Sergio was amazing and so attentive! I even forgot my dresses at our hotel when we had left and he pulled over and let me look for them and then had to go back for me and was such a great sport. Will use him every time I am in Cabo!

Very professional and reliable. Sergio was the best! He was always early and accommodating when we needed him. Would highly recommend! Vehicles were always clean and large to fit bigger groups. One night he came to pick us all up from Cabo Wabo Cantina and we were definitely so excited to see him and kept screaming his name. Very interactive with us and gave up lots of great tips for things to do and places to eat. Will miss Cabo very much. Thank you again for a great time and helping us navigate.
He told us he needed money because the transportation business was slow so we lent him 1.000 Dlls and now he won’t answer calls or text don’t trust this guy

Sergio and Charlie are the best! Very dependable knowledgeable honest and helpful. They were both great conversationalist. We had a group of 22 coming in and leaving at different times. They made all of our connections very easy. And the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. They are very reasonable on their prices! We’ve used him for airport transfers, to & from San Lucas & from Loreto & La Paz even when he wasn’t available. Great experiences all the way around. He’s our “go to” guy. And fun, to boot!

We loved using Cabo Bay for our transportation in Los Cabos! It was easy to book, and later on we also booked him for our hotel transfer and transport back to the airport. He is very knowledgeable about the area and hotels. Communication was prompt and he was very accommodating to the last minute trips we asked about.
Sergio is prompt, affordable. His SUV is climate controlled, flawless, inside and out. He’s engaging and a very safe driver. We enjoyed our transport time between CABO SAN LUCAS and the airport.

Sergio was an excellent driver who was always on time in his pick ups and drop offs. Easy to communicate with and coordinated all of our golf course transportation. He knew exactly where to go, and he was a friendly, fun driver. We will call him again every time in Cabo. We liked him so much that we booked him as our driver for the whole week of our trip.
Cabo Bay confirmed a 3-day price with me a full week in advance. I followed up multiple times to re-confirm the booking, and every single time they said we were good to go. Then, the day before our reservation, they called to cancel — claiming the details "weren't suitable for them." The exact same details they had received in my very first message. Nothing changed. Nothing was hidden. They simply backed out at the last possible moment. This left us scrambling and without transportation for our entire stay. Completely unacceptable, completely unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. If they will do this to a customer who confirmed in writing multiple times over the course of a week, they will do it to you. Save yourself the stress and book with literally anyone else.

Your drver probably won't won't be there. After 30 minutes of waiting for the driver and 3 agents telling us he's waiting for us there still is no driver.
We didn’t have cell coverage in airport so was concerned if driver was sending me a message and I was t getting it, but the driver was there at end of walkway with our name. Prompt, but enough car for all 6 of us, friendly and good driver. Thx you! Would use them again. (We booked RT, so hope the same experience on way home!)

From the moment finding Cabo-Bay Transportation on Facebook and online the experience with Sergio and his Team was perfect. Great communicating using WhatsApp and booking thru their website. All lined up to meet at an umbrella with our name front and centre the vehicles are clean and ready for you including a cold drink if you are up for it. The return trip was also perfect. Pricing is really reasonable and they were very reliable. Will be using them again whenever we return.
Met on time at umbrella 10, my name on a sign, luggage loaded into spotless Suburban, offered beverages, safely delivered to my house by Sergio at a reasonable price. I couldn’t ask for more.
