Viceroy Los Cabos

We had an amazing stay at Viceroy Los Cabos! Every staff member was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. We loved the bathtub on the balcony, the beautiful aesthetic of the property, and the excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing, and the fish tacos were our absolute favorite! A special thank you to our host, Israel. He was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my friends 40th birthday and Viceroy Los Cabos is my New Standard for a resort experience. Included in the price is concierge service. We were all group if 4 women for context. The pictures of the resort look exact in person. The property was clean, Chic, trendy and relaxing. The spa, gym, pools, beach area were all clean and relaxing. All of our bedrooms were clean, sleek and had wonderful views of the resort and ocean. Oscar and Laura (concierge) were assigned to us and what a difference they made in us having an exceptionally wonderful time. They scheduled our dinner reservations and made any adjustments. They also booked our spa appointments, made sure our rooms had the flowers we ordered on arrival, helped with restaurant suggestions. They also helped us locate atm's, reschedule our excursion, even supplied us with Bobby pins for clothes alterations. Everything we asked them for, they delivered on. And No this is Not a paid review! The way they took care of the 4 of us, made us feel like we were their only charge and we clearly were not is a testament to their team work, dedication to service and professionalism. To be honest, all the services we received (bellman, front desk, spa, bartenders, to the woman who tended to my room the entire 6 days and five nights stay) was Wonderful. The little things made the stay more memorable. For instance Luipita (who took care of my room) nightly would set the mood of relaxation by putting the TV on "no negative vibes" which is soothing sounds. That always made me feel extra special. It's like she knew I had a fun filled enjoyable day and it was time to unwind. The breakfast is good and so is the "little nest". We did not like "Awacate" and didn't try the Asian or steak house restaurants on the resort. The location was great for us because we were 10 minutes away from downtown (low traffic due to this being their slow season) filled with stores to shop, restaurants and plenty galleries to go see. For our excursions, it was a 45 minute to and hour drive. I recommended anyone who likes concierge service or wants to experience it to go to the Viceroy. You get what you pay for. F.Y.I. the resort is going to be under renovations starting in August.

Absolutely great experience!! Got upgraded to a beautiful villa and all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our butlers Victor and Jacob were exceptional - always checking in and offering to help, and they organized a beautiful surprise birthday treat in the room for my husband’s birthday! All of the amenities were perfect for us all to enjoy: gym, kids club, dining options, room service, and of course the beautiful pools and beach! We barely left the resort :) cannot recommend it here enough for a group - family friendly but still very chic and high end. Will be back!!

I had an incredible stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos in one of the villas. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture, immaculate grounds, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the service. The butlers, Victor and Jacob, went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Thank you to Victor and Jacob for making my vacation so memorable. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we can’t wait to return!
