for us to check out and was very understanding, fun and let us play our own music! I was able to communicate with the company from the minute I booked the reservation to when we departed the country (which was great as I had to notify them of our delayed flight). Even with us landing 2 hours later than planned, everything still went extremely smoothly. They are very responsive and I would recommend and rebook this experience.

Victor was ready and waiting at the airport to transport us to our condo in Cabo San Lucas. His English was excellent. He gave us some additional information about the area. We will contact him again for our transportation needs.

The driver was very professional and friendly. He gave us tips about local restaurants that are highly recommended and offered to call him if we needed transportation during our stay.

Yusef, Samara and Rocio in reservations were fast and easy to work with. When we arrived at SJD airport the driver had a sign with our name on it (not just their company name or logo). The driver was exactly where they said he would be even though our flight was delayed over an hour. The cost was $90 Dollars, which was paid directly to the driver each way (avoids prepaying for service you don't receive and having to ask for a refund later). The drivers are bilingual, providing cold water and cerveza's along with a smile. The best part was the driver who took us back to the airport. His name began with a "B" (sorry I can't remember). He was simply a great guy to get to know and good conversationalist. A top-notch company from beginning to end.

Everyone was very nice and very professional. And the driver gave us the history of Cabo San Lucas. And the driver was on time. We did not have to wait on the driver.

Our driver JUAN was such a delight. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do in the area. We were happy to have him as our driver to and from the airport. The next time we return to Cabo, we'll be sure to book again with Sunny Hills and try one of their tours.
