Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal was nothing short of magical, the perfect setting for our second anniversary and 30th birthday. From the exceptional breakfast buffet and beautifully appointed rooms with nightly dulces, fresh guacamole and coronas daily, and thoughtful complimentary gifts, to the immaculate grounds, pristine pools, incredibly comfortable loungers, and dreamy in-room plunge pool, every detail felt intentional. The service was truly what set this stay apart. Diego, our concierge, was exceptionally attentive and intuitive, our barista made the best matcha each morning, and our server at the poolside restaurant remembered our orders and made every visit feel personal. The live music was the perfect touch, and we felt genuinely welcomed by name throughout our stay. Lastly, we felt incredibly safe the entire stay- the gated entrance screens everyone, including uber drivers from entering which we greatly appreciated, as well as the private beach due to the cliffside and rocks, both of which helped us relax more during our stay. Having previously stayed at Waldorf Astoria Maui, we especially appreciated the effortless hospitality and generosity of the experience here. The bed was heavenly, the property immaculate, and every interaction made us feel taken care of. We left already dreaming of our return. An unforgettable stay that exceeded every expectation.

This was a bucket list trip that did not disappoint. From the airport pickup to the arrival everything is done with the guest in mind. Noe was an amazing host, anticipating all of our needs during our stay before we even knew we needed anything. The facility is immaculate and all of the food is fresh. Every morning we enjoyed our conversation with Manny while he made our coffee fresh and made to order. While browsing the boutique we met Margarita and shared it was our anniversary , we were celebrated and sent up a thoughtful card and gift to our room wishing us a happy anniversary. This truly made us feel so special! Our day at the spa was spectacular , Pilar and her team have done an incredible job making the spa a luxury haven to relax and unwind. The accommodations are more than five stars, I have never felt so taken care of. the housekeeping staff is very attentive and the turn down service with the candles is a dream. I cannot recommend this property enough, a trip we will remember for a lifetime!!!! Its everything you think it will be and more!

My partner and I ended up coming to Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal after leaving another hotel in Cabo because we weren’t happy there, and I can honestly say this hotel completely changed our trip. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this was unlike anything I had experienced before. What I loved: * Incredible service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left * A personal concierge who was always available to help * Staff who were genuinely friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do * Everyone learned our names and greeted us personally * They remembered what we ordered for breakfast * Super fast room service * Beautiful room and an incredible ocean view * Margaritas when you arrive * Coronitas and daily guacamole with chips around 2 PM * Great gym * Amazing service at the pool * Unlimited water in the room * The ability to choose when you want housekeeping and turndown service * Extremely peaceful, quiet, and private atmosphere *Fresh cookies and pastries left in our room every night with turndown service One of my favorite things about this hotel is the peace. I love silence and being able to actually relax, and this is one of those places where you can completely disconnect. If you are looking for loud music at the pool, a party atmosphere, or a place to meet a lot of single people, this probably isn’t the place for you. This hotel is more about relaxing, privacy, beautiful surroundings, and really good service. I’m seriously thinking about coming back at least twice a year instead of going to Vegas and spending my money there. That’s how much I enjoyed it. The only thing I would improve: The food is good, but some of it was a little bland for my taste. I think a little more seasoning and flavor would make the experience almost perfect. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I really did not want to leave and would come back without hesitation.

Our room was elegant, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the Ocean. Watching the sunset from the property was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction felt personal and professional. The food, amenities, and overall experience were also outstanding. It’s the kind of place where you can completely slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and simply relax. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is definitely more than just a luxury hotel, it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or simply a beautiful place to escape and recharge, I highly recommend staying here. I would absolutely love to return! 🌊✨
